Chambre spacieuse équipé d'un ecran plat, d'un frigo, d'un m ondes et d'un petit coffre fort. Rien à signaler de particulier - relativement calme. Ventilation un peu bruyante cependant. La femme de ménage passait un peu trop tôt le matin - 9h - mais elle semble s'être adaptée en fin de semaine ! Proche quartier commercial LAFAYETTE - et proche quartiers étudiants. Vous devrez prévoir une voiture

Good price, but the cleanliness was far from good. When you open the refrigerator and there is a live cockroach in it, it doesn't make you feel very clean. Also, with long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the tub, I'm not sure how well the housekeepers are paying attention. Our room was spacious & comfortable.

left the room in the morning with a tip on the night stand, came back, Tip was gone, however the bed linens weren't changed or made, all towels were taken and not replaced either.
All employees were very courteous and very helpful. Motel very convenient

After the good reviews by other satisfied customers we decided on this hotel. But, we had a very different experience. Both beds looked as if someone had laid on top of the comforters. There was dirt around the sink faucet and in the bathtub. We checked in late and were too tired to try to make a room change. We would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very neat and clean. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never had any trouble.

We booked this hotel for a short trip through the Lexington KY area. The hotel is convenient to the interstate. However the hotel ran out of extra blankets, the room surfaces needed dusting and the carpet was very stained. We have stayed at many other hotels for less money that were in much better shape. Not a good value!

We knew there would be no housekeeping service (which was OK) and low front desk staffing during Thanksgiving. However, front desk staff that was there was unresponsive and rude.

The hotel is in need of some updating and the room was not clean. No cable. People were friendly and the location is good. Also, they did not charge extra for pets.

Pool was dirty, hot tub was cold, coffee maker had not been cleaned from previous guests, ice bucket was dirty and insert bag was used and wet. Bathroom had hair on floor. It seemed like a rush cleaning job. Front desk person was not friendly, just wanted to get me checked in and back to what ever she was doing? No greeting at all from her.

Comfort Suites in Richmond was one of the best valued hotels I have been in for quite awhile. We were traveling for pleasure. Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed is there was no odor or smell. (non-smoking room)The beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were included on the beds. The free continental breakfast was excellent and included enough items that even a picky eater would be able to find something. The staff was friendly and accomodating.
