L'hotel est situé dans un quartier calme et reposant. D'apparence exterieure modeste, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Les lits sont de grande qualité. Veillez cependant à ne pas prendre une chambre située à côté de la machine à glaçons dans le couloir. Le parking est cher, mais il y a souvent de la place dans la rue à proximité, sans payer la nuit. La situation de l'hotel est idéale pour visiter les différents quartiers de San Francisco, à pied, en tramway, en voiture ou en taxi. C'est une très jolie ville. La ballade à pied sous un ciel bleu est à recommander particulièrement. La découverte des embarcadères est très sympa, ainsi qu'une journée au delà du Golden Gate en pleine nature.

Chambre sobre, bien décorée, propre dans un hotel bien placé (ligne de bus à proximité qui emmène au downtown et à moins de dix minutes de marche de la baie) et dans un quartier chic et calme la nuit. Si vous avez un véhicule, le parking n'est pas grand (normal vu le quartier) et il n'est pas evident de trouver une place après 20h.

A San Francisco, cet hôtel qui porte le nom de Hilton San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf est très pratique pour les familles et se trouve tout près des sites suivants : San Francisco Art Institute, Magowan's Infinite Mirror Maze et Aquarium of the Bay. Des otaries profitent du soleil près des magasins de la jetée Pier 39, à Fisherman's Wharf. Tout près de là, la chocolaterie de Ghirardelli Square vous fera certainement saliver. Des bateaux partent pour Alcatraz au niveau de Pier 33. La tour Coit Tower, située sur Telegraph Hill, offre des vues superbes sur le Golden Gate Bridge et la ville. Malgré un nom prestigieux, cet hôtel veillissant n'est pas à la hauteur de sa réputation et est bien cher payé. Chambres donnant sur la rue avec simple vitrage donc très bruyates, literies en très mauvais état et le lit king sized annoncé n'est qu'un lit largeur 140 cm (ce qui se fait de plus petit en lit double en france) ; système de clés magnétiques […] toujours en panne (nous avons du faire remplacer celles-ci plusieurs fois) Essayent de surfacturer certaines prestations notemment le parking (après discussion, restitution de plus de 80 $ de parking non consommé) Lisez la suite

room 119 bathtub ran slow,.......dirty socks under the chair footrest., mattresses HORRIBLE, pillows horrible, rooms on first floor noisy due to location,

I'm not one to complain and have stayed in dozens of hotels without a problem. This hotel is in a great location for a tourist but my problem was with the lousy beds. The mattresses were so worn out that none of us could get a decent night's sleep. Both my wife and I awoke with sore backs every morning. The 2 kids ended up mushed together in the center […] of the bed because the lack of mattress support made them slide into the depression in the middle. I've only seen beds like this in $39 a night cheapo hotels. Surprising a Hilton would let things get this bad. Lisez la suite
"Hilton at Fisherman's Wharf"
Had a wonderful visit. Close to everything we needed and we were very happy with the quality of our stay at this Hilton. When you walk into the lobby, it was like a breath of fresh air. They use Pure air purifiers throughout the hotel and it is delightful.

"Dont recommend"
The only thing this hotel has going for it is the beds. They are very very comfortable.
"Romance Weekend"
The room was exceptional and the hotel from the lobby, room and the courtyard was excellent. Our room faced the courtyard, the quietness was great and the room was very clean and updated. The location was great, it was just a little ways away from the main shopping, but enough to keep you away from the noise and traffic, but also everything within walking […] distance. The only (slight) drawback for me was the distance to/from the BART station. I thought it was closer, but it's about 2 miles. Other than that though, the stay was great, staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfy. I will stay here again!

Near all restaurants & shops. Close to transportation. The staff was very helpful & nice. Good breakfast.

Overall the hotel was a good choice. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the windows was pleasant. The location was excellent and made it easy to see the tourist areas of SF. However, the staff wasn't very helpful and often times seemed clueless. I had a problem getting the breakfast buffet that I had already paid for and then […] when I left my bags after checking out, I was handed the wrong claim tickets Luckily there were ID tags on the bags that could be matched to a driver's license. Close to wharf, very noisy. The windows did not completely shut so we heard outside noise all night long. And was woken up before 6am on a Sunday morning hearing trucks and cars honking and unloading below our hotel room window. Very noisy area

"The best spot in the city"
I stayed at superior room with breakfast buffet, the food was great, the room was also very clean. The location is the best part, only two blocks away from Fisherman's wharf and pier 39, and a few more blocks to 33 for Alcatraz cruise. I rented a car but didnt get to use it very often and mostly walked.

We chose this hotel due to it's location and convenience. We arrived starving, needing food and information. JoAnna, the concierge gave us SO much more! She was more than helpful in recomending, calling, and booking reservations for us. Not your usual concierge. Extremely friendly and made our stay there so much nicer. Hilton has a GEM in her!!! Good location but the street noise from our room was terrible, every car, bus, truck and occasional car alarm was audible in the room. Even with the air conditioner going all night didnt muffle the noise. I had to go to Walgreens and get ear plugs. I asked for another room but was told none was availble. "Construction and Ameneties"
During my stay, the hotel was going through a renovation. They did an excellent job of isolating the construction but there was a certain amount of inconvenience caused by the construction. I was somewhat surprised by the fact that the hotel restaurant only served breakfast - no lunch or dinner. That certainly added to the inconvenience.
The hotel was in a great location, close to all the restaurants and public transport. The only thing to com plain about would be that the rooms were not very sound proof so at night it was quite noisy.

"Hilton Fisherman's Wharf visit"
We arrived to San Francisco on an exceptionally beautiful day and found the Hilton at FW to be a pleasant suprise. It was extremely close to everything we wanted to do from hiking at Muir Wods, riding bikes over the Golden gate, visiting the Painted Ladies and the Golden Gate park. Scoma's restraunt was wonderful and very close to the hotel. We did […] so much because the Hilton was so close and because the staff at the Hilton were very friendly and helpful making suggestions.
