Hotel à deux pas de la plage. Chambre très agréable, avec cuisine et soin repas, grande salle de bain et belle chambre. Dommage que le wifi soit payant. Cet hotel possède un excellent rapport prix/prestations/emplacement.

Une jolie chambre simple, design, avec un poisson dans son bocal, un patio, des meubles pratiques (table à repasser, nombreuses serviettes). Le matelas n'était pas super confort, et attention hôtel bruyant (ils jouent au bingo au bord de la piscine jusqu'à minuit, pour les couche-tôts c'est pas l'idéal). Mais on se gare facilement dans les environs, même si le quartier n'est pas très intéressant (en voiture c'est pas très grave). Mais à 20 euros de plus qu'un motel traditionnel c'est quand même une belle affaire, et un lieu assez unique.

Inadmissible de servir le petit-déjeuner dans de la vaisselle jetable : cela donne un goût éxécrable aux aliments et c'est 1 gaspillage énorme totalement anti-écologique et l'endroit est totalement déhumanisé

Super Hôtel, services et chambre impeccable, le petit déjeuner est très copieux et compris dans le prix de la chambre et le must des boissons chaudes et des fruits disponibles gratuitement au Desk H24. Je le recommande vivement.

The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was great, but there were a lot of teens from sports teams that kind of took over. The room looked clean, but there was hair on the bathroom floor. The room became stuffy and hot during the night so we had to run the window air conditioner all night which was quite loud. We could not open the window. Had a great stay. Very clean with nice furtnitureand comfortable bed & couch. I think we ha the queen bed room with accessibility, didnt know what that meant until we got there, but it was a Big room for a great price. Would definitely stay here again. Chili is just right across too.

We stayed in Holiday Inn Express Sorrento Valley for 3 nights. The hotel is located in a quiet area but not far from the major roads. If you are driving, it is nice to stay here. Rooms are clean and furnished very well with big comfortable beds. Nice pool area, pretty big jacuzzi. Breakfast was very nice! Would stay again.

"great value"
The room was spacious, clean, and modern. I especially liked how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The breakfast buffet was a big plus- lots of foods to choose from, which was included in our stay.

This is a nice facility and a great place to stay. However, compared to a competitor for the same price I stayed at recently, they need some improvement at this particular location. The reception and general attitude of the staff was lackluster. The pool and hot tub were not functioning (heater not working) and hadn't been for some time. "The Holiday Inn Express - rude staff"
Read the hotels.com reservation information first. If your preference is for a room with two beds, you have a very good chance of being stuck with one bed, which you may have to share. A bad idea if you are attending a conference with a colleague from work. The staff will promptly tell you take it or leave it.

Hotel is good, nice and quite. The only thing is I chose a standard room with two beds, when I checked it's a king size bed. The gentleman at front desk said there's no guarantee for two beds for reservation made at hotel.com and also there's no two beds available at that night.

It is very clean. The room is spacious. Complimentary breakfast is good. For the reasonable price we paid we are extremely happy with it.

Screwed up our bed situation. Was out of roll-away beds. Some family members had to sleep on floor. Exact same situation for the family in front of us at the check in counter.

We were staying in the old town area of San Diego but were unable to extend our stay at the Best Western because of the Comic Con that was going on in town. We were very pleased with Holiday Inn, very clean. It appeared to be a very new Hotel. There was Shopping and Resturants very close by. A Chili's resturant was in right in front of their parking […] lot. The nightly rate was high, but so is everything else in California. The same room would have been less than half in Florida. The hotel service was wonderful. The room was very clean and roomy. And the bathroom was clean which is very important to me. We enjoyed the breakfast. My only complaint is the parking spaces are very small and close together. Our overall stay was great. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was a nice change from the standard continental breakfast. The 12:00 checkout was nice.

The hotel room was clean and staff friendly. When we checked in there was no running water throughout the hotel due to some maintenance issue. It was quickly resolved and the rest of the stay was fine. Rooms were quiet and decent size. Location of hotel is away from things - but that is reflected in the price as well. We had some trouble with our room when we first arrived and the staff did an amazing job of taking care of it and ensuring the rest of our stay was great! They were wonderful and I would definitely stay there again!

"it is a outstanding stay"
the hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfy. staff is very helpful with every question we had. I would go back to it if I travel to the same region next time.

The entire hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. Good location and only two or three miles from shopping area and restaurants.

Staff very friendly. Close to where we wanted to be. Not very close to beaches, but right near freeway. If we had to be near University city would consider again. Breakfast good and convenient. Free parking and free breakfast made stay convenient

The room was very small for a suite and for the price it was very high for this kind of room, you could barely walk around the room for it to be a suite and you can hear the people in the next room who had kids that were up very late making noise, screaming and yelling until almost 1am and the phone didn't work in the room and I believe it was too much […] money for this kind room in the Hotel. ソレントバレーということでサンディエゴのダウンタウンとは距離があります。近隣に有名企業があり、其処を訪問する目的ならベストな選択ですが、それ以外ならダウンタウンのホテルの方が食事などの面で便利かも。 目の前はメキシコ系の食事がメインのチェーン店もありますが、基本的に車を使わないと行動は制限されるかな？観光目的というより、ビジネス目的に的を絞ったホテルとして使うのがいいと思います。サンディエゴの空港までは車で30分と見ておけば大丈夫。 ホテルにタクシー手配をお願いした時に使ったドライバーの方が色々とサポートしてくれて凄くよかったです。
