Les chambres sont propres. Il y a un grand espace vert situé derrière l'hôtel, très agréable et surtout très pratique pour sortir notre chien.Le personnel est agráble. Commerces et restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel assez facile d'accès pour aller au centre ville de Nashville (20 min).

Superbe hôtel. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons apprécié grandement notre séjour. A un quart d'heure du centre-ville ( Broadway st ), nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

All in all, a good hotel near the airport for the price. Somewhat shady area of town, but I wasn't too concerned. My only complaint is there was a blood colored stain in the carpet. It wasn't blood, but still a bit gross.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Hotel location was great for our early flight out and the complimentary shuttle was great. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had to catch the first shuttle at 6:00am, so they opened the breakfast early, so that we could have a cup of coffee and a danish before we took off, nice touch.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Hotel comments"
I stayed in two different rooms during an 8 day stay. The door to the king suite had a 1/4" gap at the bottom 1/3 of the door which I could see through when the door was closed. The door frame was not plumb. Location is great for airport or I40 access. NOBODY likes the low profile sinks in the bathrooms. Kept getting splashed and they didnt drain well. "Book your own cab to airport."
We needed an airport hotel before a 7AM flight home, and chose this one for proximetry to BNA. The room, linens, beds and pillows were good. The desk clerk was quite a character, and stood chain-smoking outside the lobby door. Since our flight was so early, we couldnt use the hotel shuttle. I thought that the stay was fine and that there were just a few things that threw me off. We booked online with a travel sight and were not allowed to use the points with our club membership. Hotel desk staff was so helpful with my checking in for flights. Air conditioning was on in room when we arrived, which was different from other experiences. Breakfast was better than most hotels. They had bacon and biscuits and gravy, as well as waffles. When we needed the ride to the airport at 6 am, they grabbed the keys and got us on the way. Hotel is nice and the room clean. Hot water in the shower didn't work and had to call the front desk. Clerk was friendly and helpful and immediately said to "turn the handle to the cold position and wait for 5 minutes". I tried and it did work, but I was rushed to get ready for an appointment.
