"Large Smelly Room"
Was driving through Omaha and stayed. Needed a convenient place with two beds because I was traveling with a friend. First the good news, it was very convenient, with a huge room, friendly staff, and a decent, free breakfast. But the bad, the room smelled musty and there were visible stains on a chair (thank god the sheets and bed were clean).

WiFi was OK here. Connection was consistent but not the fastest.
What a wonderful surprise Premier Suites was. Rates were very reasonable for such a nice room. Breakfast was good too

This used to be a Homewood Suites, so that should give you an idea of the type of property. This is a REALLY nice suite, and would be a great place to stay for an extended period. I would highly recommend. Also, I would recommend Skaypezies Italian Restaurant nearby as well, also Drover's steakhouse, although that one is a bit pricey!
My wife's favorite place to stay in Omaha. Great breakfast, free newspapers, nice roomy rooms.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was quiet and clean. The hotel is located near food and shopping and right off highway. The only improvement I can think of is maybe the furniture needs some updating. Over all, enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
"Bad management"
The second night the drain backed up and the hotel manager was extremely rude. We were told it was all our fault. He stated he would move us rooms if we didn't us any appliances. He then used Pans from the kitChen to scoop out the backed up water. We weren't treated like paying customers, we were treated like we were a burdon to them.

"Omaha"
We stay here each time we go to Omaha and always enjoy the atmosphere and breakfast. We stayed in an interior room and it was rather noisy in the hallway, more due to teenagers staying there. There was a rather obvious gap in the door that let in plenty of light and noise. We will stay again but will likely ask for a room with outside entry.

Suite was very clean, plenty of space & king size bed was super comfy. Staff were very gracious and free hot breakfast was excellent. Location convenient to downtown and also just a mile or so from a WalMart (very handy!)

This hotel room was very clean, but needed updating as decor was faded and couch worn, but all in all, a great value and easy to access. Lots of eating establishments close by. Breakfast was very good.

The place is a few miles off interstate so very quiet. Serveral resturants close, great service and clean rooms. Fast internet and great breakfast. I travel avg 8 days a month, this is a great hotel.

Nice clean room. Great having the bedroom/sitting area separate so I could go to bed early and my husband could do some reading. Great breakfast! Will stay here again!
"Hands Down Best Hotel Option in OMAHA"
Hands down best place to stay for your money in Omaha, plus they serve a hot breakfast every morning. Its like staying in an apartment rather than a hotel. We stay at this place every ttime we come to Omaha.

Very inexpensive. All rooms are suites. Nice and clean. Staff is friendly and they have free breakfast with real hot food. Great place for families, nice and quiet

This was my second stay in two months at Premier Suites. I was again very pleased with my stay and will undoubtedly stay again the next time I am in town.

This is an extended stay hotel but we received a great rate on a one night stay. It is right in the center of Omaha close to the freeways but not so close that you hear traffic. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

The airlines lost my bags but promised to get them to the hotel by midnight. I talked to the front desk clerk and asked her to call me when/If the bags arrived. sure enough, after midnight my phone rang and the woman at the front desk notified me that my bags were there and i could come get them or if I would prefer (since I was already sleeping) she […] would hold them behind the desk with her until I came down for breakfast/checkout. I opted to wait, when I did come down my bags were safe and sound behind the desk and she offered to hold on to them while i grabbed some of their free breakfast and coffee. Normally I skip the free "breakfast" at a hotel but, the same woman who worked the desk thru the night and called me is also the person who bakes the blueberry muffins for the breakfast crowd in the AM. They ACTUALLY bake them there, all of the food (eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes etc) looked great. nothing looked or tasted like the usual cardboard hotel breakfast. "disappointed"
After reading the reviews, I was looking forward to our stay. When we arrived, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. After hauling all of our luggage up to the room I found out that it was still dirty. After calling the front desk, I went down there to fix the situation and they gave us a room way across the complex. So, we had to haul our […] luggage back to the car and move. When we got to the new room, it was smelly and the furniture was old and worn out with holes in the chairs. This is a beautiful hotel with large suites that are comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast served in the dining room is great. The hotel staff are courteous and aim to please. We look forward to our our next stay.

The hotel was very nice with friendly staff. The only problem we had was finding it after we left for a few hours as we had to call the hotel. The friendly person at the desk (Kathy) gave us good directions back to the hotel. We would stay again.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Premier Suites. The location is right off the interstate, very easy to get to, and yet tucked away a bit so there is privacy. Staff is always courteous. Rooms are always clean, and the beds are incredible!! This has been by far the best place for the money, especially if you need to spend a few days and you don't […] have to eat out. The room was spotless and spacious. It was very quiet with the layout which I need since I'm a light sleeper. The location was perfect, right off of I-80, to get to anywhere in Omaha. A great stay!!

This place was awesome. It is now going to be our only place to stay while in omaha. Breakfast was real food (eggs, sausage, etc) Hot coffee in reception room all the time-tasted great. Everyone working there was helpful nice. We got the smallest room and still had a separate bedroom from sitting room, it was more like a studio apartment with fridge, […] dishwasher and stove. "Good Product for the Price"
My company booked five rooms - all very adequate for our purpose and for a fair rate. The extra elbow room, refrigerator and stove were helpful. The team enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. If we need to come back to Omaha, we definitely will book this hotel again.

Unexpected surprise! Had never stayed here and will definitely stay again -- especially for more than one night. For the price, it was one of the best places I've stayed recently.

Loved the separate living area and bedroom. Nice kitchenette and comfortable living space. The furniture is a little old and stained as are the rugs in the hallways and the elevator.
