L hôtel est en gros correct . Cependant ne connaissant lors de ma resevation je n ai pas attention au fait qu il soit assez loin de tout sauf le mall aventura . Ayant eu un souci de location de voiture ce n'était vraiment pas me bon coin . Ce déplacer en bus par la relève du parcours du combattant . Hôtel bien situé pour une découverte de Miami et de ses environs (Avantura Mall... ;-) ou pour une étape avant de monter vers le nord. Grande chambre agréablement meublée et très spacieuse. Propreté à revoir car refaire le lit ne signifie pas nettoyer une chambre....! Petit déjeuner très très succinct dans une salle très petite pour un si grand hôtel. Cet hôtel est propre et les chambres sont spacieuses. Il est situé pas loin de l'entrée d'une autoroute. Pratique pour pouvoir repartir rapidement. En revanche dans le quartier il n'y a rien. si pas trop exigeant, pas regardant à la propreté, à l'environnement, aux finitions, à la réactivité du Staff, au bon fonctionnement du matériel, c'est jouable, autrement, payez un peu plus pour un peu plus de confort. This Hotel is located in Miami Gardens, the area is pretty bad. There is not civilization around, the area is bad, it seems like there is a dangerous neighbor. The hotel is in bad condition, it does not have security at all, it is the worst service that i have ever had. You would not have restaurants in the area, the only gas station is close, the only restaurant around is a subway that i suggest not to go, you will see weird and ghetto people there. Some room amenities were missing, i.e. no iron and board, not enough towels for number of people in room, not able to get room services when needed, courteousness needs improvement, cleanliness of rooms need improvement.

For a non smoking room, it smell like a chimney and a lot of marijuana smokers on all the floors. Did not feel secure due to no security and very poor lighting inside and outside of the hotel. The staff was nice and friendly they even let us check in early and we were beet we drove down from tampa. The place looks a little run down but nice the rooms need new beds already but they were done and clean and for an overnite to site see the area and for the price was good.

I love the building-- so Italian but GOD it needs so much improvement from the entrance to the back area. Somebody has to do something about this place so it won't get worse!!!! When we got back to New Jersey we have to wash all the clothes because of the bad smell of mold or I don't know what it was. The location was ok but it was nothing around it […] just the highways. We just went there to sleep n was nice n quiet....... A lot of smoking inside the place which bothered us because we do not smoke......the swimming pool was nice but no properly taken cared of.....little breakfast-----please find some financial help to renovate the beautiful place so they don't close it down!!!! I prepaid two nights and still wasn't willing to stay here it was so bad. I'd rather lose the cost of two nights than all my stuff. Just didn't feel safe at all. You know you're in a bad neighborhood when the gas stations on the corner are out of business. Please don't stay here.

The employees were nice, and provided a fast response to my calls. But the first bathroom was dirty in the room we reserved, and management had to change rooms for us. The carpeting had a old musky dirty smell. The furniture was not dusted very well. And the hotel could provide a comfortable pillow to sleep on.

Receptionist wasn't friendly when we checked in. We got there late 1am so we just wanted to sleep. But the AC unit had the control button broken and we weren't able to set it to auto, so the AC was blowing all night, a couple of hrs later we both started feeling sick. We checked the AC filter and it was filthy. we were both sneezing, we both had a sore […] throat and head ache from breathing that air. we were so tired that we didn't want to switch rooms, we just wanted to sleep so we unplugged the unit from the wall and tried to catch some sleep drenched in sweat. horrible night! Air conditioner did not work. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Staff was nice. TV does not get CBS and other channels carring the NCAA hoops tourney.

I liked staying at this hotel. It was very clean the house keeping was wonderful. The only negative thing was that there were no iron to iron your close no phone in the room only had about 6 stations on TV. I love the spa tube. I would come back to this hotel but these negative things I mention would have to be added.

The hotel needs to improve their beds and bedding. A general improvement is also required since over time no discernable improvements have been observed. Otherwise, service is good.

If you have a short stay, this will do for the price. My TV remote did not work, took one look at breakfast and went to McDonald's, the hotel is older and not fixed up, but not awful either. It's a budget place located in a not so great area, but it's also next to the highway for good access.

Not terrible. No WiFi in the room, you have to go to the lobby for this; since I travel for work, not ideal, but I should have read more details prior to booking I guess. Just a very dated hotel. Not sure I'll be back, but for the price, it was fine. Nice people working there.

This was a pretty good hotel. The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The staff was pleasant to talk with, and lots of free parking. I would definately stay here again. Good hotel at a good price.

You pay what you get. It not a newer hotel but not unclean. Front desk staff were nice. When wifi was in the rooms, but it did say just in the lobby. Parking lot darker then expected. Good location right off highway. Breakfast was bagels, cinnamon rolls, cereal. I'd stay again if I need a cheap hotel.
