"Friendly, professional staff"
This is a very nice hotel, attractively furnished with a lovely pool. However, the most memorable feature is the front desk staff who were so welcoming and professional. We rolled in late and tired on Friday night and the check in was so easy and pleasant. I had not given my honors number when making the reservation and before I could pull it up on […] my phone the young man at the desk had it taken care of. Our room had a very nice view of the Rockies and was quiet and comfortable. Not a large room but for the price, very comfortable. DTC is a business neighborhood so it was quiet on the weekend when we were there. However, we found a very comfortable place for dinner just a couple blocks away and the freeway access is great. This hotel is great! Every single thing about this hotel is excellent. The beds are the highlight. They have adjustable number beds and you can adjust the hardness or softness of the mattress. We stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving and had a great experience. This hotel is primarily used by business travelers since it is located in the Denver Tech Center. As a consequence, there were very few guests during this Holdiday week but the staff made sure to treat the few that were there especially well. I was in Denver to attend a physical training seminar - with little time to do anything but eat and sleep when not training. Staff were professionally helpful and friendly. We only needed to stay in the room for a few hours, but I'm glad that I picked this hotel. The bed was comfortable. I could even adjust the firmness of the mattress!
