I stayed two nights in Los Angeles near downtown. Then I came here to complete my three-night SoCal business trip. What a huge difference!! I guess this is how Orange County does things; big, clean, new, comfortable. This hotel is immaculate! The room was big and clean. Also, it's very close to the airport and just about any type of business you might […] have in and near the Irvine/Santa Ana area. The hotel was wonderful, except for horrible experience with our card keys. We were issued two keys and both were awful. We needed to have them reprogrammed five times over three days. That required a pretty long trek from our 3rd floor room to the office. Maintenance man came up twice to room to check.

We appreciated the hotel's airport shuttle and the responsiveness of the hotel staff, but were surprised that there seemed to be only one sit down restaurant within walking distance given that there were about six other large hotels at this location.

The hotel itself is quite nice a convenient to freeway. Room was very clean although was felt a bit cramped between the bed and the desk with a large manager type chair for the desk chair. Interenet was very slow to non-existent even via wired. Was never able to get on the internet via wireless. Although they advertise "high speed internet" could barely […] get 1Mb when I was connected. In this day and age 1mb does NOT qualify as "high speed". Would not recommend for business traveller. Much better hotels with better/faster internet. For family it is fine. Good breakfast, pool, clean, and friendly staff. Lisez la suite

THE BREAKFAST STAFF FRI, SAT, AND SUN WERE MORE THAN FANTASTIC. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT, FAST, HARD WORKING, AND CHEERFUL ALL THE TIME. NEVER LET ANY OF THEM GO.

With such rating, I expect glasses, not just paper cups, for my drink. The shower water is difficult to control.

Very pleased with this Best Western . Breakfast choices very good. Foam cups for coffe/tea could be a size larger. Pleasant employees in eating area.

The Do Not Disturb sign on the door does not mean anything to the housekeeping lady; she still knocked on the door and woke us up on our one and only day to sleep in ... in over 10 months.

Right before I made a reservation at this hotel, I looked at other reviews and noticed that people said that the kitchen service was wonderful. After experiencing the service firsthand, I can agree that the kitchen lady, Claudia, was wonderful and very hard working. Very Good & Excellent Hotel. We liked it very much & enjoyed the stay. The staff were extremely helpful & kind. Moreover great value for money.

Stayed just one night because of close proximity to hotel. Room smelled like "curry", shower not working very well. Hotel is old and needs a lot of renovation. Would not stay there agian.

This is the second time I have stayed here and again the room was very nice. The breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. We needed a place to stay before flying out of John Wayne Airport the next day. This motel was in great location. Off the hwy. Along with several other hotels. The hotel is nice enough with a better breakfast than other hotels. The staff is great. The worst part is the beds are a little hard for my liking.

Nice rooms and very clean. The free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had u actually order what u want and they make it so its hot for you. There's also all the other stuff to like fruit, milk,juice,toast,butter,coffee, ect.

I made a seperate reservation from downtown to stay at this hotel because it was near the airport and was suppose to have a shuttle! I had a 6:45am flight and the shutte didn't run until 6:00 so I had to pay a taxi to get me to the airport! Would never stay here again!

While the hotel itself was clean and within a quick trip from the airport, the beds were horribly stiff and uncomfortable, even for someone who likes a firm bed. They have also transitioned to using "automatic" light switches which were not functioning correctly, causing the light over the sink to turn on and off and regular intervals when it was in […] the "on" position. This hotel had what I needed, cleanliness, quiteness, safety, free (light) breakfast and convienence. Close to a major mall that had alll the frills a mall has.

Friendly staff all the way around. Front desk was very accomodating from day one to sign out 13 days later. Continental breakfast was tremendous everying morning! Our hot breakfast was served quickly and was well prepared. A wide variety of fresh fruit and juices were also available. Four types of cold cereals, at least two types of pastries along with […] coffee and several varieties of teas were offered every morning. While we were eating our breakfast, the cleaning service took care of our room. Every morning our room looked like it did when we first registered - spotless. The location of the hotel was just right. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see locally. It was also easy to go to and from whenever we wanted to travel in any direction and any distance. When visiting southern California in the future, we will certainly look to stay here again. I had a room in corner of 1st floor with was very convenient. Room size was nice with sofa and was clean. Lots of AC outlets. Near highway and markets. Would stay again on the next business trip.

Ended up paying twice for a room because was told I could do an early check in by a male receptionist thank god hotels.com refunded the difference hotel staff did not want to cooperate at all. Stayed at many places Hilton, Ramada, Holiday Inn, Hampton etc all go out of their way to help their customers this hotel how ever does not. The management see's […] you more as an inconvenience then a guest in the early morning hours. I will never stay at a Best Western again in my life. Excellent service. Even though the shuttle to the airport didn't begin to run until 6. The hotel staff accommodated the schedule for us!! They still got us to the airport when we needed to be there!

I enjoyed my stay at the best western. The room was spacious, comfortable and most importantly very clean.

I stayed one night while attending an event at Chapman University. The hotel is very conveniently located from Hwy 55. Front Desk was very warm and friendly when I arrived after driving 450 miles. VERY pleasantly surprised, the room was immaculate and nicely appointed. Breakfast in the morning was made personally for me at my request. This was a convenient location for us, right off the I-55. For an older facility, it was very well kept. An example is that the faucet fixtures were so old that the little red and blue inserts had changed color and texture. Yet, the metal parts were spotless, without mineral buildup. The king room that I had was configured so that there was a rather […] narrow passage between the bed and the desk. But that was minor. Breakfast was decent, but not a buffet. I love Best Westerns. They are usually pretty predictable. This one stunk. They said it was a non smoking room, but it just reeked of smoke. We switched rooms, same thing. So I gave up. Remote controls sucked and bed was very uncomfortable. So much selection in this area, I would probably try Hampton Suites or other places next time.
