Bon rapport qualité prix, impératif d'avoir une voiture, piscine et jacuzzi, salle de sport, après une journée de visite, c'est toujours sympa. Petit déjeuner continental compris

j'avais choisi cette hôtel car le personnel était censé être multilingue ce qui n'est pas la cas. L'hôtel est bien situé à 15min du centre-ville. petit déjeuner copieux servit jusqu'à 10h

"3 with one Queen bed?"
Wow, what a bad experience, I had reserve for 2 Queen Bed for 3 people, ended up at the front desk and had only a Queen Size bed, after talking with the guy at the front desk gave us a One King size bed with a pull out bed, the 3rd person didnt sleep well in the sofa bed, and on top of that the covers were feathers and pillows since I'm allergic, I […] had a hard time sleeping scratching so much.. Je recommande l'hôtel par ces commodités, son service et sa proximité. Le restaurent attenant Casey's nous permet de prendre une bouché ou un verre sans être loin de notre chambre. La rue Younge n'est qu'a 5 minutes de marche de l'hotel, et nous sommes directement au centre de l'un des attraits de la ville. "Bon choix!"
Hotel confortable et très propre à distance raisonnable du métro et de plusieurs services; resto, magasins, etc. Excellent buffet déjeuner inclus. Seul inconvénient le coût de 30$ pour le stationnement.
Un bon petit hôtel, auquel je donnerais 7.5 sur 10. Je crois que le choix des étoiles, définissent bien l'hôtel en général.

The hotel is conveniently located. Staff were friendly, and the front desk approved a late check-out with no extra charge. I particularly liked the fact that all the bed linens are washed (including duvet covers) for each new guest. "Great Location, Great Service"
Being right downtown, there are some sketchy areas around this hotel. The trade off is that it's really close to a lot of attractions. The hotel is clean and the staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

My daughter and I went here and celebrated my birthday. The hotel staff were wonderful. They upgraded us to the Penthouse. The night man (Ceaser) at the front desk was so kind. He left a birthday candle on a carton of milk I had gotten. So thoughtful. Very very kind and friendly people.

friend and I were very pleased. very comfortable beds. Poutinerie across the street. Streetcar stops in front of hotel. jacuzzi was great. 5 minute walk to massey hall, yonge street, dundas square, hard rock cafe, eaton centre, imperial bar and grill...

"Great value location"
I would easily stay here again in Toronto. The room and amenities were fine. Free coffee/tea and internet is always great. Staff were very obliging. The breakfast is not included though, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby, of all varieties. Just be adventuresome and try the ethnic eats, or stay conventional and go to the fast food places and […] chains we all know. Many tourist attractions are in walking distance. Stayed there one night. Room was clean and spacious. Was not very happy with the front desk clerk. We asked if there were any public parking lots close to the hotel and he stated no( there was oine just around the corner that provided parking at a better price than the hotel). When we asked about the parking bylaws in the City he did not know them and […] told us it was a bad neighbourhood. Just your regular hotel room. Staff, and function of, were impeccable. Walking distance (about 5 blocks) to Eaton Centre, et al. Trolley line immediately accessible from hotel. Decent neighborhood. Valet parking only, $30 per night.

Very much enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful, excellent service throughout. Clean, comfortable beds. One block to Eaton Center and Yonge St. Will stay here again. Very good value with the breakfast which lasted up to 10 AM. Also liked the 12 noon checkout.
The only problem was that there are no conditions for desabled people in the bathtub (handrails & slippery bathhtub floor,

We had a great experience in this hotel, the location was superb, a couple of blocks to get to the highway, walking distance to many area attractions, and the service at the front desk and valet were excellent.

I was really disappointed with all additional costs, parking was 30. per evening, breakfast 16.99. The room was diffinately not one of their best - right next to the pool machanical room which made noise most of the evening. Not at all what we expected

The hotel was lovely and staff were welcoming and helpful Everything looked new and fresh and for a big, busy hotel it was very quiet with good soundproofing in the rooms. Our room was impressive, a good size with everything you could need - our son especially liked the fact that you could adjust the bed to make it softer! The gym/pool were good to […] have. Our stay at this Hilton Garden Inn was okay. The room was clean and the location was convenient (walking distance to the Eaton Center and public transit). However the neighborhood seemed a little rough for what I expected to see surrounding a Hilton. One of our two beds had a worn-out mattress and was not comfortable for an adult to sleep in. The staff […] were helpful overall, however the housekeeping crew kept forgetting things...
