A comfortable room with a well-functioning heater/cooler. Mattress was good, but Pillows were a bit dodgy. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection of food, but the eggs were dry and cool. Why is this so hard? Coffee OK.

Overall condition of hotel is very good, and is clean. Our room had no couch which makes this a travelers place to stay, sleep & clean up, then leave. This is one of the nicer places in this area and has several restaurants close by, plus hospital across the street. I would recommend staying here.

This location was good for me because of the variety of restaurants and other businesses. The rooms are clean and larger than most hotels in this price range. The Front Desk was awesome. The hotel advertises free breakfast but it's really just a continental snack.

They were in the midst of updating wallpaper, draperies, lighting etc. Clean, quiet, safe and comfortable.

Rooms were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very courteous, friendly and helpful.The only concern is for those of us who have asthma, we can still smell the cigarette smoke.

The lobby was being renovated. I'm sure it will be very nice when it is complete but would have been nice to know prior to booking. Room was clean and staff was very helpful.

This seems to be a little older than the average Hampton Inn, and could use more thorough cleaning. Given the current concern about bed bugs, I am more concerned than I used to be with cleaning.No soap in room when we arrived, though it was quickly supplied when we called. Other than that, it was fine.

We were meet with warmth and friendliness. Traveling south to The Keys for Christmas, we found Henderson's Hampton Inn a relaxing and comfortable place to re-coup. Thank you from 3 English travelers (y'all as you say in the South)

We were in Henderson on 8-27-11 for my 40th high school reunion. Due to Hurricane Irene the power went out. It was amazing to me that the hotel did not have a generator. At least to operate a few hallway lights and at least 1 elevator car. The staff did a good job taking care of us all and providing a safe and welcoming hotel. Also, the staff all knew […] the storm was coming but did not take down the American flag, but rather allowed it to get ripped to peaces. I felt that was uncalled for and an unnecessary expense that could have been avoided by simply taking down the flag before the wind and rain got to strong. Over all I did enjoy my stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone going to the little town of Henderson, NC. Lisez la suite

This hotel needs to hire more workers to maintain the needs of their guests. The one overworked lady that was there the night we stayed did the best she could but it should not have been expected for her to do everything by herself. She did try to make things right for our stay but the 20 minute wait to check in really left me wanting to go somewhere […] else. Hampton was recommended to me over a like-type motel in town as being quiet and comfortable, rather than loud and rowdy. It was all of that . Breakfast was typical and goood. Room was clean and quiet.

We checked in with no issues.. The hotel was crowed cause it was reunion weekend. The breakfast was very good i would only recommend longer hours. They service breakfast from 6am-10am.. and in order to make it you have to get up out that soft bed and cold room to go and eat breakfast.. The pool area is small but its okay.. I chose this hotel simply by geography. The room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff were efficient and courteous. I asked about a laundry room, but they didn't have one. Housekeeping offered to toss a few things in with a batch of towels for me.
