Rien à dire hôtel excellent ,personnel très sympathique

Nous arrivons à 15h passé et la chambre n'est pas prête! 25 minutes plus tard, on nous donne notre clé et là surprise, la chambre est en demi sous sol. Il me semblait que nous étions à Toronto la ville au grattes ciel. Pour le prix de la chambre, je ne recommande vraiment cet hôtel lugubre et mal situé.

Bel hotel, nous étions dans une chambre rénovée avec un décor moderne agréable. Seul bémol il manquait une couverture pour rajouter sur le lit. L'ascenseur n'est pas très pratique avec des bagages car petit et ancien avec une grille à tirer en plus de la porte à battant. Hotel agréable malgré tout.

L'hôtel en lui même est propre et bien aménagé mais ils m'ont mis une chambre au -1... donc très peu de lumière, pas de possibilité pour ouvrir la fenetre. Donc je suis relativement déçu par cet hôtel. Heuresement je ne suis resté qu'une nuit.

Hôtel très sympa, mais personnel un peu froid. la chambre éait OK mais on a été un peu déçu par le petit déjeuner. Peu de choix et rien de particulier.

Nous avons eu le droit à la suite SELBY car il ne restait aucune autre chambre pour 4 personnes, la plus grande chambre de l'hôtel. Que du bonheur ! Précision : le parking de l'hôtel est payant (environ 15€ par jour)

Rustique, ancien, ne sens pas le frais. L'hotel est bien placé mais pas de restos corrects à proximité. Si on aime marcher, le centre est à quelques minutes. Sinon, le métro est à moins de 50 metres. Hôtel très bien que ce soit la chambre, la salle de bain ou le petit déjeuner. Juste une seule remarque, nous avons eu un peu froid durant la nuit.

endroit agréable,jolie décoration, très jolie maison. Dommage qu'on ne puisse ouvrir les fenêtres. Pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bain. Déjeuner correct sans plus et mauvais café . Nous aurions aimé avoir un peu de fromage . Peu écolo., vaisselle de carton . Service au comptoir agréable et efficace. Nous y retournerons surement .

Cet Hotel est en rénovation. Donc, les allées et venues sont difficiles, les corridors sont froids et poussiérieux. Les chambres sont démodées et le chauffage est plutôt inconfortable. Le prix est le seul élément intéressant.

Well I got a room in a basement... enough said.

The outside doesn't look Very nice but inside Is very nice.....

Its wonderful ...The room is really clean and hotel staff are nice.There is a free printer tooo which you can use to print limit is 10 pages. Its close to many restaurants so there are a lot of eating choices.

Nice little hotel with a lot of charm. Neighborhood not the best at night but we did not have any issues. Convenient to shopping and site-seeing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located just opposite the subway station - great location for touring inside Toronto downtown.

The location close to downtown and next to Sherbourne subway station is very convenient. The quality of the hotel is really good value for money: The interior was representative of its epoque, the room was nicely furnished and clean, all information a visitor needs was available at the front desk. This hotel is excellent, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was extremely well fitted out and the continental breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very close to the Subway and is a short walk from a number of good pubs and restaurants.

Overall we like this spot. We do wish that the continental breakfast they have had some nutritional options as it is 'pretty white bread'; whole grains, wheat options. Also we wish they served on real dishes. We don't like to see such a reliance on disposable dish where. But know this we travel with our own.

Clean hotel, subway station just across the street, decent breakfast with eggs waffles toast with jam and peanut butter,coffee and tea. Hotel very quiet never heard a peep from anyone else during the nights,

Good friendly service, clean, modern room. Quiet, convenient location. Parking is extra. The hallways can use some upgrade.

The hotel gives you what you have paid for, It is not a fancy place however is a place clean and comfortable to stay for a couple of days. The price is good and the breakfast also. It could be better but still was good.

two small, not well maintained

the hotel itself was really nice inside, our room was beautiful. only problems were the parking was difficult in a larger car and the neighborhood was not a good one. location was perfect. our shower leaked water all over the floor, but looked fancy! would go again to clarion.

Beautiful newly renovated, modern room. Great price, easy parking ($17+ tax/day). Across the street from Sherborne TTC (subway) station.

The AC or heating system in the room is not ideal..if you turn off heat its too cold when u turn it on its too hot. The rooms r too small. The furniture is quite old...however the washroom was super clean. The people working at the reception are not friendly. The location is too good.

This hotel is conveniently just across the street from a subway stop, making it easy to get to all the sights downtown. If it's warm enough, it doesn't take too long to walk downtown from this location, either! The room is swanky and modern, with an awesome shower (if you care about these things) and the concierge was pleasant, despite being a bit […] overwhelmed due to the fact that it was New Year's Eve and customers were bombarding him! It is a bargain compared to some of the hotels closer to the Entertainment District or other attractions, and had it not been New Year's Eve and I actually woke up for the complimentary breakfast, I'm sure it would be good. One drawback: Not many restaurants in the couple of blocks around the hotel, so if you're looking for good nighttime cuisine, it's either shawarma (sp?) or other fast food. Bring supplies! Pros: - we got an upgrade to a King size from a Queen, in one of the newer rooms - room was clean, roomy and really lovely looking - Parking is priced reasonably for Toronto standards - Free wireless internet Cons: - It was difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature; would rotate between too hot and too cold and no heating in the bathroom - […] No hot water in the bathroom sink (shower was fine) - The elevator is an old fashioned one with a grate that needs to be pushed open before you can enter it...it was kind of nifty at first, until you try to move your luggage in and out of it. If you have mobility issues you will want to inquire if there's another way to get to your room, stay on the 1st floor or make sure someone can help you Other: - Parking lot is very tight, so if you're nervous about backing out of tight spots, not for you - Continental breakfast was basic/ok...had cereal, muffins, scones, hard boiled eggs, toast, juice, tea coffee and apples - would have liked a couple more fruit choices - bed and pillows were ok, not great, but I've been on worse - The hallways were kind of rundown, but we didn't care about that Lisez la suite

My short stay at the Clarion Hotel & Selby was excellent. The Victoria style house was very nice to see than a regular hotel. All the conveinces were just outside with in steps from a drug store to a grocery store and places to eat out.The staff was freindly and the rooms clean and it was quite place to stay. The most fantastic thing about this place is that Earnest Hemingway stood in this hotel once. Just across the street, there are Shoppers Drugmart and No Frills. Breakfast was poor (peanut butter, strawberry jam, waffles, English muffins and couple of Kellog's cereal). Washroom was OK. The Clarion provided us with a nice, but very very small room, which was fine because we were only there for a night. We saw the all-glass shower and were excited, but then there was no hot water in the entire room.

Great small hotel in a wonderful old building. Parking rates reasonable, easy access to downtown and highway. Excellent room decor, wonderful bathroom, decent price.

very attractive renovated hotel in great location. very comfortable and attractive ambiance. one suggestion, heavier blanket/duvet needed for bed during winter months in TO! and TV should have business channels, BNN and Bloomberg/CNBC.

nice enough place in a kinda shady neighborhood, only complaint was the parking was a bit difficult, but the staff was accommodating.
