Pas d'autre choix que la chambre avec fenetre donnant sur le pilier de la machine à glace , dont le moteur a vrombi toute la nuit .. Bof !

It was good, we all had a great time overall. The breakfast was okay... coffee was a bit tart but the wait staff kept everything stocked and she was very sweet. The room was very clean and simple, we enjoyed it. For the cost and over experience it was worth it!!

The hotel grounds were very well maintained. I especially enjoyed the fountain and pool in the middle courtyard. Staff was extremely friendly. There was ample room to work with a good-sized desk and comfortable chair. The A/C unit was a little on the loud side. My friends and I came to az to visit a good friend of ours for a few days and had a blast ! It was a group of five young, beautiful ladies and our room was near the pool. The price wasn't bad considering this was a last minute booking and there were events in Scottsdale. Overall clean room, great service, great location!

Very good value, had a room with mini kitchen, needed updating but was clean and pleasant. Good location for entire Valley. Nice continental breakfast was a bonus.

no shower towels in the room. appears to be clean but older room. not in a very good neighborhood but not the fault of your company. not disapointed but could have beenh a little nicer for the money.

Unfortunately, I have to choose a hotel by price first, and then reviews. I chose this one also because of it's proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. The lobby was very nice and immaculate. Malissa at the fron desk is efficient, professional and and very friendly. The staff were behind in making up rooms, and I was short a couple of towels, and my sheets, […] blanket and pillow cases were wet. That was taken care of immediately. The room, breakfast room, and grounds were very clean, considering there was a dog show in town and the hotel - pet-friendly-Yaaaay! had lots of dogs staying there (including mine). There is no pet deposit, and they REALLY are pet-friendly, and there are 'poop bags' around so you can pick up after your dog. I am really picky but I will definitely stay there on my next visit. A friend and I stayed there because we had to be at a function early the next day. It was close to where we had to be. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Room was clean, but tiny. Not much room for anything.

Room was fine, except for a couple of mysterious items on the carpet. Also, the tub felt a bit too slippery when used as a shower. Coffee maker was never cleaned, even though I left empty wrappers next to it to show it had been used. Suitable for the overnight stay. Should have some sort of shuttle to the Airport if it is going say that it's in the Airport district (advertized such)

The hotel is very nice, the rooms wide and extremely clean. A wide desk with a very comfortable leather chair to work or study. A very nice small kitchen with refrigerator. The hotel has an inner courtyard that is very beautiful with hot tub and a swimming pool that seemed to be filled with glass because of the cleanliness of the water. Free internet […] near the desk and very friendly staff. The phones in my room did not work, but I have my own cell phone, I did not go there to make phone calls anyway. This was the most comfortable mattress I have experienced at a hotel in years. The breakfast was very nice, and the front desk employees very helpful. I will definately stay here the next time I am in Phoenix.

Pros: Our room was clean and comfortable. The price was great. The people were very friendly Our room was quiet. Parking was convenient. Temps were 110 PLUS but room was COOL! Cons: I would have preferred a better selection for the breakfast. No newspapers were provided. I wish the swimming pool had more shade over the pool area itself.

The room was fine. Looked out onto Thomas Road which I thought might be too noisy. But it wasn't. Could have used an extra blanket. Room seemed clean but walking from room to pool was not. Hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of variety. Close proximity to the airport was key for us. Very handy

Would not stay here again. The conditions in the room were old and dingy. The blanket on the bed gave me the hebbie geebies. I couldn't wait for the morning so I could get up and leave.

I think the establishment needs to be closed for a few weeks for a thorough cleaning and maybe even some renovations...? Room was looking just a little long in the tooth. Ceiling dirty and sagging, no remote for TV, carpet stained, closet door broken and not able to close. Outdoors, the hot tub did not work although the patio area was beautiful and […] really had potential. Breakfast was not staffed and tour bus group literally ate every morsel leaving little for the remaining guests. Staff was helpful but clearly overwhelmed with the number of guests/peak season. Loud, noisy and clean. Very clean room was located at base of stairs with jumping jacks performed nightly in the room located above. Weekday staff was great; weekend staff could use some manners. Breakfast bar was well stocked and minimal. Overall satisfaction was grade B.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and intend to stay there again when we are in the area. The staff was great and the room was clean and had a micro and refrigerator. Breakfast was great and very clean and pleasant.

Nice bed, nice shower, safe in the room, refrigerator, microwave, convenient location.

We needed a pet friendly hotel and this one was in the area we needed. The king room with the little kitchen area was pretty nice. We got a great rate, so I feel it was a decent value. My only complaint is that the staff is not friendly at all. Night time front desk girl was face down texting on her cell every time I saw her. None of the staff seemed […] to want to go out of their way to be friendly or helpful. They weren't rude, but they just seemed to be getting through the day. After a 5 day stay, I asked for late checkout on the last day, only to be told it would be 5 dollars per hour. The hotel was obviously not booked up. During the electrical storms in Phoenix, the electricity went out numerous times during the night. The alarm clock had not battery back-up so I woke up each time the air conditioning went off to reset the alarm. Got very little sleep!

We were in Phoenix for 7 days and this was the last place we stayed. We were somewhat disappointed because the TV was not working well at all and we had no internet connection in our room. I somehow missed this hotel had a two star rating when I booked my room so I was a little concerned about what I would find. I was pleasantly surprised. The room had plenty of space, was clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable with a comfortable mattress and lots of good pillows. The room had a refigerator, microwave, coffe pot, hair […] dryer and iron. I have stayed in rooms that a paid a lot more for that weren't as nice as this one. The only indication it was a less expensive hotel were the towels. They weren't bad but they were not the big thick towels you receive at the resorts. Lisez la suite

If you are flying out early in the morning and need a place to crash this is an excellent hotel. Otherwise it needs some updates, and while we paid a fair price I would have been happier if it had cost $20 less.

Was an Awsome 2 night stay considering on staying a 3rd night... i have stoped by this Hotel befor a few years back to drop a friend off at the time was not veary attractive BUT!!! Staying there i have seen its been fully re built and so SO much better....
