Le probleme majeur de cet hotel est qu'il n'est absolument pas insonorise: les murs separant les chambres sont des "feuilles de papier" et les sols et leur revetement n'isolent rien sur le plan phonique.En consequence, les gens qui marchent au dessus de votre chambre sont percus comme de vrais elephants.Par ailleurs la plomberie est bruyante genre 80-db […] et tout tremble dans la tuyauterie lors de la moindre utilisation.Imaginez votre reveil brutal lorsque certains clients prennent un bain entre 11-12pm la nuit! Hôtel en cours de rénovation, mais cela ne dérange aucunement. Très grande chambre, très confortable et propre. Personnel très accueillant, serviable et gentil. Petit déjeuner avec des gauffres à se faire, inclus, parking et internet gratuits. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

The staff was very friendly and let us check in early when we asked if we could. The room was sparkling clean and the hotel is very well maintained. Was really surprised and happy about the free dinner and breakfast that came with the room. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The general experience was ok. Helpful staff and clean pool. Food in the morning was stale and not a single piece of fruit. The eggs tasted like fish sticks! The worst part was the lovely sheets and the stiff unforgiving bed. I won't be returning after feeling tricked into thinking I would have a good nights rest and then being stuck there another night. Great hotel! Rooms were clean & the service was excellent - they even mailed me the shirt I accidentally left in the wardrobe. The Hot tub was nice & hot! Unfortunately, I slept in & missed breakfast. I would definately stay here again!

The staff was very nice. I had a king room and it had a nice couch area. I would stay again.

The walls were so thin we could hear the desk clerk welcoming guests. Nothing worse than coming into town late, and being able to hear people throughout the hall. We were disappointed.

Second stay. Same great hotel, service, food and people. VERY comfortable bed, which is important to me because of back problems--no concrete slab here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely would go out of our way to stay again.

hotel food was great was very disappointed that the shower head was spraying all over the place and when told the hotel. they just said sorry they will tell maintenance the never came to fix it. Told them in the morning. would have been happy if they would have fixed it, got us into a new room or offered a small discount.

Breakfast was great. Got there late so didn't get to try their light dinner. I fully recommend the all you can ear sushi restaurant across the street. It was amazing! Updated room was a great upgrade

What a great experience! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was willing to bend over backwards to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the buffet supper an extra added bonus that was delicious! We could definitely recomend this for a quick get away or longer stay. Fabulous experience!

The room was excellent. Complimentary dinner and breakfast! Pet rooms available. The only down side was the hotel can only be enteredfrom one drection off the road due to a traffic barrier so had to make a u turn if coming from the other drection.

The room was very nice and it's obvious they have recently redecorated. However, the service was really lacking. There was no milk, OJ, waffle batter, or sausages an hour before breakfast was over. We were denied even a one hour later checkout. The hot tub was too hot to be safe. The maids occupied the elevator up, then down while my wife stood there […] waiting to take her bags outside. The maintenance guy stood there watching while my wife tried to drag two suitcases through the back door. Can't open a door for a lady? We really enjoyed our stay. It is the first time that we have stayed in a place that offers a light dinner. It was great to be able to just get something to eat where we were and not have to venture out.

We visited our daughter at USU and stayed here one Friday night in December. The room was better than we expected -- bigger, cleaner and with a nice TV with a broad channel selection. It is at the south end of town but it is a great bargain.

We had a quiet stay with friendly customer service. Even though remodeling is taking place, there was no disturbance or inconvenience.

We loved that the room was bigger than most hotel rooms and the breakfast was very good. We were very pleased with the price as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family has often stayed at the Crystal Inn, and always had awesome service, food, and fun. This trip was very different because they are under remodeling. The room we stayed in was one of the few finished ones. It was nice, but I missed it having a real closet, and the first night there was no phone. When we called down on our cell phone, we were […] told that they didn't have a phone for the room?! Also, because there were so few people staying during this time, there wasn't much choice of food. Kind of hard to get to coming from the south. Noisy fridge, no way to unplug it. Otherwise, it was awesome.

Service was great but room had apparently been broken into at some point... Dead bolt not functioning and the interior security triangular metal stopper on door was completely broken off door jam, thus no way to secure the door completely.

I almost didn't book here because I saw reviews in other hotel websites. I decided on it because the hotels.com reviews were much more up to date than the others. The room was nice and big, the staff was very friendly, free breakfast included everything: fruits, eggs, bacon, coffee, bread, waffles, cereal, etc. I was very pleased with my stay. Had not heard of this chain before. Room was in great shape, spacious, clean. Good amenities ... about a five-minute drive to downtown. Very good free breakfast. Hotel was great -- Logan is boring.

This was a nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The morning breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. We missed the evening dinner. Inside pool was well kept and clean. Room was roomy, clean and comfortable. The only draw back about the hotel was actually getting into the packing lot. The hotel is on the main road into Logan. It's on the west […] side of the road. We came into Logan from the south and there is not a turn into the hotel. We had to go up the road, make a u-turn and come back. There is only one way into the hotel packing lot. But the hotel is well worth the minor driving inconvenience. Another plus-a Walmart just down the road, which came in handy since I forgot to pack some essentials. I heard they are about to remodel, but I don't really know why. My room was in great shape, nice TV, couch chair, and table. Having the fridge and microwave was nice too. They also had the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel! The size of the room was great. We asked for a main floor room and got it. We were glad you are "going green". Very nice. The only problem was that we had to move our car because someone had been sick in the parking lot and it wasn't taken care of while we were there. Great stay; very convenient and comfortable. It was also reasonably priced.

The Hotel itself was very nice. It was well maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly and pleasant.. The pool and Jacuzzi were also nice. However, the Jacuzzi was much to hot for comfort. It was almost impossible to get in without getting in the pool first. The jets also seemed rather weak. There was barely enough pressure to stir the water. […] The jets also seemed to only work intermittently. The rooms were nice. However, the walls seemed to act better as curtains than walls. We could clearly hear every conversation, footstep, flushing of the toilet, shower, door shut and each time our neighbors turned on the sink. The beds were fine, but the sleeping wasn't. There was a half inch gap in the bottom of the door and enough of a gap around the rest of the door that there was light coming in from the hallway around the entire door. This once again allowed us to clearly hear every noise and conversation in the hallway. We can only assume they could hear our conversations as well. There was also a six inch gap between the window and the dense curtains letting enough light in that the curtain was only able to serve as privacy and was of little value for blocking the street lights outside. The hair dryer, fridge and microwave in the room were nice features, but the lights from the microwave clock, the alarm clock, the hair dryer and the flashing light from the smoke detector along with the window and door made the room light enough that sleep was difficult unless you're used to sleeping in the day. This was the first time I had stayed in a Crystal Inn and was pleasantly surprised. The beds were sooo comfortable. With my husbands bad back that was really important to us. And the dinner and breakfast was more than I expected. Outstanding experience. I will go back again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crystal Inn. The staff was fabulous! The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious, the management was so friendly. We stayed there a week and we loved it! We will definitely return.

I stayed with a friend during a golf tournament. In room coffee, fridge, comfortable beds. As two females, we each had our own sink and prep space outside of the bathroom. I believe that the Crystal Inn had some thought put into the design and room layout. Very comfortable!

Crystal Inn is a clean and wonderful hotel for your family. Our kids loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was good. The staff was very kind and professional. We would love to stay here again!

It was amazing for the price we paid, the food was great (both breakfast and dinner social) everything was clean and quiet and the beds were some of the best I've ever had in a hotel. The rooms were quite large and I felt right at home.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner were both simple but good. My wife and I look forward to staying there again.

We had never stayed in the Crystal Inn. When we checked in the front desk said that our room was on the third floor and the elevator was not working. I told them that my wife and I were unable to get up and down the stairs easily. They gave us a better room on the main floor. The was very considerate.

Overall this hotel receives a 5 star review. Although the bed was a little hard, everything about the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is easily located on the main road coming into Logan from Sardine Canyon. However, due to traffic flow island barriers it is necessary to drive past it and turn around well past the hotel. Since Logan is very […] small it is not inconvenient to any location in the vicinity. I made the mistake of leaving my phone charger and am still waiting to hear if the hotel will send it to me or if I am just out of luck (my own fault, not theirs - but I'm hoping they will send it).
