Club - Hotel Nashville Inn & Suites - Nashville

We have been traveling all week and this was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. Nice clean rooms, close to the airport, and a full hot breakfast at no additional charge.

The room was clean & very comfortable. I would suggest changing out the blanket we found in drawer however, as some moron must have been smoking in a non-smoking room.. it had several burn holes in it, however did not smell like smoke. Overall, it was a enjoyable stay.. clean, good breakfast, excellent value. Thanks!

There are trailers outside showing that this hotel is a work in process and it had many new fixtures and well kept grounds. The opinion of my stay was dampened when my wife became very ill about two hours after the 5PM manager's reception. (We did not have any drinks.) This possible food poisoning put me on high alert to notice that the carpet is very […] sticky under foot and the shower grout had mold on it- especially around the anchor points for the handle bars. I thought it was rust until I slid my finger into it!The breakfast was great-even though my wife would not go near the possible source of her long night of doom. When they say breakfast ends at 9 they mean it! The front desk kindly extended our check-out until noon, but our keys stopped working at 11AM. A friend and a spent a weekend in Nashville and we stayed at two different hotels: a 4-star property in the Vanderbilt area on Friday night and Club Hotel on Saturday night. This hotel is pretty average. The decor is nothing to really write home about, but it was roomy and it was quiet. I was actually surprised that it was so quiet because a group of […] women dressed up for a bachelorette party were piling into a taxi when we checked in - but we never heard a sound all night. Our room was closer to the front, so this was an even bigger surprise, as we expected it to be noisy. The free breakfast in the morning was okay, but they did a good job at keeping food refilled and tables cleaned. Overall, I'd say this is pretty much a steal for the price - it's really something you would hope all budget hotels would be like. The room was sub par and not the way the pictures represent it. I asked for toothpaste, they were out. I checked again in the morning. They said if you want it, you'll have to come down and get it. They wouldn't send it up. When I got down to the lobby, they had none. Halls were dirty, food was below average and I was very disappointed.

Great place. Stayed 2 nights, with 2 kids, 2 adults. Room was clean, large rooms with a balcony. Breakfast was above average. Evening snacks and cocktails in the lobby were an unexpected suprise. We had little contact with the staff, but they were helpful and nice when encountered. Overall we had a great stay here, and will stay there again. The room was recently updated. The breakfast was a real breakfast with sausage, biscuits, etc. The hotel personel was very friendly. I was extremely satisified with my stay.

This hotel has a nice price and a fantastic breakfast compared to others in it's class.

As other reviewers have mentioned, breakfast was great - good variety, fresh, hot, and great taste. The handle on the sliding door going into the courtyard was broken and the shower did not have very high water pressure. The bathroom did not have a vent. But the room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall a very nice stay.

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast really good and the breakfast staff very friendly. The tv was a little smaller and not as clear as I expected. The room was very big and worth the money. I'd stay again but I'd make sure my patio door was locked because I didn't realize it was unlocked until the morning.

The bed was very comfortable and accomodations are a great value for the money. I've stayed in more expensive hotels with less to offer. Will definitely save this hotel for future travel to Nashville.

The carpet in the hallways of the hotel were dirty. I expected a bit more of an upscale feel to the hotel so I was let down. The bed is big but not very comfortable. The cover on the bed is not much more than a white sheet. If you are a minute late to breakfast you won't get a chance to eat or even get a glass of juice. My travel plans were changed at the very last minute and I tried to get the hotel to work with me or crediting a future stay. They were not willing to make any type of accommodations for my situation. I have stayed with this hotel many times in the past but this was definitely my last visit. I would not recommend this hotel. When my daughter in law came home, she had bed bug bites all over her.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. When we come to Nashville again I will definitely stay here!

From the previous reviews I read I was expecting a little more. The top lock did not work on the door which was a concern. The laundry area blocked the walkway to the dining area and the front desk. The breakfast was good and overall a decent experience.

The latch lock at the top of the door was missing the bar to latch onto. Some water damage in the bathroom. I had seen a review that said hotel equipment in the hall in the way. I have to agree the laundry carts blocked the way to the breakfast area both mornings. The breakfast was good and overall I was satisfied. I may try another hotel the next visit […] though. The room had a very strong bleach smell when I entered the room. The staff immediately sent up maintenance to spray the carpet to neutralize the room. It did not help very much, so I just closed the bathroom door. They were very accommodating when asked to switch rooms

This is not the fanciest place in town but for the money it is a good value. Upon check in the lady at the front desk was very friendly although a bit unkept. Their are little details in this hotel that need work but overall it was a great stay. The beds are comfortable and the staff is responsive to your needs.

Very nice room would recommend to friends

This hotel was among the least expensive and appropriately priced. After an initial glitch at check-in, service was professional and courteous. Rooms are comfortable but small, with a small bath area, new lavatory and fixtures. Breakfast was above average for hotels of similar quality.

Clean room, very big room, fast check-in, fast check out, big desk, GREAT HOT breakfast buffet every morning, free cocktails and snacks afternoon Monday through Friday, we totally enjoyed this hotel and will stay here next time we visit Nashville. Great value for the money!

We stayed at this hotel Friday night through Monday morning and was very pleased with our stay. The hotel is undergoing some improvements but it was hardly noticeable and did not inconvienence us in any way. It is right by TN I55 and I40, which made getting on and off the freeway a breeze. Also, the Grand Ole Opry as well as The Hermitage are only a […] few exits down the road. The rooms were clean and our particular room had a small patio area overlooking the pool which was nice. We didn't have the breakfasts offered but it was a hot breakfast not just muffins and juice. The front desk staff were professional. If visiting Nashville again I would definately stay here again. This was a great place to stay. Very Friendly and Helpful. Beds afre too soft but otherwise it was a great place. Needs Rails at steps outside for disable in B section. We enjoyed our stay though with this Hotel. Thanks a bunch.

First I noticed the vent in the bathroom.. Almost totally covered in dust. That made me wonder about the filter in the heater. That probably needed to be changed/cleaned also. We stayed 2 nights there. It wasn't untill the 2nd night that I noticed urine on the commode, surrounding where the bolts are. Definately that wasn't from us! There were also […] no bolt covers on the commode which was kind of unsightly. On the upside, staff was nice and friendly except for the kitchen people. But the breakfast was reall good. There was equipment cluttered by the vending machine but I never saw anyone working. The carpet was torn in the room and the sliding door did not lock. It did have a small bar to secure the room but it had plastic on it and I could have broken it. Hotel.com makes it so easy! Check-in and check-out process took less than a minute! Hotel was very easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood with a Doubletree suites across the small residential street. Except for the light that was out in the bathroom (could be just our luck) and a slightly slow shower drain, everything else was clean, neat […] and ready to serve. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. Overall, we got restful sleep and were out on our way by early am without delay - that was exactly what we needed. I was in Nashville for a wedding, so I was constantly on the go, so was unable to enjoy the cocktail hour which was sort of a bummer. The hotel was located very close to all the places I needed to go which was very helpful. The front desk was very helpful. Convenient to airport, great shuttle service, good food, courteous employees. Definately a convenient place to stay if you are going to rent a car while in Nashville. Reviews that I checked before staying were true. I always rely on the majority of the reviews before booking.

After reading many reviews we decided to stay here for our 4 nights in Nashville. We wanted to get to the Opry and see some other things outside of town so it was cheaper to rent a car and stay here than to book a room in town. Location is perfect. Even at rush hour it never took us more than 15 minutes to be at the lower Broadway area where everything […] is. And we were 10 minutes from the Opry area. The room we had (#230) was on the inner ring overlooking the pool. It had balcony – but we were always out and never used. I liked fact that you could open the sliding door and let in fresh air. (Many hotels now have sealed windows.). The room was quiet. The bed a bit soft for our tastes (but I saw new mattresses arriving). Breakfast was a bit more than a comfort inn with real eggs (scrambled) and either sausage or bacon and biscuits and fruit and of course waffles. Not as many low calorie items as I might want but most folks we saw were not there to eat healthy. Only weakness for breakfast was the coffee – which was weak. The lobby has a public PC for email but it was out of order two of our five days. Nice indoor spa (but closes at 9pm). Staff was not unfriendly but not very outgoing (front desk staff). And they were often on phone. But no real deductions for this. If we come back to Nashville I would definitely check rates here. It is in a section of nothing but well maintained hotel properties (La Quinta, Residence Inn, etc) and I felt very safe. Lisez la suite
