"Great family hotel!"
It was completely worth us spending a little extra money for this hotel! We had a king suite with jacuzzi tub! Our kids loved every minute of staying there and didn't want to leave! Breakfast was great!! The only thing "bad" we can say was there was a used bar of soap stuck on the side of the tub and really it wasn't that bad! Air cond. in room could not keep up, on high (which is very loud!) it was at best 80 degrees for length of stay. After running water in bathroom sink for 5+ minutes, never reached luke warm.
we enjoyed our stay,close to things we wanted to do.
"Holiday Inn Millard Omaha"
Even though Hotels.com said this hotel/room would accommodate 5, it didn't and they were not very nice about it. Their solution was to tell us to pay for a second room. They did find a roll-away but they were not nice about it. The Hot tub was broken, the pancake maker at breakfast was broken and the air conditioner in the room couldn't lower the room […] temperature below 76 degrees. Overall not a very good experience despite paying for a King Suite room which really could only accomodate 4 (3 in the king bed and 1 on the hide-a-bed that was smaller than a twin) Lisez la suite
"Short Beds"
I would say that our experience overall was good. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only mishaps we encountered were that we checked in late at night and it took a long time for the check in clerk to get off of the phone in the back room. I went down a second time to ask a question and had the same experience. It would be nice if she was a […] little more attentive to her guests. The only other problem was with the beds. They were clean and comfy, but my 6 foot tall fiance felt the beds were too short for his comfort. I also noticed that the shower was made for my height and not the height of my fiance. Breakfast was enjoyable. Even though it was continental, there were warm cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage, etc. That was a nice suprise in the morning when we were getting ready to leave! Lisez la suite

"Worse service ever"
The room was amazing although the service was not so much. I had called in advance to ask if I could check in at 11 instead of 2 they said that would be fine & wrote it in there notes. When I arrived they had no notes on my call or my request. The man was rude when he gave me my room key. When I awoke the next morning there was a bill left for me even […] though I had already paid I called & explained & they realized it was there mistake although when I went to check out they still tried to charge me. Now I am a bigger woman & my face is not one you easily forget, but the man who had checked me in yesterday was the same one checking me out. From the moment I had arrived to the moment I had left he was rude & ignorant. Anytime I had talked to someone they all were extremely rude I will never stay at this hotel again. My happiness did not matter to these people even though I had spent money to stay at THEIR hotel. Worst experience ever at a hotel & I plan on telling everyone I know not to go there because of how they had treated me. Lisez la suite
