Nous avions réservé cet hôtel via Hotels.com sans pour autant le connaitre avant. Nous étions très surpris de la qualité de l'établissement ainsi que de la gentillesse et du professionnalisme du staff. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Service très correct. Emplacement idéal pour une halte sur la route entre Philadelphie et Washington DC. Quelques chaînes de restos autour (Five Guys). Calme malgré la route. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Très bel hôtel en plein centre de Philadelphie, situé dans une des rues les plus animées. Acueil très chaleureux et souriant. Les chambres sont propres, hauts plafonds, bien qu'un peu petites. L'hôtel est dans un ancien bâtiment historique et a conservé tout le charme d'époque ! (grand escalier en bois, cheminée, meubles anciens...)

Très bien situé en plein centre ville. Qualité des prestations très satisfaisante. Chambre petite, très bruyante ( bruit des chaudières et ventilations de l'hôtel juste sous notre fenêtre). Mais le tarif très avantageux mérite quelques inconvénients !

A part l'isolation des fenêtres, aucun reproche. Emplacement parfait.
"Hôtel bien situé (centre de Philadelphie)"
Hôtel agréable, même si la chambre était un peu obscure (pas de plafonnier). Le petit déjeuner était limite le dimanche (pas de cuisine), mais bon les autres jour, même si j'ai trouvé pingre de faire payer séparément le café, le jus d'orange, les fruits et l'assiette.

Excellent à tous points de vue. Mon seul bémol: il n'y avait pas de lumière naturelle dans la chambre, en raison d'une toute petite fenêtre impossible à ouvrir!

Hôtel très sympa, idéalement situé dans le centre de Philadelphie. Accueil très chaleureux, chambres douillettes et services excellents. L'hôtel se trouve sur la rue principale de Philadelphie menant aussi bien à l'Independence Hall qu'au Musée de l'art et autres monuments le tout à pied.

The reception was poor. This hotel requires some guide and explaination for the guest to feel comfortable on first visit. There is no parking at the entrance to the hotel and no bellmen is present. the room was very clean and the hotel staff very knowledgeable about the area. the room was small, but we got a room that had high ceilings so that we didn't feel claustrophobic.

We got the smallest room with thinnest walls adjacent to elevator. When I inquired if hotel was full the answer was no!

We have stayed in many Philly hotels in the past few years and have always been in roomy, comfortable accommodations. This was a big disappointment. The lobby is wonderful but that's where it stopped. The rooms were cramped and badly laid out. You could barely watch TV from the bed. The bathrooms were tiny and spartan. We stayed only one night and were comfortable. The hotel was close to the train/subway station (two blocks) which we took to the airport the following day. We had to walk about 16 blocks to get to the historical district before we discovered the bus. The hotel itself has a comfortable and impressive lobby but the room was so-so showing signs of age […] and needing some TLC. Shopping and restaurants seemed to be in plentiful supply nearby. I truly enjoyed the stay. I was disappointed go find that there was no cable TV even though I didn't watch much. The other disappointment was in when checking out and contacting the front desk to have my luggage out front when I came by with my car, they were no where in sight and the luggage was still back in the luggag room.Other than those minor […] issues, it was a very nice experience. "Great location - small rooms"
The location could not have been better. I must add, my room had a tinny bathroom, no closet, just a hook and a tinny room. Aside from some European hotels, this was the smallest I have stayed in. But if you care about location and value, this was just fine.

The hotel is close to Rittenhouse Square and the Kimmel Center/ theater district. Plenty of shopping nearby, and easy access from the airport subway. Loved the automatic check in and lobby amenities . The only downside was a strange bathroom arrangement that made it impossible to open the toilet to a full 90- degree angle. Never again 2nd disapointing stay. We had a 2 night stay. When we had a late arrival and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. When I went to the front desk the solution was to spray deorderizer in the room. Didn't enjoy my first stay and tried them for a second time. Not up to my standards for customer service. I liked it, there are lots of advantages with CQ hotel and I will stay there again next time. It would be good to also get some breakfast but I had a stove in my room. I loved the fact of having access to drinking water.

The only thing is you need to pay for parking of about 27 dollars a day. So figure that into the bill. "Club (Central)Quarters"
This very centrally hotel, located near lots of shopping, dining (on different scales), and mass transit exceeded my expectations. While the rooms are small, they are cozy and quiet comfortable. But there was so much to do in the surrounding area, I was hardly there. The main attractions are in walking distance. Can't wait to return.

"Great for Business AND Leisure!"
Though I spent 36 hours in Philadelphia on a business trip, I felt reluctant to leave because of the comfort and ease of Club Quarters. The hotel staff and atmosphere made me feel at home and I was able to relax, yet remain focused on work. The location is fantastic and was easy to access from the 30th Street station (I traveled to Philly by train and […] was able to walk directly from the station). I had a great time wandering around Chestnut and the surrounding streets - and felt safe. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable and, again, made me feel relaxed and at home. The amenities are thoughtful; great wifi access throughout the entire hotel; free printing; computers available in the main library area (a nice, big area); ergonomic desk and chair in the room - perfect for working (and making you WANT to work); bright rooms; microwave and fridge in the rooms so there's no pressure to eat out; FANTASTIC fitness room; board games; extra pillows and blankets; ironing board and iron; WATER FOUNTAINS WITH REUSABLE WATER BOTTLES (so you don't have to bring your own); basic yoga equipment. I could go on and on. My one regret remains not eating at the hotel restaurant or enjoying a drink at the bar, but I'm sure that experience would be fantastic, too. Very welcoming, near to sights esp Basilica and two other Catholic churches, St John and St Patrick, near Chinatown and downtown, and Reading Terminal market for those who want to eat Amish food but no time to travel to their towns.
