Très bel hôtel, chambre très correcte mais dans nouvelle annexe moins glamour. Piscine et centre de fitness ouverts à tous, mais les mineurs (16 ans) doivent être accompagnés des parents. Personnels de réception extrêmement efficaces, certains parlent français. Quartier très sympathique, bien situé.

Un hôtel dans lequel j'ai dû faire une escale d'une nuit. Je n'ai pas pu profiter pleinement des activités proposées par l'hôtel par manque de temps. Ne comprenant pas l'anglais oral parfaitement, j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à comprendre par téléphone le lieu du rendez-vous de la navette de l'hôtel à l'aéroport (emplacement 26-H devant l'aéroport). Le lendemain à l'hôtel, devant partir pour l'aéroport avant 6h (heure à partir de laquelle le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'hôtel) du matin, je n'ai pas pu bénéficier du petit déjeuner (compris dans le prix de la chambre) car ils ne le donnent pas à emporter. A part ça, la chambre de l'hôtel est propre, très belle et confortable, et les horaires des navettes pour l'aéroport de l'hôtel (gratuites) sont très larges : de 4h30 du matin à minuit. Etrangement, on peut réserver pour 4 personnes une chambre qui n'a juste qu'un seul lit double.

bonne situation, personnel très serviable, chère très propre. en revanche celles situées sur la K Street sont du côté le plus bruyant.fitness, bar et resto agréable. hall d'entrée impressionnant. jca

L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier très calme, à proximité relative (compter entre 10 et 20 min de marche) de tout : restaurants, monuments, commerces. L' hôtel propose un système de gardiennage de voiture. Prévenir 20 min à l avance minimum pour retirer sa voiture. Les chambres sont propres, toutes non fumeurs. Le petit dejeuner est d anthologie!!! À proximité pour les enfants : la caserne des pompiers : les rire pan se prêtent volontiers à une visite improvisée, tentez votre chance.

This hotel was difficult to find. It was very noisy. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the usual powdered eggs, waffle maker junk, cold oatmeal fare. There were kids running all over the place with no supervison - ridiculous! Will not stay here again.

Not only did they go above and beyond with this request, they included a bath toy for our daughter, a sheet for the pack and play, and a baby blanket! Hotel was very difficult to find due to its proximity to the exit ramp and vegetation around the sign. The room was very crowded with the sofa bed down making ingress and egress difficult. The breakfast however was very good and the staff was very helpful.

This hotel is very new and very beautiful. The staff were courteous and helpful. If you know Washington D.C. then you know that Dulles airport is far from the city and getting to and from the hotel is time-consuming and costly (there are tolls.) I picked the hotel because I wanted to be close to the airport for my early morning departure, I was only […] there for a couple of days, but I did want to see a few sites. I ended up having to rent a car which was an added expenditure I didn't want. There is a free shuttle to the airport, but it is not guaranteed and doesn't start running till after 7 a.m. (which was the time of my flight.) My only problem with the hotel itself was the pillows! They were very hard and uncomfortable and I had trouble sleeping. Reston is beautiful and there are plenty of stores, so it all depends what you are looking for. Lisez la suite

got in to the hotel at 2am after our flight was delayed. the hotel room was clean and very spacious. No complaints except quite far from DC

We really enjoyed our stay, very nice service, staff was very courteous and breakfast was great. The only problem was the people above us kept on making too much noise, if you are just adults make sure to ask for a room where no kids are staying above your room.

"Nice place to stay"
We spent two nights at Herndon location and found it to be very comfortable. The suite was clean and roomy, the breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff we met were always smiling and friendly.

We got a great deal on our stay of 3 days. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The location was great because it was in close proximity to the highway as well as to stores and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Suites. The only one thing that was a little uncomfortable […] was the cold air from outside that came through the top of heater/air conditioner unit, we put a blanket over it and that help stop the cold air from outside from coming in. Very nice place for the money. Close to the Town Center in Reston. However, don't expect good service. Was given wrong directions, had long waits to speak with the front desk. If you don't care about any of those things, great place to stay.

The hotel is clean. The staff is nice. The breakfest was very good. Located in a good area with ease to highway. Driving to downtown DC is about 1/2 hour with little traffic when we were there. I did have some minor problems, but the hotel staff were extremely polite and courteous, and got everything fixed right the first time. Thanks to them, I had a great stay. Customer service like that doesn't happen every day.

The first night there was a problem with the airconditioner. The manager went out of his way to get us another room the next day. Everything was booked so he let us stay in a handicap accessible room. Great breakfast!

I was very pleasantly surprized. The room was beautiful. Very large & had everything I could ever want in a hotel(microwave,fridge, coffee maker, iron/board, blow dryer). Two large flat screen Tv's in the room, seperate sitting area with sofa bed. Indoor pool/hot tub open til 10PM. Extremely comfortable King sized bed. Free breakfast, free parking. […] Close to the main highway(66). If you drive to the Vienna subway station, it's about a 35 minute ride into DC by metro. Just hop on the Orange & it brings you ight to the action of smithsonian/capital without having to search for a parking space & no stressful driving. Hotel was very clean & safe & the front desk was always helpful & friendly (free chocolate chip cookies!!!). For the price, it was an extraordinary hotel! Lisez la suite

We were very pleased with our stay at the SpringHill Suites. The Herndon location is a good place to stay while touring No. Virginia. We rented a car at the airport and took day trips to historic areas including Gettysburg and Harper's Ferry. "Nice and quiet"
This hotel was nice, quiet, and comfortable. Surrounding area was quiet as well. Never felt like we needed it, but there is even a police station a block away! Hotels.com got us a great rate, and was a perfect location for a couple events we were attending in the area. One note- the pool & hot tub close at 10 pm....
