Très bon accueil. Confortable et propre. La literie était un peu molle. Bon petit-déjeuner. Navette appréciable, nous l'avons utilisée le soir de notre arrivée et le lendemain pour retourner à l'aéroport et nous diriger vers les locations de voitures.

C'est la deuxieme fois que nous descendons dans cet hotel et nous avons ete decus par rapport a notre premiere visite. L'hotel n'est pas terrible mais bien situe pour une nuit de transit, a deux kms de l'aeroport et facile d'acces. C'est donc l'amabilite, la disponibilite et la gentillesse du personnel qui fait la difference entre un sejour reussi et […] un qui ne l'est pas. Cette fois, nous avons ete confrontes a un personnel de reception nous regardant nous debattre avec nos valises sans sourciller et d'une amabilite plus que passable. Je suis reste coince dix minutes dans l'ascenseur au lecteur de cartes peu fiable, pas un mot d'excuse a part me faire sentir que c'etait de ma faute. Nous avons reserve et paye encore une nuit dans cet hotel a la fin de notre sejour. Selon comment ca se passe, ce sera peut-etre la derniere. Lisez la suite

Idéalement placé près de l'aéroport et bénéficiant d'une navette gratuite. L'hôtel est simple mais bien tenu, chambres spacieuses et bien insonorisées. La proximité de commerces et de restaurant est bien agréable ainsi que le petit déjeuner gratuit.

Hotel was excellent, check in staff very good and I was only in reception a couple of minutes, I was offered a choice of floors, then up to my room, which was clean and very good. Plenty of very local shops and fast food if required, my fourth stay and happy to stay again.

excellent service from front office staff; very comfortable bed; good breakfast selection. Did notice a lot of door slams from other guests, and apparently the couple next to our room had a love making session, but was very shortlived, so not to much of a bother. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

We stayed here the night after a cruise. There are supermarkets, fast food and a pretty good Cuban restaurant within walking distance of the hotel (crossing pretty busy streets). And the man operating the shuttle to the airport in the am was great. The pool is just big enough to amuse the kids.

The front desk staff were awesome- we had just arrived, and were early for check in but were able to accommodate us early- so was nice to get settled in. The safe in the room was not operational (we were offered the option of storing valuables at the front desk safe) and the air conditioning was a little difficult to control. Directly across the street is a CVS Pharmacy, a Burger King, a nicer Italian restaurant and a Burlington Coat Factory store. There isn't much else within walking distance. We stayed at the hotel for 2 (non consecutive) days, on the day before a cruise, and the day after the cruise. Hotel staff was very friendly. On the day our cruise ended, we got to the hotel at 8:30am and they were able to let us up to our room despite checkin starting at 3pm. That was GREAT, and we were also able to enjoy the breakfast. breakfast buffet […] is great. A breakfast-to-go was also available for us to take for our early flight the next morning. Used the gym, the pool and the hot tub. Airport shuttle is free, but the port of miami shuttle cost us $35 for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2kids under 6). Taxi is about the same, with tip. This is a great hotel if you want to stay near the airport. It has everything you want around. It is a very nice and clean hotel. They offer free airport shuttle to and from the airport and a cruise shuttle for $10 a person. We were not disappointed with our stay. Will stay there again!!!

We chose this hotel for it's closeness to the airport and because the Miami Airport hotel was ghastly. The reception was warm and welcoming, very helpful with several local restaurants, offered a managers welcome with free appetizers and wine. The room was clean and comfortable. We booked this hotel because we like Hampton Inns above the rest. We spent four nights here on our way home from St. Martin to Boston.... The Blizzard of '13 kept us in Miami. Room was nice, breakfast was great for a complementary one. The only negative is the lack of a shuttle to the airport and the shuttle to the cruise line dock, only went to the dock. Needed a taxi back to the hotel to pick up my vehicle.

Good enough. The staff was very nice/helpful and the room has a decent size with decent cable TV in comparison to other hotels. Location is also good. However, for $190/night, it wasn't much better than hotels that charge $120/night.

Had a wonderful nights stay. Staff were excellent, breakfast was the best we had that was included with our accomodation. Airport shuttle was good, only 10 minutes away. Complimentary coffee in the reception area was great. Would definately stay here again.
