Cet hotel est lié au dinner 'Peggy's' situé a coté. Avec la chambre, un repas est offert, soit le repas du soir, soit le petit dejeuner. Le dinner est charmant et agreable, l'hotel est tres propre et les prestations tres correctes... => Bonne etape sur la route 30...
Situation
A Omaha, l'établissement Best Western Seville Plaza Hotel se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Creighton University, Joselyn Art Museum et Joselyn Castle. Les sites First National Bank Tower et Gerald R. Ford Birthsite and Gardens se trouvent également à proximité.

"Best Western Seville Plaza: good quality/price"
Nous avons passé une nuit et pour le prix c'etait tout à fait correct. Pro: cacueil gentil, grande salle pour le petit dejeuner. chambre assez grande. Contre: menu du petit dejeuner assez banal, ascenseurs fonctionant eratiquement.

Great for the price. Room was clean, breakfast was edible, and staff is friendly.

I was very happy with my stay and the price. I honestly can't see how anyone can rate this place any lower than a 4 unless your just an unhappy person. :-p
"Hard to adjust curtains"
Overall our stay was good. We were in a King room on the 3rd floor and the curatins in our room were hard to close so we kept getting the light from the street all night and was very disturbing. The bed wasn't comfy as well so I kept turning all night and my husband and me ended up having back and neck pain in the morning. I've never given a bad review. Understaffed - no service - no repair. Smelly dirty rooms. Seriously avoid - too many other hotels nearby of high quality.

"Glorified"
This was basically a run down Motel 6 with a Best Western name attached to it. With the Best Western name you figure they would at least put a little more pride in their hotel then what they did.

The hotel shows some wear and tear but it was a good place at a fair price. Would stay again and reccomend to others. Was pet friendly and the breakfasts were ok nothing special but filled your belly. The only thing I wished they had were fans in the bathrooms.

"Hotel Seville Omaha"
The room was nice and comfortable. no special amenities but the price is right for a nice room. We stayed several nights .spent the day sight seeing and visiting Crieghton University. The hotel does have a nice excercise room, free internet and a nice breakfast to start the day.
"Good location, nice accomodations, fair price"
My girlfriend and I drove up to Omaha to watch the NCAA basketball games on Sunday and decided to stay the night and visit the zoo the next day. I booked the room online through hotels.com and got a great price, when we arrived check-in was quick and the room was spacious with a king and a sofa bed. Even the bathroom seemed very clean which was nice. […] It's not within walking distance to downtown Omaha but its only a few minutes drive. Hotel staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The lady at the desk was so very kind to pack two sack breakfasts since we had to be gone to the hospital before breakfast was served. On the second day, I saw the lady (who happened to be there as we checked in with kind words and smiles) who works in the breakfast room. If she cannot bring a smile to your […] face, nobody can. The walls are paper thin...just so happened to be right next to a room full of HS state wrestlers....very noisy. Appears as though the hotel could use another maintainance man to help keep up with repairs. Wallpaper, floor boards needed replaced in a few places. Lisez la suite

"close to hospital"
Liked the convenient location close to Creighton hospital but the hotel could use a little face lift.

If you are looking for a convenient location at a good price would recommend. Continental breakfast left something to be desired, ran out of "good stuff" early, even out of coffee much of the time.

The condition of the hotel was fine for the rating, however, the seemed overworked and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a fine experience.

Begin at 3 stars as a typical low priced hotel close to downtown. -1 star due to 2 thin bed sheets that were supposed to imitate a comforter , thin doors that allow you to hear just about everything from the hallway, and a connecting door to the adjacent room that allows you to hear every single syllable that is spoken along with the exact ring on […] their phone alarm that goes off at 6am. -1 star because of the bratty teenagers that were in the room next door who loudly stayed up until 4am with alarms going off at 6am. Also, these teenage girls were a part of a large group who ate all the breakfast food (kitchen lady said so!). Therefore, there were NO pancakes, NO waffles, NO nothing left for breakfast after the girls were done. Of course it's not all of their fault, but I'm still mad I didn't even get 1 pancake. "Needs Upgrading and Repair"
We had a plugged toilet and a non-working phone in the first room (2nd floor). Management changed us to a suite (6th floor) where the phone still didn't work. In both rooms, when we first turned the water on, it was brownish and took 3 to 5 minutes to clear. Hot water was initally cold and also took f3 to 5 minutes to clear. The shower curtain was loose […] in the first room. In the second room, the on of the bars on the massage tube came out and the tub was chipped. The best part of the stay was Mary Ann who was responsible for the continental breakfast. She was b oth courteous and very helpful. The hotel shoud be upgraded floor by floor so that it remains open. "Warm People, Freezing Room"
After a long day on the road with a late-night check-in, we just wanted to get to our room, get relaxed, get snug in our beds and go to sleep. Granted, it was one of the coldest days of the year, but I was flabbergasted to find that my third floor room was maybe fifty degrees, tops. "Seville Plaza"
Hotel was good value for our money. Located outside of downtown Omaha ... not an issue since driving around the area is easy and it took about 5 min to the old market area by car. Hotel room was clean & roomy, bed comfortable, a/c worked well, parking was good. Biggest complaint was the hot water ... need to let it run at least 5 min before it gets […] warm. Breakfast consisted of cold cereals, oatmeals, some fruit, pastries, breads and waffles one morning. OJ & coffee weak. Lisez la suite

What impressed me the most was the friendliness of everyone that worked there. They were truly friendly. I have stayed at so many places and there was a person or two that did not impress me....this hotel was different. It was a great stay....thanks

"Best Western in Omaha - quick business trip"
The hotel was close to the airport and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is a little old, but it was fine for a two night business trip. I would stay here again.

The hotel seems to be in a general state of disrepair. The room was not very clean, several things were broken or not operating properly. The equipment in the fitness center was very poor.

A great place to stay close to Downtown Omaha. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and well ventilated. The breakfast was spectacular. Great variety for all to enjoy. Good value for the money.
"Loved Omaha"
This hotel was nice, close to downtown and in a good neighborhood. It took us no time to get to a gourmet restaurant downtown for dinner and drinks. The staff was nice and I would stay there again anytime.

Nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. Central location across the Interstate from downtown Omaha. Out of coffee/ cream at breakfast, but otherwise good. Would stay again for same rate.

Bad neighborhood. Very affordable, but we got what we paid for. The room was dirty, the shower was dirty. The air conditioning unit rattled non stop, I think because it was about to fall out of the wall. I think the whole night we were there, one staff member was present, but she was very nice. "Cheap"
The first room we were in had no AC in over 90 degree weather. We were moved and someone else got stuck with that room. The lobby and hallways were very warm. Ice maker did not work very well. Breakfast was even cheaper than the normally cheap continental breakfast. There was syrup and instructions for waffles and breakfast sandwiches, but none of these […] items were available.
