hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

Etabli à moins de dix kilomètres à l'ouest du centre de Miami, l'aéroport jouxte le quartier d'affaires et résidentiel de Coral Gables et n'est qu'à quelques minutes des commerces de Coconut Grove. Cet aéroport animé abrite une galerie d'art, de nombreuses boutiques hors taxes et un hôtel bien placé.

Hotel que je ne recommande pas , la literie est tres mauvaise, la salle de bain pas dans un très bonne état et de plus il se trouve assez loin de l'aéroport et surtout la navette ne vient qu'a partir de 6 heure du matin donc si on a un avion à 7 ou 8 heures , vous pouvez oublierAvis véridique Hotels.com

"Not worth the money"
I had a king size bed. The bed had sag in the middle and could not sleep well. The carpet is not clean with bad odor. Bathroom had clean towels. I made a mistake in choosing Expedia unpublished rates hotel and got stuck with this hotel. Learned a good lesson.Avis véridique Expedia

"Stay FAR FAR away..."
You get what you pay for. Limited customer service (long lines...staff tends to be seated in office and only get up to serve counter when they feel like it...). Very restrictive check in. Only allow you to check in after 3 p.m. So if you arrive there at 9 a.m. (like we did from our cruise), we were made to sit in the lobby until exactly 3 p.m. Even […] though there were plenty of rooms ready and available (judging from all the people who checked out during the day that we watched...;o(. Couldn't store our suitcases so we could leave hotel (only were able to store 2 of our bags in minute locked office area). Though it happened to be freezing in Miami when we arrived, we were unable to change into weather-appropriate clothing anywhere (our suitcases were locked in the office!). Unable to speak to counter staff over the phone to confirm reservations/shuttle costs and had to contact head office in order for them to get through to front desk staff (was put on hold three times and then disconnected - eventually told to call back later in the day because girl at front desk was "alone" to deal with clients checking out and too busy to take my call or answer my questions). "Bad experience, not recomended"
1. We arrived at the airport at 1:30 pm, tired and hungry and the hotel staff told us that they could not give us the room, nor leave us saved because they had luggage space!!. We had to wait almost three hours to give us the room. 2. My reservation was for a room with a king size bed and got a room with a queen size bed because it was all they had. […] I cheated. 3. My reservation included breakfast for 2 people for 3 days, however none of the three days it was possible to have breakfast because the breakfast area is extremely small, people would not fit, there was no food, was a complete disaster. "Pre-Cruise one night stay."
The hotel staff are very helpful and the room is nice. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but that is a very resonable time concidering how far the hotel is from the airport. I thought that the hotel would have been closer to the airport, seeing as it had airport in the name. This hotel is quite far from […] any of the attractions in Miami. It is a $70-75 taxi ride to South Beach one way, and a $35 one way taxi to the Miricle Mile . If you are there during the weekend there is NO bus service that reaches this far out, you are stuck using taxis, which can really add up if there are a couple things you want to see. "Great Hotel, but DAMP CARPETS"
The hotel and staff are great. The room are decent, but the carpets, the carpets stink and smell damp. We had to get our room changed and even then on the last day of our visit, not sure if there was a leak in the hallway, there was a loud fan going to dry the hallway carpet, however, the carpet in our room was wet, adding even more to the damp smelly […] feel that was already there We didn't complain because we were leaving the next day and exhausted. "Deceiving Exterior"
The hotel needs to substantially remodel their rooms, even their shuttle needs to be replaced. There was a problem between Hotels.com and Baymont; Baymont had to take time to find our reservation at Hotels.com. Breakfast is a big problem, very limited seating for the number of guests. Don't rely on wake up calls as You are likely to miss early flight. Not enough drawers or hanging space if you plan to stay longer than a couple days. Staff very pleasant, obliging and friendly. Breakfast time should be extended till 10 am. "A bit run down, but friendly staff"
The room that we had booked online had only one kingsize bed - but we needed two separate beds, so it was changed at additional expense. The new room had two beds, but when I wanted to make myself a much needed coffee in the room, there was only one decaf pad provided. The bathroom only has the shower and a toilet, the sink for washing and shaving is […] integrated in the main room, so when you wash yourself in the morning, the other person in the room is immediately woken up. The breakfast room is very small and quite crowed in the mornings. When i wanted to book extra days at the end of a Florida trip, I found that the Expedia rate was about 10 dollars less per night than the rate offered my at the front desk. When I moved into that room it was not in a first class state. At the ceiling there were marks of water coming down from the floor above. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful the overall impression was that the hotel was a bit run-down.
