Hampton Inn North Little Rock - Mccain Mall - North Little Rock

This hotel was the worst Hampton Inn we've ever stayed in, and maybe the worst hotel. It was old, dirty, run down, and the beds were hard and lumpy old mattresses. I would not stay here again & I would recommend this hotel.

I would definately recommend Hampton Inn!!! My mother & I were traveling to Maumelle for a wedding shower and wanted to do some shopping in LR. This was the "perfect" choice with easy access to Interstate and close to Dillard's/Mall. My mother is 78 yrs. old and we were able to get the handicap accessable room which was great! This hotel was either new or just renovated. Everything was nice, clean, and felt new. Breakfast every morning was great- but of course that is a Hampton Inn standard.Thanks!

I am a stickler for cleanliness and this hotel was way above average in how clean it was. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Check in was super quick and easy. No problems what so ever during our stay. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is super clean and makes a great first impression that lasted through my whole visit! The breakfast bar had so many choices. I loved the large bathroom and lighting. Arrived late but it was a quick check in that i very much appreciated. Left early but the breakfast was hot and ready.

Was only there one night but found hotel very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Was a little hard to find-needed better directions than what was given.Only thing wrong was bathroom facilities were to low-could barely get off toilet. Probably should have asked for handicapped room.

Staff was great. Room was nicely decorated and furnished. Bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. Area has every store n restaurant u desire. We are often on the road 3-4 times a year for long distances and have always been satisfied with Hampton Inns across the nation. This one is no exception. Great hotel with the expected comfort of a Hampton Inn. Great hot breakfast and the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We asked the person on staff at check-in where a great local joint was to eat. She recommended The Whole Hog. We drove to the one downtown and loved it!

The family and I were down in this area for a death in the family. Needless to say these kinds of days are not good. However, staying here really helped us relax some. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were more than friendly and HELPFUL. The only downside is the location. It is located on a one-way service road and the only way to get to it if […] you miss it, is to go up the road about a mile cross over the interstate, come back down about a mile and a half, cross back over the interstate and come back up. The only problem we had was the carpet felt sticky or something, the whole room. Our child and I were running around barefooted and I had to wash our feet at bedtime. They were black from the carpet.
