This hotel stay was a good deal for us. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. The included breakfast was especially good with food fresh and hot. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

I've stayed at other Comfort Suites locations before and never had any complaints. I chose them this time because they've been been pet friendly on past visits and according to hotels.com, this location was no exception. When I arrived, I was told I'd have to pay $15 each for my Scotties (which are completely housetrained and spent the night curled […] up together on their blanket in a corner). I told them that there were no extra pet fees listed on hotels.com and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Long story short, if I hadn't already paid for the room, I would have just gone to aloft because after the hidden pet fees, the hotels were the same price. Lisez la suite

This hotel was great, very friendly and easy to get to shopping in the area. Our closit was busted and I told the front they offered to move us but I decided not to move for one night. I can not say enough good things about this location and hotel.

Hotel looks updated & near a mall & near Arlington.

The hotel was perfect for us out of town visitors to call home for a few days. Our relatives were close by so easily accessible. The hotel was close to the main highways and we were able to go to downtown Dallas and nearby shopping centers. Great hotel, very comfortable, pet friendly! Complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was great! I will DEFINITELY stay again whenever I go back to The Colony.

It's a budget hotel and it's obvious. For the area I would think this chain would present it more proudly. The rooms are nice and well laid out but not cared for well by the maid staff. There were hairs in and around the tub and the carpets may not have been vaccines in a while. From the hallway carpet cleanliness, just expect it before you enter your […] room. Those hallways are just flat out dirty. I suspect this hotel is used by groups or sports teams traveling to the area, because it's budget friendly. If you're a moderate clean freak...stay away. If you're just looking to hang your hat and grab some sleep, you'll be fine. I stay here out of work budget only. On personel trips to the area, I would never look their way. Lisez la suite

The breakfast is terrible. The eggs are not good. powder eggs. The waffle mix was not a good mix. Rolls are not fresh. They did not clean my room at all one day. I did not say anything to them but you should not have too. i like the indoor pool, good for the kids, hot tub good for me. It is in a good spot though.

The room was very nice with a king size bed and the entire facility was non-smoking which I loved. They are an awesome free breakfast the next morning. Much more than just a couple of bagels and coffee. My only complaint was that I asked for a wakeup call and never got one and that the fridge was locked in the breakfast room which contained all of the […] yogurt, juice, eggs, butter, cream cheese, etc. When i complained that I never got a wakeup call the reaction I got from the hotel staff member was a shrug of the shoulders and the comment "well, sometimes people forget". Well, that could have been disastrous for me had I not woken up! And the same clerk also could not figure out how to unlock the fridge, but another guest figured out it was a latch underneath the door. Again, met with a shrug of the shoulders. Lisez la suite

large clean rooms, good beds, close to a huge mall at a good price. We'll stay there again.

The Comfort Inn Suites was comfortable for my 1 night stay in an extremely overbooked Plano/Frisco TX. The hotel is geared more for family or leisure travel and was comfortable if in a tired way. My stay was good... But I had higher expectations for Comfort Suites hotels. It seems as if the building needed more up keep for the price range they are requiring to stay at this location.

The room was so so and the TV sucked. It was VERY old. Needs a little updating. The hotel staffed called our room at 10 in the morning to see if we were staying another night???? Check out wasn't until 11!!! That did make me mad. Dont think I will stay here again.
