hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

"OK for a quick stay"
The hotel room was clean reasonable priced and relative close to a variety of restaurants. It had problems with noise from planes landing at Miami airport despite not being really that close to the airport. Initially I had problem connecting to the free WiFi but after a few hours I had no further problems.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Ok for the money"
I spent one night (overnight connection). The room was clean and it is across the street from a steakhouse which was convenient. The one downside is that there is no courtesy shuttle to the airport. Terrible!! It took over an hour to check in. We had one pillow in our room. It was dark when we left in the morning and no lights to see where to go down hallway. The sinks would drain in shower or tub.Avis véridique Hotels.com

WE booked a room with king size bed. What we got was a double bed and a single air inflatable jammed together see photos, We also asked for ground floor room or an elevator what we got was room #257 on the second floor and when asked about an elevator the man on the desk just laughed.Avis véridique Expedia

2-floor hotel with NO elevator. I had to drag my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs with no help. No information in room about amenities location. "Horrible Experience"
Extremely bad customer service, the room was only clean once during my 8 days stay. Once I requested the room to be clean, it was ignored, only after repeatedly requests were the room serviced and only once. Homestead was outside of the airport hotel area designated by the airport taxis, thus instead of spending $14 one-way ($28 round-trip), I had to spend $25 one-way ($50 round-trip), which made this a VERY expensive overnight stay before a trip. Frustrated....Avis véridique Hotels.com

Homestead Suits suited me perfectly. For a short stay it was convenient to the airport and shops. The staff were very friendly and interested in their patrons. This is an extended stay Hotel. My room was like an apartment with TV, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Full Cook Top Stove, Bar Style Table with nice Stools. You are advised upfront that your room will not be cleaned unless requested during your stay and you exchange your towels […] etc at the Front Desk for Clean ones. My only concern was that the pool was not kepted up, it had leaves in the bottom as well as floating on top. Otherwise I had no problems. I book thru the hotels.com app on my iPhone 1 hour before check in and by the time I drove to the location the lady at the front desk had all my papers filled out and ready for my check in. She was very helpful and fast. The room was great. Full kitchen and couch was a great extra. The only complain I have is that I got a non smoking […] room and it had a slight cigaret smoke odor.
