Très bon accueil des propriétaires et chambres spacieuses avec espace cuisine. Parking gratuit. Proche des commodités et du walk of fame.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Hollywood ,parking gratuit,connection internet moyenne dans les chambres meme si elle est gratuite,petit dejeuner compris et copieux,un frigo mais pas de coffre fort.Personnel très sympathique le seul bémol c'est que même les chambres non fumeur sentent le tabac froid sinon dans l ensemble séjours agréable pour 2 à 3 nuits maximum,ah oui petite piscine pour se détendre et ça aussi c'est toujours agréable .

Nous sommes arrivés tard et nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Vous pouvez demander de la vaisselle à la réception. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et varié. On a même eu le droit à la navette gratuite pour nous rendre à l'agence de location à côté de l'aéroport..... Great !! C'est vrai que le coin n'est pas top, mais il y deux trois endroits pour se restaurer à proximité et nous n'avons pas rencontré de problème particulier. Je recommande cet hôtel

Hotel bien situe dans un quartier bien agreable, sur Colorado Bld, juste en face du Pasadena City College et non loin du CalTech et du Huntington Gardens. Il peut sembler eloigner du Old Pasadena, mais en voiture (indispensable a LA) et sachant que le parking est gratuit de 08:00 a 11:00 tous les matins, c'est facile de s'y rendre. De cet endroit, on peut aisement se rendre a Downtown LA, au Griffith Park et au Dodger Stadium. En ce qui concerne l'hotel en lui-meme, il s'agit d'un motel tout confort (ils ont change tous les televiseurs pendant mon sejour par des ecrans plats), avec en plus, de petits elements de decorations faisant penser a un B&B. De meme le petit dejeuner sans etre copieux et dans un espace un peu limite est plein de petites charmes. Et avec tout ca, le prix est plus qu'attractif. A conseiller fortement sans hesiter.

"Great Sightseeing Location"
We were a 10 min walk to the Chinese Theater and Walk of Fame. Although this was convenient, there were no great restaurants other than chains and fast food joints. This was disappointing after having dined at exceptional restaurants in San Fran. The hotel service was exceptional. "This should not be a Hilton"
We have stayed at this hotel several times, many times when it was still Hollywood Heights, and twice now since it became a Hilton. We were incredibly disappointed in the lack of service we received. We had to roll our own luggage cart up to our room, something I have never had to do at a Hilton. There are two elevators one of which was broken the whole […] three days we were there. We tried to call room service one night, and no one answered the phone. We were redirected to the front desk who said they would have room service call us, who never did. Our room was missing the amenities book, so we could not even tell what was on the menu, or look up other restaurants in the area to order from there. Instead we went to the cafe downstairs, which has a limited menu, and ridiculous prices for the quality. I will most likely try to find another accommodation the next time I stay there unless Hilton steps up and makes the hotel worthy of the brand. Lisez la suite
"Literally Over Rated"
I had previously stayed at this hotel when it was the Hollywood Heights (2010). It is located just within walking distance of the Hollywood Bowl, which made it nice for concerts. Hilton has renovated the hotel, but in a pretty sloppy manner. When you initially look at the hotel and rooms it looks nice, but once you start interacting you realize they […] did the least amount of work to make it look nice. They've surface mounted electrical boxes behind the cabinet/desk pushing it 4 inches of the wall making the room entry very narrow.The bed frame juts out beyond the mattress in a poorly lit room making it likely you'll get caught on it while navigating the narrow space between the bed and the cabinet/desk. The Hollywood Heights wasn't luxurious but it also didn't cost 3 times as much for a room that appeared to be trying to kill me. Not to mention the parking rate wasn't published anywhere (here or on the Hilton site) and I was shocked to discover parking was only valet and was more then the cost of parking at any other spot in Hollywood I've seen. After paying for parking for 2 cars, I had paid 4 times as much as I had when it was the Hollywood Heights. This hotel is no 3-stars and I definitely won't return to it. Lisez la suite

staff was fantastic 5 min. walk to hollywood blvd breakfast was good and free coffee every morning good coffee too. liquor store across the street and a starbucks there also.

My 4 night stay was great. One day there was no hot water or heat in my room but I guess that can happen anywhere. The buffet for breakfast was great...a little pricey but okay. All staff were extremely nice and polite.

"Overall good stay"
We were really happy at the end of the day with this hotel. Our room was above average in size, cleanliness and condition. Was about a 10 minute walk down into the Hollywood Highland Center which we went to all the time. The walk isn't exactly pretty but we didn't feel unsafe at all. The real bonus of this is the metro subway station there that we were […] able to easily and cheaply get to downtown and universal studios on. Only real negative was we had a room right on the third floor facing highland ave which is a very busy road day and night. I was "very surprised" to find out that parking for this hotel was an additional $30. It offers an "off site" parking lot 10 minutes from the hotel off some side street. We were very impressed with the location. The rooms were newly renovated and quite spacious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I read in a previous review that this place was under construction - NOT anymore! This is a FABULOUS place & have done well with renovations! The location is within walking distance to Hollywood & Highland, 101 Freeway, Hollywood Walk of Fame, etc. The room & bed was SUPER comfy with plenty of plugs for your electronics. My boyfriend & I were each […] booted out of our WiFi, but it was only seconds. Our room faced the parking lot/swimming pool & we had NO problems with noise at night. Hallways leading to your room are a little narrow, especially when house cleaning has their carts out in the hallway, so if you have a lot of luggage, bring a cart from the downstairs lobby. The only con was paying $30/day for valet service as this hotel is nestled on a very busy street on Highland Ave. and parking is limited. I've already recommended this hotel to a friend of mine who was traveling a few days after I checked out as she was taking her kids down for Spring Break. "Hilton Garden Inn - FANTASTIC HOTEL"
Stayed recently for 8 days...the hotel staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly! The hotel itself was great, in a good location, and the beds were the most comfortable EVER!!! The hotel also offers WiFi and has a nice pool area! I would stay here again.

Not what I expected from a Hilton, stayed here after a day at Universal Studio's with the family. It looked like the Hilton purchased the building and refurbished it. Great Location, a short, safe walk to Hollywood Blvd, Kodak theater and great shopping. Parking cost higher than the next door hotel but worth it with 24 valet for safety. Safe, clean, and friendly will stay there again.

The hotel is within walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. Clean rooms and a friendly staff. Parking is a little pricey at $30 a night when the hotel right next door was $20. We stay here every time we stay in LA.

Stayed at this hotel several years ago and since then it has had a major upgrade and is very well decorated and maintained. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. This recently refurbished hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Hollywood Blvd and was the best hotel we stayed in while in the US- can highly recommend!
