The stay was during a very busy Easter week. The Hotel staff is very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. However, the hotel was way overbooked. There had to have been too many people staying in each room becasue the staff couold not keep up with keeping the place clean. There was trash on the ground, the […] pool (all of them) were unclean and had people everywhere. We ended up leaving early due to the un-clean conditions. The sofa bed was really just a bag of rocks on squeaky springs and not comfortable for the one adult. TERRIBLE! There was not shower curtain. The hotel is really overpriced. You pay for EVERY event, each ammenity; a very high cost. We had the character buffet dinner and it was outrages per adult and a charge for one child and the 3 and 10 month old […] were free. 3 adults and 3 children cost us a big amount because there was an added huge gratuity for parties of 6 or more. The hostess asked if this was okay and I said no, because 2 of our party are free adn this is a buffet. She wrote the grat on the bill anyway and gave me a dirty look. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Our stay was this March 2013, and was by far the best Kids resort we've stayed in! There were shows, movies, arcades, Water rides & character breakfast. There are fees for everything but they are within reason in my opinion (arcade $25 for 2 Kids, movies was $12.95 for unlimited movies, shows free, character breakfast $20 for adults/ $14 for Kids, spa […] is $15 for polish, parking was free, and food was $40-$50 for pizza & Wings at resort) we had a good time for the most part! Pools were great. Buffets were horrible. Character buffet was fun for the kids the food just ok. Cheaper buffet across the food court was horrible. Terrible quality with rotten fruit, stale muffins and bagels. You felt as though you were part of the money machine. Anything and everything had a price tag. Change could not be made unless a purchase made. […] Kiosk charged 15.00 for dayquil that costs 8.00 anywhere else. Rooms were sizeable but the bathrooms were tired and in need of updating. Bedrooms and living areas were minimally appointed and furniture tired and worn. The staff at the pool area was great anddid a great job entertaining. We stopped here for one night to please our kids. We were not prepared for the insane freakshow that awaited us! The two bedroom suite we booked was VERY SMALL. All rooms were located outside like a motel, not a hotel. The TV in the bunk bed room was an older tube TV and did not have a remote, the room did not even have a door. The bathroom was very small. The main room was so small when you folded out the couch to a bed there wasn't any walking room. You had […] to climb over it to get to the door to leave the room. Everything was great! The only complaint I had was that the furniture in the room, particularly the couches, were pretty dated. Other than that, the beds were comfortable,there was enough room for 4 adults and two children. Our room's top kitchen cabinet was broken. The toilet chain was broken so my husband fixed it temporarily. Location of hotel was great. Food was too expensive so we had all of our meals elsewhere.

1. We arrived and the front desk agent pushed a so called upgraded themed room on us. 2. Parking staff charged my grandfather $20 to park for 25 minutes. 3. Upgraded room was dirty and bathroom was filthy and no where near the pool on a cold day which made no difference 4. When we confronted the manager she smeared and promised to follow up and never […] did - she promised to give us a complimentary breakfast with characters and never did. 4. 5 every hotel staff member looked miserable. 6. Mall was dirty and food was bad at the grill. 7. This survey was the only time anyone has asked how our stay was. 8. $300 later I'm disappointed we visited and would have spent more to go elsewhere. In June we will go back to the blue green resort and stay the whole trip. Female manager told me that Her staff pushed the extra cost down our throats and we agreed to pay for a room that had no view and isolated from everything and everyone on a cold day because of a mural on the kids wall. We had to clean the bath tub ourselves to give the kids baths before housekeeping actually showed up. Your hotel knows that the room was the worst you had and they chose us as the candidates..thanks again for a miserable first and last visit. Staff very accommodating, however checkin and checkout were extremely slow since there was only one person on the reserv desk. How about streamlining this process so guests don't have to waste 30 or more min waiting!

This is the worst hotel we ever stayed in. I thought to stay at an interesting hotel for my kids, who had their winter break cut short because of Hurricane Sandy. I figured to stay at Nickelodeon to make it fun for them, It was the worst decision that I have ever made. they would not let me and my kids check in because the name of the reservations was […] under my husband. I had to have a fax sent to them from my husband saying it was ok for us to check in. the room was not ready when we got there. we up-graded for extra $25 a room a night to be facing the pool. When we got back from the park, we went to check into our rooms, and they were facing the parking lot, even though we got an email that stated we have a pool facing room. after fighting with management we finally got a pool facing room. The room stunk. It smelled like mildew and dirty socks. my 13 year old could not use the pool with out an adult with him, even though there were 2 or 3 life guards. the pool opened late and closed early, the slides opened even later and closed earlier then the pool. The movie that they showed at the hotel does not include in the price of the overpriced hotel or the $30 service charge We found out that they charge $30 a day per room for activities that they do, even though we did not use them or went to see the double dare shows. We were in a "suite" which would seem a very liberal interpretation of the word. Property is somewhat disheveled at this point. Worse, despite ostensibly being a hotel catering to children, the hotel had an overwhelming contingent of revelers present throughout the weekend. This was certainly the case on Saturday evening when our children were trying […] to sleep and the neighbors were partying until 1 am; Rooms are dark and sparse and, despite the property description including wifi as a "room feature" we were advised after check in that wifi was not available in the rooms. I took my sons there for a little weekend family getaway and was a bit disappointed by how little I got for as much as I paid. The fridge in our room leaked so the carpet was soaked. Maint. came out and moved the fridge out but never cleaned the carpet. By end of Day 2 our room smelled of mildew. The tub was dirty and the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned […] (I know this because I found a used contact lens on the floor and I don't wear them). The suite was small and it seems like you had to pay for EVERYTHING. In order to stay in a Spongebob room you had to pay extra (really?!). The boys had a blast in the waterpark and pool which is all that really matters. Except I didn't appreciate overhearing a couple of the lifeguards making fun of some of the guests and how they looked in their swimming apparel. good but instalations outdated, modern tv's with terrible unconfortable beds, good towels, bad smell inside room; extra TV in twin beds room too old, is better to remove than have it, either way we couldn't use it because the remote didn't work.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean, pools and water slides are fun and there is always stuff going on. Character meet and greets are great for the kids. Lots to do you can make a vacation just from staying at the hotel. Loved the arcade and won lots of prizes with not spending too […] much money.
