Room freshner too strong & important info not given immediately. I had to ask and given some run around at check in time.

The hotel was in a comfartable neiborhood and overallclean and neat. For the money spent I don't have anything to complain about. All the necessities except shampoo. Thankfully I brought my own.

Horrible beds and staff was unfriendly

The mattress wasn't very comfortable and there were no bells and whistles, but the price was right! I came in around 1 a.m. and was able to check in without a problem. Friendly service at the desk. Just what I needed and nothing more.

Clean and affordable room.

I needed a reasonable place to stay, close to the airport, an extended Sty America provided me with just the place. Easy access, restaurants near by, just what I needed before and after flights.

This was the second time I spent a night in this hotel and was another good experience. I felt safe and the room was adequate. The first night the room was smokey smelling but the second night the room was a non-smoking room. Trash under the counter had not been removed but not a huge deal. The room was very comfortable, easy to get to & I really liked having all the conveniences (the microwave, refrigerator, the dishes and even an iron & irong board).

We only stayed for one night and it was our first experience with Extended Stay America. The room was clean and adequate and although it was near the airport proved less a concern than originally thought. In fact, the only negative was the thin walls. Having real coffee cups instead of styrofoam or paper cups was a delight, the shower had real pressure, […] an elevator for the second story rooms and there were decent restaurants close by. Even though we only stayed one night the room was comfortable and clean. However the vending machines were quite a ways away from our second floor room and we did have to hunt for them overall it was a nice place to stay.

Nice hotel, great bargin !! Bring your own hair dryer !! Set up to accomodate long term stays, buy groceries, etc. Has microwave, refrig, stove, friendly staff

We were staying here just as an overnight stopover on the way back to LA. The location was a little out of the way, but we had a rental car so it was OK. The staff was helpful and cordial- I bought the wireless access, but couldn't login to their system (plus there was a free "linksys" signal nearby), so I asked for a refund and they processed it immediately- […] no questions asked. The kitchenette was nice, but the sink was a little dirty. Otherwise, the cleanliness of the room is totally fine. One warning: the sign on the 2nd floor telling you where the room numbers are, LIES! It said "201-239 odd numbered rooms" but the hallway curls around the corner and turns into the even numbered rooms. Anyways, I digress. This hotel is a great choice for a stay before an early morning flight.

My only complaint was that the bed was a little harder than I normally sleep on, but other than that it more than met all of our overnight needs.

We stayed in 2 non smoking rooms, but unfortunately 1 was penetrated in the smell of smoke. The rooms were clean, but the beds were a little too hard. Overall we would go back, but we will definitely ask to stay in another room if we smell cigarettes.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. Small kitchen and convenient airport location add to the value. Staff was friendly definitely will be staying here again

Economy room near the airport. Has hard pillows and bed. Ok neighborhood, walked to Applebees for dinner. Room was clean, quite, and less than a mile to the airport.

Very clean and helpful staff working...very comfortable to stay at...the only thing that I would like to see is more restraunts closer by...but all in all, its a great place to stay at...I will be back again!!

I really liked this hotel. It had a nice restruant, pool and workout room.

Everything is great !! You pay less for more comforts. I would prefer this hotel for my next visit.

The hotel itself is ok, friendly staff, good mini kitchens, but the bed was harder than a rock! It kept me and my fiance awake all night, and I like firm beds, but I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. So much for getting sleep before a flight, but at least it was close to the airport.

First room flooring was dirty and there was stool in the toilet waiting for us. When we attempted to flush, the toilet backed up. There was no plunger to be had so we were placed in another room. The toilet flushed but the TV was from the 70s, the bed was saggy and the pillows were rocks. Horrible night.

The bed was not at all comfortable, the phone didn't even work, even just to call the front desk, the lamps did not work and there was no shampoo.

It was ok. Just about a step above a motel 6, but it was ok... not too bad.

Pleased with my stay, had to check out eary (5:30 am) to catch a flight and no one was in the office until 7:00. Sign said to ring bell for service but still no one came. Put key cards to room in door slot and prayed all would be well. Other than that was very happy and would stay again.

Very quiet room even though I was on the first floor. Since I just wanted a place to sleep, it was a very good value for what I paid (surprisingly so). Would consider this hotel even if my visit to ABQ was further from the airport area.

I guess we paid the price for this room. The walls must have been so thin we could hear the people next door talking till they ran out of words to say - we needed the rest to make our morning flight. The heater was broken that is made a loud noise. My husband stayed awake trying to fix the problem which he got no sleep at all. The bathroom was so small […] made for 1 small person. No tall men allowed. Oh and we had a difficult time finding the place, we drove around the neighborhood trying to get into the premises that was fenced in. Signs could have helped. Lisez la suite

This hotel was convenient and good for a short stay but there was no lobby parking and the lobby is closed from 11PM to 7AM. I arrived at 11:05PM and had to ring the bell for 10 minutes before someone answered. This was not pointed out on the reservation page or I would have chosen another hotel because I knew I would be arriving late. There is no […] lobby parking so I had to park far from the door, just to check in. On a cold, dark night, after a very long drive, this was neither appealing nor convenient. The carpet and flooring in my room were very dirty, something I pointed out to the staff on checkout. They were aware of it and had a work order on it--the room should not have been used by guests. My other observation is that the bathroom is so poorly designed there is no counter space--where do they expect guests to put their toiletries? The room did contain a stove and refrigerator, as well as dishes and a coffee pot, which would have been convenient had I needed them. The night staff was moderately courteous (once he answered the door), the day staff much more so. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again mainly because of the lobby hours, inconvenient bathroom and the room condition. Lisez la suite

This hotel was one of the least expensive and pretty close to the airport. It seemed pretty new, on a cul-de-sac that had 3 other pretty new hotels. These have kitchenettes, which was nice for me since I used it for one meal. Good people at the desk it seemed. Sometimes you just need a place to crash, especially if all you are doing is awaiting a flight the next day. This place is ideal for that. It is a great value for the price, but don't expect to be surprised or delighted by anything. It is exactly what one needs for an overnight stay.
