I expected the pool to be open for swimming. But was only open for sun bathing.

We have stayed here quite a few times. The staff and service couldn't be better. Bed was very comfortable. This hotel is really showing its age - some of the furnishings and fixtures in the last room we stayed in need to be replaced and the ceiling needs to be redone - it was cracked and peeling in places.

airport shuttle only goes to the airport on the hour. not very convenient or flexible. also, we arrived late- after midnight- and the shuttle driver only works until midnight. that meant we had a $17 limo ride to the hotel.

the room was clean and the beds where nice but the bathroom door would not shut properly and i had to push hard against it to get it shut. the bathroom was very small couldn't really move to much around in it. not the best stay but good for one night.

I would absolutely recommend this location to others. My stay on 3/16/12 was my first visit, but it won't be my last. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. There was also a large premium showerhead. The counter, toilet and showerhead were all lower than I'm used to, and it felt like a room for short people. It was also located […] on a busy main road, next door to a Waffle house, so there was traffic and some noise. However, I still got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was reasonable. There were hot items offered including waffles. The front desk staff were nice and helpful too. Keep in mind, it is not a five star hotel, but I feel I got more than I paid for and definitely more than what I expected. Lisez la suite

Small beds, small room, fridge didn't work, bug on the bed, hardly any outlets. Outdated.

First time staying at Best Western. I was impressed that the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I was concerned when I saw 3 sheriff cars at the motel looking for someone.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable parking right outside the door. Breakfast was good, even had biscuits and gravy. Grits and oatmeal were the real kind, not instant packets. The only drawback was trying to make a left hand turn out of the parking lot during rush hour.

The only dislike was im not a smoker and all the had was a smoking room . Breakfast was very good

I was there for less than 24 hours (had just flown from out of state and was there from 12pm till 3.30am), yet the service and condition of the room was welcoming and pleasant. Stayed in a twin-bed room (because it's cheaper than the single king) and was very pleased to find that all towels (more than enough were provided), pillows, utensils were clean, […] neatly arranged and came with this little flyer that said the hotel was trying to make it a pleasant experience and if anything else was needed, just a call to the hotel would do. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room had its own iron and ironing board, as well as a heater that turned cold water (that you poured in from the top) into hot water almost instantly (instead of having to wait for water to slowly boil over an hour) -- things that are not available in all Best Westerns. I liked that Waffle House was just outside (within the hotel's parking lot) and a nice view of the swimming pool was just outside (I didn't have time to use it, but it sure looked nice, aesthetically, because it was in the centre instead of kept to the side like some hotels, and the water looked clean and well-maintained). The receptionists were polite and kind despite me having an Asian accent and coming from not just out of state but out of country too. I appreciated that the pickup time from the GSP-International Airport was prompt (they came within 5-10 minutes of me calling) and that the receptionist got a room ready for me by 12pm (I'd arrived at the airport at 11am and had asked if I'd have to wait until the 3pm check-in time in order to check in). Breakfast was supposed to be much later but I noticed that the breakfast hall and food inside (cereals) were available for me to take at 3.30am, which I was grateful for. The shuttle wasn't available at 4am but the receptionist did help to call a cab for me, and let me know (I was in the breakfast hall) when it came so I didn't miss it. This hotel was easy to find, just off the freeway. My room was clean, parking convenient and I felt safe. However there was no place to go for dinner except a hot dog place and a bar. The frig in my room was so noisy and rattling I ended up turning off the power strip. Breakfast was not very good: steam table gravy and biscuits, cold hard boiled eggs […] you were not allieed to micriwave, pastries you were not alliwed to toast or microwave, sluces of bread wrapped in plastic, fruit cocktail that looked old, watery coffee. At least they had yogurt. My room was also freezing cold. I guess they turned the space heater off during the day to save energy, but it didn't warm up until morning and there were no extra blankets in the room. Nit a good stay b Lisez la suite

The service at this hotel was great! Very pleasant people at the front desk, which was appreciated after a rough drive. Clean room, comfy bed...all very good. Not sure I would want to spend a week there on a vacation but for a night or two I would highly recommend.

I needed a room for one night during a long road trip. This hotel is right off of I-85 and there are several fast food and casual dining restaurants within a 1-2 mile radius. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was sufficient although meat is not served for breakfast. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and would consider staying again.

Very friendly, helpful staff.

Basic no frills hotel. Good location to airport and other services. Drove back over the freeway and found a great nature food store and a decent fast food style, sushi place.

The hotel is definitely in a commercial area, but right on the I-87 Pelham exit and convenient to shopping. The room is clean and the manager is working to update the rooms. I found the bed comfortable, plenty of hot water, and the sofa area suited our needs. Typical free b'fast, but dining room was very nice. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. […] It isn't a five star establishment, but for the price, the quality cannot be beat. It doesn't smell (old or otherwise), quite comfortable, felt safe, and I can easily get to my appointments. Oh, liked the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Convenient for snacks or light lunch. The hotel was pretty nice. A great value, and located in a good spot. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms are a lot nicer than the outside of the hotel would make you think. Pet friendly.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and quiet. It is convenient to many good restaurants. We will stay in this hotel again.

We were impressed by the quality and amenities of the Best Western Greenville Airport motel and would highly recommend staying there, especially since the cost is very reasonable. The shower was fantastic compared to most budget motels (the shower head was mounted high on the wall for tall people and had a strong, but gentle spray). The beds were comfortable […] and the breakfast was great. We were happy that small pets are allowed since we had our small dog with us, but we wish the pet fee was a bit less (we did not notice it posted online, but it should be). I've stayed at this hotel several times, and have had a good experience each time. The staff is great. I am a woman traveling alone with a dog, and feel very safe here. The security staff responded very quickly when I was concerned about someone outside my door one night, and the property is well lit. The rooms are clean comfortable, however I did notice […] some stains on the bathroom wall that looked like food or something. But overall I was pleased with my latest stay. The dog park is a nice touch, with benches to sit on while your dog gets to be off the leash to play. Renovations are going on now to the exterior and the lobby area, so I'm looking forward to seeing the results on my next visit. Lisez la suite

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. It was located right off the interstate. Which made it easier to get back onto the interstate. We did not have to drive very far to find a good place to eat. the rooms were great. the beds slept comforterably, and the bathroom was very clean(A+). I would stay here again. NICE JOB HOTEL STAFF! We looked for a motel near the airport, and got more than we expected. Room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great - selection was just right, and breakfast room was bright and large. Very comfortable - definitely recommended for a highway stop.

Hotel was great. Front desk lady was the best. I left my iPhone and they have it back. Great price. Lots of restaurants around.

Room very comfortable and clean-- the shower was especially nice and had great water pressure along with just being spacious and pleasurably appointed. The room was clean and much nicer than I would have expected for the price. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Greenville area-- save money and still get a great stay.

Very clean and nice. Hotel staff was very efficient. The only gliche I had was when I called for pick-up from the airport, my wait was excessive. After flying for quite a while, that was a bummer, but everything else was very good.

This was a wonderful hotel, nice accomodations and very convenient to stay in. Hotel staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone for staying there.

Friendly staff with a sense of humor. Only gripe was that our room was too close to the highway noise. We were excited about our upcoming day of football and the staff and patrons made it memorable. Breakfast was terrific and driving instructions with hints and tips about game day were first rate. Pool was closed for the season, but oh well that happens. […] All in all a great sleepover!! We stayed 5 nights and our room was always clean, cool and confortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and all of the hotel staff were very helpful and sociable.
