Hotel class où tout est payant et excessif, 22 dollars de parking, internet payant, impression payante...... le petit dèj est bien et la déco

Bonne situation centrale, personnel efficace, très bon petit-déjeuner inclus et tarif raisonnable. Rien à redire.

Rien a dire parfait offre un happy hour des boissons gratuites ainsi qu'un gouter du soir. vraiment sympa Le tramway vous dépose juste a cote.

Overall we loved it...we'll reserve again in the near future! However, small details need to be fixed in the room, such as the bathroom door didn't close and the blinds didnt work correctly. The staff were all very courteous! Location is great, but right outside there were homeless people invading the plaza which was slight uncomfortable. Our two rooms were not ready at Check in time and still were not ready an hour later. The staff was not very accommodating or apologetic for this problem. Parking is extremely limited, there is no parking for hotel guests except valet parking which starts at $24/day. There are a few parking lots near the hotel but none that are very convenient. The hotel is immaculate! The rooms were clean, and comfortable. It was a comfortable bed to snooze away the stresses and strains of the day. Their shuttle service was excellent! Restaurant had great food! Say hello to Freddie who is the most maticulous bartender. A wonderful place to stary! If ever in Dallas again, I'll be at the Magnolia!

We love staying at the magnolia-it feels like a second home now-there is no other way to describe the experience--the service, the quality, the wonderful breakfast, the cookies and milk, the room, and the location. This was the best value of all hotels (total 5) we stayed in during our 21 day trip into Washington (Arlington VA), Philadelphia, NYC, New Orleans and Dallas. Dallas is also the cleanest, neatest city that we encountered.

Everything was amazing... from the wonderful service at front desk to the free cookies in the evening.

Recently stayed at the Magnolia Hotel during a volleyball tournament at the Dallas Convention Center. Wonderful staff and service. See you next year.

The Magnolia is well located for convention center events. Nice restaurants nearby. And the amenities at the hotel were very nice.

Room was small.. Cookies were ok (I make better ones). Coffee was outstanding. Bed was not as comfortable then most hotels and only have basic cable.

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. Everyone was friendly, we could walk to some of the major attractions (mainly museums we were interested in going to) as well as over to Deep Ellum. The breakfast was really good for a complimentary hotel breakfast, the happy hour was splendid, and the milk and cookies were tasty. It all made me feel […] like I was getting my money's worth. The room itself felt more like a guest bedroom instead of a hotel room. It was cozy but also very dark (dark wood walls, black out curtains, dark comforter) so it kind of felt like a dude room, but I didn't mind. The bed was so comfortable that my boyfriend and I went back for daily naps during our stay and we even took a picture of the tag, haha. The bathroom was a decent size and the water pressure in the shower was incredible. The only thing that I didn't care for was the unexpected expenses. I used the valet service, which was awesome by the way, but I wasn't told how much it would cost until I was trying to retrieve my car. I had the blue ticket in my hand when I checked in and not a word was said, so I was under the false impression that it was complementary, like all their other amenities. Turns out it's $25 a night, which is completely reasonable, I just wish I was told when I checked in. Also, they put a $100 hold on my card without telling me, which again, is standard, but because I wasn't told, I had a minor "oh no!" moment when I looked at my bank statement. I did get the deposit back but again, it would've been nice if that was communicated to me. Overall though, I would 100% stay here again. It was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone! Impeccable service. Courteous staff. Very clean. Conveneint to West End district. Were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay there again.

I travel a lot both for work and personal trips and would recommend Magnolia for either! Very pleasant and helpful staff, nice common dining/bar area that sits on a dedicated floor as opposed to an afterthought off the main lobby, excellent fitness room with loads of space and windows. Dallas Magnolia Hotel is in a great downtown Dallas location. Walking distance to most everything. Loved the Happy Hour, Cookie and Milk service from 8-10, and the complimentary breakfast buffett with eggs, cereals and pastries.

Possibly the best hotel I've stayed in regarding overall quality and price. The staff was excellent. Jaclin gave us a great room the food/managers special rocked! Excellent experience

All was good except, when we told front desk that it was our 10 year anniversary, there were no comps offered. Which is standard in a five star hotel. I told the clerk when we arrived and when we checked out. The young lady that checked us out, said that was very unusual. However, she did not comp us at all nether. So, that is what we remember of this […] particular hotel. So, word to the wise. For future references, if you would like for other executives to be to be referred or other couples to continue to refer. There needs to be a comp included. It will leave a lasting impression. From the minute we pulled up front the staff was awesome! The hotel is amazing and a great location for downtown fun. They even shuttled us over to Deep Ellum were my brother was playing!

They have a milk and cookie bar every night, guest social events nightly and a pretty solid complimentary breakfast.

There is really nothing to say other then don't stay at this hotel. Linens were cheap and dingy, service was sub par. Bartenders were rude.

It has transformed into a very nice hotel. The room was spacious & so was the bathroom. Lots of windows... Before u get on elevator - look up - the original ceiling - beautiful !!!! Good choice

Overall great stay! Upon checking in I was informed that I had to valet my car which is $24 per day. I was not informed of this when I booked my room, which would have been nice. It was overall a good stay except for the outrageous valet charge.

Had such a wonderful time! Can't wait to come back.

Love the Dallas Magnolia! Nice people, comfy bed, good price! We stayed at the Denver Magnolia in Jan. and loved it as well. I just wish they had a later check out, then 11am.

Most important is that the only place to park is valet and it's $25.00 a night. If we'd know that from the beginning, it would have definitely have affected our choice. Our room was on the small side and very dark. There were only two small lamps for the entire room. I stayed at the Magnolia with my 3 boys over spring break. Pros: -Super friendly staff -Free shuttle to several attractions within 3 miles A block and a half to Akard Station on the DART railroad. The DART is $4 for an all-day pass (half price for kids) and makes several stops throughout the Metroplex, including the Dallas Zoo. -Lots of restaurants, […] convenience stores, tourist attractions, museums, etc within walking distance if the weather is nice. -As much as my kids and I had fun, this would be a super great location to hang out with friends and/or partner. Tons of upscale restaurants and shopping close by, and great nightlife in the west end. Cons: -Costly to park, but it *is* downtown, and is noted on the website, so it's no surprise. Parking fees are competitive with other hotels in the area, as well; in fact, Adolphus was a couple of dollars more per night. With that being said, it is definitely easy to stay downtown with no car if the weather is nice. -Not a big selection of vending machines or snacks at the hotel. There is a Starbucks downstairs, though, and a 7-11 just around the corner. Lisez la suite

I was very happy with my recent stay at the Magnolia and would highly recomend this hotel.

Perfect location, awesome Valet parking, Included Brkfst, highly recommend this hotel.

Love the old building feel with modern decor. Great breakfast, nice hotel staff, and great views of downtown Dallas. Slept great!
