Ce quartier résidentiel et commercial est situé à deux pas du Jardin du Luxembourg et tout près de la place Vavin. L'aéroport d'Orly est bien desservi par bus (Orly Bus - départ place Denfert Rochereau) et par train (RER B). Montparnasse est un quartier typiquement parisien, où l'on trouve les plus grandes et plus belles brasseries parisiennes. Ce quartier comprend la station Montparnasse-Bienvenüe ainsi que le centre commercial de la tour Maine-Montparnasse. Le Parc des Expositions, les pelouses du parc André Citroën et les vignes du parc Georges Brassens sont facilement accessibles. Très bonne; Ce serait même excellent si la réservation n'avait pas été aussi fastidieuse. De plus, on ne m'avais pas prévenu (ou à la dernière minute) que le parking était indisponible. Ce sont les seuls points négatifs.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Hôtel n'ayant pas été refait depuis fort longtemps. Petite chambre, un seul fauteuil pour s'assoir. L'entretien laisse à désirer (ampoule ne fonctionnant pas, luminaire cassé). Le ménage pas bien fait ( vieux journal retrouvé); La vue (chambre 1141)n'était pas sur la tour Eiffel mais sur des immeubles derrière, sans intérêt. "Factory" style hotel designed for the heavily discounted tour group market who are impressed to see that they are in a "4 star" hotel. Room is ok but the thermostat was broken (face was actually broken off and missing). The maintenance man that came said it had been like that for a while and just turned off the system at the mains. "Pleasant stay"
We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel for a long weekend in Paris. The staff were very friendly and helpful as they couldn't do enough for you. The location was excellent with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, with brilliant views of the city and the Eiffel Tower.Avis véridique Hotels.com
It was a great experience to be so close to everything. We walked everywhere that you could think of. The best thing is also the ability to get a cab. In Paris, getting a cab can be difficult. "Extremely comfy beds"
Like other reviews I had to rate the hotel down a little bit because of the renovations. They were very noisy when we got there. However, you don't spend your time in the room. The hotel is situated just minutes walk from Champ de Mars metro station which made it really easy and convenient for getting to and from airport. Our room whilst a bit old, […] was clean, a good size, and spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. My only complaint would have to be that we arrived at 1.50, and I now check-in isn't till 2, but our room wasn't ready for an hour. After a long journey from Australia all I wanted was a hot shower. "Such a disappointment!"
We started with a grunt from the man greeting us as we got out of the car. Not a word was said by the bellman that brought our luggage up. The man at the desk was nice enough. The room was fine, nothing special. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was not working, so the room was warm & stale. When we complained at the front desk, they said they […] would have someone fix it. Well, this went on for the 3 days that we stayed there. The manager was never available when we asked to speak to him, and each person at the front desk gave us a different reason why the air wasn't working. We were told the hotel was fully booked, so there was nothing they could do. We received no compensation or apology. The only good things were the location & the view from the restaurant . The bed was very comfortable. Despite the hotel undergoing renovation at the moment, the service at a temporarily established reception desk was excellent; all staff speaks good English. Breakfast served at the top level of the hotel with fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower and Paris was extremely enjoyable. Our room at level 8 was noisy on Thursdays […] until 1AM at night due to loud music coming from the bar/restaurant on level 10. There was a door in the wall separating our room from the next guest room and we were woken up at night a few times by noisy guests in that room. We had to hide glasses in a safe because the cleaning staff would remove them immediately in the morning from our room and left us with one glass only! Great location for a quick Eurostar from London two-day trip to Paris. Easy metro and RER access. Felt reasonably safe in the area, just a few mins walk to Eiffel Tower and quai area where you pick up the Red Bus tours and Bateaux Parisiennes boat cruises. Front desk service was excellent, renovations going on during day (so there's noise--but who's […] in their room in the day, anyway??). The rooms are wonderfully appointed, and with this update, the halls should be much nicer (quite worn-looking). I would stay here again given the location, staff and convenience. "Loved it"
It is what it is... the hotel is renovating, and I knew that. I booked it knowing it would be loud from 9am to 5pm on the weekdays, but I also knew that I would be out and about enjoying the city during those times. Now, this place is all about convenience as it is located very close (and I mean very close) to the Metro (city subway) and also the RER […] train (access to the airport and Versailles) and the Eiffel tower. I had a great view of Eiffel Tower from the patio (and associated light shows at night). The service was great, thank you so much to the wonderful staff and to Geoff that checked us in. When this hotel is done renovating, it will be amazing, but right now, enjoy it for the lower price you can get it at. Olivia from the General Manager's Office had agreed to credit all of our restaurant charges for room 227 due to the MAJOR inconvenience of the TERRIBLE CONSTRUCTION NOISE. Upon departure the restaurant charges were STILL on the invoice. We were promised an email stating the revised bill with the removal of the charges! "Worst experience on our honeymoon"
The hotel is very old and run down. The staff were clueless. It took about 30 minutes to check in because the lady didn't know what to do. It took 15 to just checkout and even though I had given them my card at check in they didn't have it so I had to do it all over again to check out. Our room had no air conditioning. It did not work, but they failed […] to tell us that on check in. We went to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms, but apparently the A/C was out in all the rooms. The service at the restaurant was horrible. We had to hunt people down for service. They were doing construction in and around the hotel so it was very loud and disturbing. "Spring in Paris"
The location of this Hotel was great, down the street from both the Eiffel Tower and the Metro Stop. However, the Hotel is old and is undergoing a major facelift so to speak. Our room was OK, furniture was old, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but the hallways were dark and they smelled, the carpet was dity and the wall paper was peeling […] off the wall. If you are one that likes to sleep in, forget it, construction started everyday but Sunday at 7am. I must say, the staff was so very kind. They were friendly and so helpful with everything that we had asked for. I would not stay at this Hotel again, until the construction was completed. "Amazing view"
We stayed in the deluxe room. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel tower, this is what really made the hotel worth the stay. I wish they had chairs on the balcony. There was only one inside the room which couldn't be left outside. We came back to the room one day at 3:30pm and the room hadn't been serviced. We tried to ask the cleaning ladies if they […] could service it after 7pm once we'd left but they didn't understand. One spoke no english and the other spoke very little. We called reception and they said that was fine. The cleaning ladies came back again telling us they need to clean the room. I tried to explain reception said it was ok for it to be cleaned later but she still didn't understand. She said she was finishing her shift and needed to clean the room. It was quite annoying they wouldn't go away, the room should have been cleaned by 3:30pm. The shower head also broke away from the wall. It was just hanging on by a nail. It was difficult to get a bottle opener, ice bucket and knife (we bought cheese) since they weren't in the room we had to go up to the bar (which is also a restaurant). When asked for a wine bucket and ice they acted as if it was an odd request. They said they could give us the ice but not the bucket. Don't know how they were planning on doing that but they came out with a bucket in the end anyway. When we asked for a knife we were told they didn't have one. Weekend break away with family. We booked three rooms for a weekend break as a family. We were greated by staff that couldn't do enough for you and very helpful. They arranged it so all of our rooms were on the same floor, and two of them had fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. The rooms were large and the beds huge and very comfortable. […] We booked a meal within the hotel on one of the evenings although pricey the restauraunt was amasing. Eating lovely food looking over the flashing Eiffel Tower every hour. The stay at the hotel was perfect my parents could not walk too far, the Eiffel Tower is a minute walk away and the metro five minutes walk.
