Hotel vieillot mais relativement propre. Personnel agréable à la disposition des clients. Emplacement idéal à promité des différentes lignes de métro , de la Vème avenue, de Times SQuare. Pensez à réclamer des serviettes de bain qui sont distribuées au nombre de brosse à dents présenté dans la salle de bain.

Hôtel agréable, petit déjeuner servit de 6h30 à 9h30 correcte (ne pas arriver trop tard), station de métro ( 39 Av ) à 3min à pieds qui vous mène en 9min à la 5ème Avenue. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.

Nous recommandons fortement cet hotel. Super vue sur manhattan, terrasse exceptionnelle sur les toits..fabuleux !!! les chambres sont très cosy, propres, vraiment rien à redire. C'était parfait. les alentours de l'hotel sont effectivement surprenants (zone industrielle) mais peu importe la qualité, le service, la vue nous font, tout de suite, oublier les environs. Même si nous ne sommes dans manhattan même, aucun souci de transport.....en 10 minutes grand max nous y sommes. c'est très bien desservi et en plus il y a une navette qui peut nous amener au centre de manhattan. Vriament nous recoomandons vivement cet hotel et si c'était à refaire nous y retournerons sans problème! c'est fabuleux !!!!

Personnel très gentils en principe. Les hommes plus sympa que les dames. Service de housekeeping trèsbien. Chque fois que j'ai eu besoin de qqchose, on me l'a apporté dans les 5 minutes. Le bar très sympa. La rue est très sale avec beaucoup d'ordures, très bizarre !

Tres bon rapport Qualite / Prix pour cet hotel tres different des grandes chaines tres proches! Il est aussi situe en plain milieu de Time Square et proches de tous les theatres de Broadway! Un seul petit bemol est le cout assez prohibitif du petit dejeuner!

Très confortable et calme bien qu'en plein Times Square. Chambres très sombres et feutrées , peut-être plus appréciable en hiver. Climatisation bruyante. Service très moyen: bien qu'inscrits dans le fichier client avec anniversaire tombant durant le séjour,aucune attention particulière,ne serait-ce qu'une carte ; refus d'appeler pour nous une navette […] d'aéroport,on m'a transmis un numéro à appeler moi-même (heureusement j'ai redemandé le lendemain,et là on m'a proposé le service de transfert de l'hôtel,40% moins cher que la navette!);grosse erreur sur la note des consommations en fin de séjour=le triple de ce que nous avions réellement consommé! "Emplacement exceptionnel à deux pas de Time Square"
Endroit stratégique près de tout. Nous avons marché énormément et pris les subways facilent d'accès en tout temps. Très bon service à l'accueil, gens aimables et serviables. Prévoir 30 minutes pour récupérer votre voiture au départ (le stationnement n'est pas directement à l'hôtel) mais service et courtoisie excellents! "Muse in NYC"
It was a pleasant experience. 3 minutes walk toTimes Square, but perfectly quiet. The elevator always waiting for you at ground floor whenever back from hanging around. Definitely a good choice for a short stay in the big apple. Valet parking as a valuable option
We had a wonderful time in New York and The Muse was a big part of our enjoyable experience. The location was great, our room looked exactly like the picture. The staff treated us like friends. We'll be back!

Very happy with our stay. Reasonably quiet given the busy neighborhood. Had a king suite. 2 teenagers shared the pullout sofa in the adjoining room. This hotel had great location and excellent service. The rooms were extremely quiet and much bigger than I expected (for a hotel in Times Square). They held my bags for me after check out and called a car for me to take to the airport. I will definitely stay here again! Great Kimpton "boutique" hotel.

The service we received at the curb was rude. Later, when trying to retrieve our luggage, a hotel worker left our bags on a cart in the middle of the lobby and walked away. Otherwise, the hotel was fantastic, clean and very trendy. The person checking us in was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Stayed at the Muse for my wife's birthday and had a great time! The front desk (Marc and Melissa) went above and beyond helping making the experience even better for the both of us. The room was very comfortable and clean. I love how their attention to detail with little stand up "Reminder" cards. "Great place, reasonably priced"
This hotel is right near Times Square and couldn't be more convenient. It was much more reasonably priced than some of the other hotels. Very clean, comfortable, nice staff.... and free wine from 5:00-6:00. I would definitely stay here again!
"Is this hotel falling from grace..."
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times for business and I am a devoted JDV hotel customer, However I am worried this hotel is falling into the rut of many NYC Times Square hotels that can let service and property condition slide because they will always be able to fill rooms due to their location. This will be a shame if that is what happens to […] this hotel. Upon check in I as put into a room that had a very dirty bathroom. Hair in the sink, dirt on floor and on the picture across from the toilet numerous suspicious looking splatter marks. :( The room itself was looking a little worse for the wear. Hotels in high traffic locations such as NYC need to budget for more frequent room maintenance and linen replacement. The bathroom grout had mold in it and in general the room didn't smell very fresh. I went immediately to the front desk and told them my concerns. The front desk agent picked up the phone and called housekeeping to ask them to reclean the room while I was standing there waiting. She had to convince housekeeping to do this. She hung up the phone and said that they would be up in a bit to reclean the room. I said that I didn't want to wait for the room to be recleaned and would like a new room. She accomodated this right away and got me into a new room. The new room was clean and in much better condition. Hoping that my experience was a freak of nature and that in future stays I will find the same consistency I am used to at JDV properties. Lisez la suite

The Muse was a perfect hotel for a long NYC weekend. The location was great - between time square and 5th Avenue shopping. The room was large, with a nice separate seating area and free wifi. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. I was only there for one night but it is a PERFECT location, steps away from Times Sq and 5th Ave. I felt very safe (a woman travelling alone) with all the doormen politely greeting me as I came and went. The hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. Very clean and comfortable. The service by the front desk, concierge, bellman and doorman were excellent. Nice to have coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the afternoon. Great times square location. Convenient to theater and restaurants.

First time taking my kids to NYC and had a great visit. . . The Muse boasts a great location and so convenient to many famous sites a first timer wants to see . . . it is a little ride to SOHO, Little Italy and Chinatown from here . . . all theatres, stores and super delicious brasseries and delis to upscale restaurants are within a short walk . . .love […] the wine reception at 5:00 p.m. and coffee/tea every morning. This location is right in the middle of Times Square, but quiet. We were 2 blocks away from our plays and directly between Times Square and 6th Avenue. Simply perfect. Well worth the money.

I have traveled extensivly for business and pleasure for over 40 years and the accommodations were exceptional, as was the service and support staff. There is no question that the Muse is the place to stay in NYC.

This was our 5th trip to the Muse. Historically, the staff was great and the service was wonderful. Even though we booked our rooms online, they charged a 300 incidentals fee. The staff barely spoke english and when i asked to speak with a manager she came out and was not nice at all. They were not helpful would not allow me to check into my room even […] 30 minutes early and really didn't care about me as a customer. She said she upgraded our room but forgot to mention there was construction on the building which started everyday at 7am and ran until 6 one night....it was so loud I could not take a conference call. Great midtown location, close to theaters, shopping and lots of good restaurants. The hotel does a wonderful job of combining cozy, edgy and chic. This was the perfect place to stay for my 15y old daughter and I for our 1st visit to New York (1 week stay). It was located in a great spot just 1/2 block from Times Square and a short walk to Radio City, Rockefeller Center and the Metro. Don't expect a view from your room at this hotel. Windows are small and high up so you can't see out very well. Disappointing. Food in attached restraunt for breakfast was good. Convenient to timnes square action but street is crummy and a little scary at night.
"The Muse Hotel in NYC, central location!"
We were heading up for a getaway weekend and The Muse met the bill. Initially we hesistated, the TIme Square area was pretty congested and can be overwhelming (fun too!), but the hotel is a few blocks off the main drag and that gave it a buffer. The location is KEY, so central; we headed south to Soho, Union Square and north to Upper East for the Guggenheim, […] all easily accessible by the train or walking a few blocks to catch a cab going in the right direction. Weekend front desk Marc, was amazingly patient, made great suggestions on all sorts of things, including a fun brunch spot near NYU, The Strand (books!) and a market. Bed was super comfy, nice room (not huge) but perfect for us, and we could control the climate. I also left my pillow by accident and they sent it out the same day! Lisez la suite

"Muse New York"
The hotel was nice, great location, great bed and pillows. The room size was big in comparison to New York hotels. A couple of things I didn't like: Towels were hard to get, one day they cleaned our room, took our towels, but didn't give us towels, we only received two towels at a time. We ordered breakfast in our room, but never received another […] ordering form to have breakfast a 2nd day. I signed up for the Internet because of the cost 13.00 received a customer number but never got in the Internet. One day we didn't have hot water. With this said, I would still stay there again.
