Hampton Inn Billings - Billings

We were just here for the night, however, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable for my family. The pool was clean and set at a comfortable temperature. The hot tub was also clean and nice. The hotel was really great! The only downside that really bugged me was the beds. They are not that great. The bedding was clean and awesome but the beds themselves were just okay. Great breakfast.

This hotel was great. The rooms were very nice, and quiet. The price was also very reasonable. The front desk staff was very helpfull if we needed something. I would recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay. Got to swim and sit in hottub all hours of the nite. Only one thing...I am so use to my own bed, so bed a little hard. Other then that. Had a great time and very good location.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and each time we are very happy with our stay. The first time we every stayed we had a misunderstanding about smoking/non-smoking accommodations but the staff was willing and able to work with our needs. We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and really enjoyed the hot tub when we got back to the hotel. Very close to the mall and downtown. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold items and great coffee. Will definitely stay there again the next time I have to stay overnite in Billings. The hotel was great. The staff was nice. Our room was clean. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The price was great. Overall I would stay there again and recommend the hotel to others.

The room was clean and the bed was awesome. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love to stay at Hampton Inns!

Clean and comfortable. Only issue is the desnsity of the floors / ceilings...Not good. You can hear every move upstairs...so request a top level room and you should be good.

I thought it was a little over-priced.

My family and I had to go to billings for a funeral the first night we stayed at motel 6 it was horrible I used the hotels.com app on my phone and found the Hampton it was a wonderful stay considering the circumstances clean except housekeeper never came by at all second day there but I would definitely stay again. Had a lovely stay at the Hampton Inn Billings - clean, quiet and very comfortable! The breakfasts were great, coffee was always on and there were even warm, just baked cookies awaiting at the front desk. All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Would stay at this Hampton Inn again!

Very clean, has a great breakfast.

Overall, this is a very good hotel. The continental breakfasts were as good as they get, with changing hot items daily during my 4-day stay. I found all the items to be good quality, including the coffee, which was surprisingly good. The hotel is right off the Interstate, but you won't hear a thing inside. The hotel has some industrial businesses close […] by, but there's no noise or bother. It's also within walking distance of McDonald's, Dairy Queen, Burger King and there's a sports-themed bar right across the parking lot. You could also walk to Cabela's in about 10 minutes, so that's a great way to kill some time. I'd definitely stay here again. Lisez la suite

The front desk people were really great--spent time writing directions for me, helped me inside with a ltitle one late at night, came to the room numerous times to figure out why certain things were not working. I cannot say enough about them. The maintenance of the place, however, is another thing, The phone did not work and after asking to have it […] fixed the dial tone still would not come on and various buttons stuck. We could not pull the privacy curtain on our room, which was right on a brightly-lit parking lot and there were no instructions for how to access the internet on the laptop I brought (which meant anothr trip from the sweet night girl). On the second day, we came back and found neither of the beds had been touched and learned (from another sweet desk girl) that if there is one item of personal clothing or whatever, on the bed, they will nto touch it. If that is the case, there should have been a sign, don't you think? Nope. So we slept in the same sheets and pillow cases. And the same for the bathroom. It was not touched by the maid--dirty towels on the floor and all. I had to make a special trip to get fresh towels, even. Not am impressive review, eh? I have stayed in the Hampton in Denver many tmies and also in Cheyenne and loved it so was really disappointed by the way this one, in BIllings, was run and would not recommend it, despite the great people working there. Great locale for soccer!

Exceeded my expectations.

This hotel was very quiet. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. The beds were really comfortable. The complimentry breakfast was terrific and it was great that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours a day. We could not here traffic or trains. I will definitly stay here again.

I stayed here becuase I had a very early flight out of Billings and could park my car at the motel for the week I was travelling (park-and-fly option with free shuttle to and from the airport). Service, room, and hotel were all very satisfactory.

Our only complaint was that the housekeeper banged on our door at 8 am and tried to get in, not once but twice! We were all sound asleep after a long sleepless night when she proceeded to bang and try to get in. I thought someone was breaking in. I called the front desk and they apologized but didn't offer any recompense.

Extended pool hours always nice. Contental breakfast was good.

The beds were comfortable, I would have expected better climate control from a Hampton. The heat was hard to keep at a comfortable level as it is the old in wall heat and A/C unit. Breakfast left something to be desired as it did not seem to be the freshest or at the best temperatures. I would stay again due to convenience though.
