Clean room and courteous/helpful staff. Free coffee and cockies in the lobby area. Free business centre with printer.

This would have been a truly great hotel experience if it had not been for the bed--which is pretty important when trying to get a good night's sleep away from home. The signage on the counter at check-in touted the special adjusitble mattresses. By turning a dial on each side, the individual firmness could be determined. Ours did not work--we had two […] deep caverns to sleep in. We reported the problem twice and again at check-out, each time being told one had to wait 7-10 minutes for proper adjustment. We were there two nights. When we left, the manager apologized, explaining that sometimes the little tubes get disconnected. In retrospect, we should have been more persistent in either getting repairs or changing rooms. My husband had stayed at the same hotel 4 months earlier and had had no problems. My hotel stay was fantastic. The service and staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and pleasant with an opening window. The Sleep Number bed was comfortable but it took a while to get my side of the bed "dialed" in. The location is great, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. The only grip I had was the air […] conditioner in my room was quite noisy. Other than that small issue, the sat was thoroughly enjoyable. We wanted to stay close to the Santa Anita track and it was an excellent location for that. Just a short drive away. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.Plenty of food options for dinner. We loved everything about our stay except for the bed and pillow. Bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft.

Stayed there for three nights on business. The front desk was accomodating as to where I wanted my room. The people across form me were smiking like chimenys and the manager wasted NO TIME in stopping this ASAP. In a firm but very polite way...She was not kidding..no smoking means NO smoking..and I am asthamatic so this was awesome.. Came down late […] for breakfast as they were cleaning up..no problem..yes you may have some fruit and coffee...Have a great day !! This property is just slightly below the typical standard for Hilton Garden Inns. Specifically because of these things encountered during our 11 night stay: Housekeeping was slow, we typically did not get our room cleaned until after 1pm. One morning, we specifically asked at the front desk if they could have housekeeping do our room first that morning […] since we would be out of the room from 8am till 9:30am and it would be convenient. When we returned, our room was not done. I walked to the other end of the hall and asked the maid myself to come down & do our room and she was there in about 15 minutes, so we went down to the lobby for an hour to let her finish our room. She was never told to do our room first. The walls seemed thin. We could clearly hear people talking in the room next door, which is unusual for a HGI. Our room (#328) had a problem with the hot/cold water in the shower. It would suddenly change temperature during the shower without warning. We contacted maintenance about the problem, and explained it in great detail to be sure they understood, and they worked on the shower controller but it never fixed the problem. Other than these problems it was typical of a HGI. No other complaints. Lisez la suite

This Hotel was exactly what I thought it would be, comfy and cozy.

Great value, clean, everything works, service by staff is strong, fair price. I will go back.

What a great place to stay highly recommended... Exceptionally clean room & great service

Great location. Rooms are very comfortable. Microwave and mini-fridge in the room. The breakfast is pricey - Nothing you can't get at the Denny's (5-10 minute walk) but wireless internet is free and parking is also free.

Everything was better than expected!

Have stayed here several times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Location is handy to nearby restaurants and shopping. Slightly disappointing that breakfast is at extra charge; better value options are within walking distance. Would gladly stay again.

the only issue we had was the coffee maker had a crack in the glass. told front desk but it was never replaced.

We have now stayed at this hotel several times and it has become like home. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable with the exception of the "new European-style pillows. Room 121 was next to worker's area and voices were loud. Also could hear conversations (might have been TV) through the wall. Otherwise, very satisfactory.

I spend a great deal of time in Arcadia and I stay at this hotel everytime. It's great. The staff is very warm and accomodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the wait staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Quality has gone down a notch from our previous stays. They've lost a step somewhere but I can't pinpoint the reason, I just have that perception. The staff are still great, but maybe fewer in number. The towels are starting to age like you see in the 2-star hotels, and the toilet tissue is paper thin and poorer quality than before. Comfortable hotel, nice pool and business center. Rooms reasonably quiet. Arcadia is a little far from LA, but a very good value hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great hotel with everything as expected from a Hilton. Plus, it was only a three minute walk to a load of good restaurants - Souplantation does a great buffet.

Your staff was very courteous and friendly. We would stay there again and would reccomend it to friends and family.

My wife and I scheduled a theatre performance weekend with "Les Miserable" in Los Angeles and "Twist: An American Musical" in Pasadena. For the evening between the two performances, we wanted to stay away from the "hustle and bustle" of lodging in either city center. The Hilton Garden Inn in Arcadia fit our needs perfectly. Very comfortable hotel, breakfast was very good indeed - plenty of choice and very reasonable. Staff were very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.

The only comments are as folllows ; The elevators are slow. The front staff are somtimes young and are not professional. Kind but not experienced .

We enjoyed our two night stay at this very conveniently located hotel while visiting relatives in the area. The room was clean (with plenty of towels offered) and the bed was comfortable. We were a little disappointed that the Continental Breakfast wasn't complimentary. At $7.95 per person, we thought this was a bit much for cereal, toast or bagel and […] coffee - and maybe some fruit. Nothing special. The place was clean and fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, the couple next door kept me up most of the night :/ but I suppose that's not the hotel's fault. I wish they had designed the rooms so that the beds aren't back to back on either side of the walls... Another (small) con I noticed was hard water that dried my skin out a bit. […] Oh! A bigger con is that breakfast isn't included, and it's not exactly cheap, either. I drove a mile or so over to Robek's for an acai bowl and got some *excellent* coffee at Jameson Brown on Allen. I was very happy with my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Arcadia. I am a frequent business traveler and was in Arcadia on business. I especially appreciated the free parking and free wireless internet with printing capability. The location was convenient and VERY easy walking distance to many good restaurants and a park. Everything was clean and comfortable. […] All of the staff from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again when I'm in Arcadia on business. Great place to stay and reasonably priced - easy access to freeways

Bathroom sink stopper did not work first day. Report to desk, fix same day but sink still did not hold water. minor and would not stop me from staying there again. Everything else was great.

We found this hotel to fit our needs perfectly. The service was great, our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and the waiter very pleasant. I would stay here again!

I'm familiar with the Hilton brand so I wasn't surprised. I received what I paid for. I lost a key in the middle of the night and they didn't hesitate to give me another. The bed is especially comfortable. At one point I ended up sleeping in the tub but I eventually made it to bed. I'd recommend it.

We have stayed here several times because we have friends nearby who have great wine parties and it is too far to drive back home. It is always great service, impeccably clean, comfy beds, large rooms and even fresh cookies. I would recommend this to anyone though not sure about what people with kids are looking for.
