hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

The location was great for my purposes as it was close to my meetings but far from the beach. The staff at the hotel was top notch and the common areas were nice but the hotel needs some updating. It was a nice little getaway for me and my son from Sunday to Tuesday. The staff was pleasant and it was in the middle of a lot of places to eat. We even were not that far from a couple of malls. Super hotel, the only reason I'm giving them a 4 is because I had to wait at the airport for 55 minutes for pick up. They only run on the hour, something their page on Expedia didn't list. Okay it was my fault for not checking directly with the hotel and not having my cellphone didn't help. The other thing is that they are quite a distance from the […] airport, Google maps said 15 minutes which was really 20 min. The driver was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was pretty darn good but just to be picky my medium rare steak came more like medium and the lobster in the lobster, coconut, mandarin mint cocktail - very creative was served warm on a plate, had been cooked earlier that day and reheated, a bit tough.
