Holiday Inn Express Toronto-Airport Area - Mississauga

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was more than adequate, and the 24 hour shuttle is convenient for access to and from the airport at off hours. We would book this hotel again.

Nothing Fancy overall great value if it is just overnight as the area is a little seedy around the hotel at night but for the price perfect

We felt that it was good value for money, also the fact that it included quite a decent breakfast. I had to wait nearly 45 mins for the shuttle which was a nuisance. It was good though that there was a shuttle.

this hotel is not good if you want a good night sleep. so much noise around because room are too close and you can even hear whats happening next door, bed made noises and light switches didnt work

Good place to stay if you are flying into or out of Toronto

The hotel is located right under the flights landing path very noisy ,the planes are very low other than that it's good

We needed a last minute hotel room. Wanted something in this area. The price was right. The amenities were right. Overall, very satisfied. Wood definitely stay there again.

We needed a hotel reasonably close to a relative. We found a good price and good service. We would return.

Everything was Ok for my family but there is no fridge and micowave in the room and there is a "dollar rent a car" agent close to the plcae that it's service is terrible. The breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel to the others.

My Hotel Room Shower would NOT provide HOT WATER in fact I had at best a LUKEWARM Shower in the morning. To be FAIR the Management did fix the problem the next morning however this did leave an UNFAVOURABLE impression on my stay.

This hotel is very, very nice. The rooms were great and the staff were very helpful.

Great place with excellent value. Close to Airport and I made it to downtown Toronto in 15 min. Close by to restaurants and staff were always helpful and polite. I will be staying there much more often. great breakfast in the morning as well

Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping and breakfast people were efficient and pleasant. They tried to accommodate everyone's needs and requests. We will stay at this hotel again.

I was looking for a getaway place for myself and my girlfriend to stay away from the crowds, and this hotel being on the Northern stretch of Dixie fit the bill. Pricing was great thanks to hotels.ca, and we pretty much got what we paid for. The only two gripes were that we were not allowed to have a late check-out ("everyone" had to leave at 11:00 AM […] on January 1st), and the bathroom was a little flakey: Switch for the ceiling fan only worked half the time, and the toilet ran all night unless I popped the cover to the tank and jiggled the chain. I was very happy with my experience. The hotel room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The best part was that my friends and I got an excellent rate for the room, considering it was New Year's Eve and it was a last minute decision to book there. Check-in was smooth and easy, and I found the staff friendly and professional.

Rooms need serious renovation, not what I expected from Holiday Inn Express...Overall experience was pleasant. Hotel staff were always smiling.

I was impressed by the facilities and services of the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel mainly for their COMFORTABLE beds! Slept like a baby! It was very clean and nice in appearance. The front desk offered us a complimentary bottle of water when requested. Food was not available when we arrived late at night but they provided us with the number for pizza delivery. We used the shuttle service to and from the […] airport. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up when we got there. The next morning the shuttle was prompt (in fact early) and got us to the airport in no time. Beds very comfortable, shower was great. Room a little small and smelled a little damp when we first went in. Free breakfast and free wifi good. I would stay here again - good value.

Stayed 3 nights and was grossed out by the condition of the hotel the whole time. The layout is cumbersome, and the location (although close to the airport) is impossible to get to anything on foot. There are nicer hotels in better neighborhoods for the same price.

was happy with our room, it was clean and comfortable. We booked a room with two queen-size beds, our two children traveled with us. The room was a bit smaller than what we've expected but we were out most of the day. The breakfast was more than what was usually expected from a continental breakfast; there were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, in addition […] to the pastries & bagels, coffee, tea, and different types of juice. This hotel is located in Mississauga about 20-25 minutes away from downtown Toronto. It is a fairly new hotel with two floors, there were no extras such as a spa or swimming pool. Theroom was fresh and clean, old but as good as one can get for and older motel, the beds were compfy, service polite and attentive, a nice change, Check in and out very efficient, quick. For the cost of a nights stay, perfect on all accounts.

This well maintained hotel was a good choice for stay in the Toronto area. It was easily accessable and the front desk staff was helpful in planning our tourist activities.

HI Express has always been a great place to stay

Pretty much what you expect from a Holiday Inn express.Fair breakfast, good parking and reasonably accessible from the road.

We chose this hotel for the low price and the free breakfast. It worked out great for our family of four - lots of pillows on the bed, which is great for getting comfortable while sleeping. Only 2 computers in the biz center and 1 was out of order - that wasn't good for others, but we had our own laptop and the wifi connection was fast and reliable. This hotel was very convenient for Toronto Airport. Breakfast was provided in the very reasonable cost and was quite adequate to keep us satisfied until after our flight (much better than food during flights). I would not hesitate to stay there again.
