Tres bien : propre, chambre agréable avec frigo, supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds ( parfait pour les picnique), et metro à 5 mn sur une ligne assez fréquentée. En 10 mn de metro, on est en plein centre ville. Il y a visiblement une navette de l'hotel qui emmene les clients a l'aeroport, mais nous n'avons pas teste ce service. Un seul inconvénient : l'autoroute est vraiment proche.

A recommander, hôtel situé dans le centre à Chinatown accés métros à quelques mètres. Beaucoup de restaurants autour, personnel trés agréable, propreté des chambres impécable. Nous avions pris la chambre basique double avec lit kingsize et nous n'avons pas été déçus, la chambre était grande, calme, avec grand écran lcd, frigo, cafetière, baignoire. Pour le jour de départ, ils ont un service de gardiennage de valises sécurisé avec concierge et tickets numérotés. Seul point négatif accés wi fi gratuit seulement pour les abonnés fidélités hilton.

Tres bien situé tres confortable et tout à fait dans le style de la ville.

"Cheapest place around...for a reason"
There is a lot of shops and places to eat nearby, thats about the only plus...had to buy lysol and a towel to be comfortable

The room was so dusty it was hard to breathe. My girlfriend broke out in a rash from the bed and pillows. We couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning. You get what you pay for I suppse as this hotel was very cheap.

The price was great, but you get what you pay for. Hotel associate at check in was VERY helpful. Elevator rug really needed to be vacuumed.Coffee station was a plus, also has a mini one in the room, both are free. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Shower did not drain well in either room (we had two rooms) we were standing in ankle water as we showered. […] The room was clean but like I said the beds were very uncomfortable. There was also a screaming child running up and down the hall at 1130pm, I know that is not the hotels fault, but that was also an inconvenience. The hotel is fine for what it is. If you want luxury this is not the place. But for a good value it's ok. We often bring our dog with us to visit our son, so this works out well. The only thing that could make it better is to have a doggie day care or something on that line so if you wanted to go somewhere and not bring your pet for a couple of hours […] someone at the hotel could watch them. "Hotel was just where I needed to be."
My daughter and I were there to visit another daughter who lives in Norwood. We enjoyed our stay, but I do think you should consider offering a light breakfast menu. Muffins, danish, donuts -- just something to get you through the early morning. If not that then have microwave ovens available for guest use. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. […] I requested that my room did not need care each day, so I got clean towels every day, sheets every 3 days and actually the maid let me use the vacuum to sweep in our room. She was great, she made sure I had coffee and cups, toilet tissue, soap and the necessary items. I would definitely reccomend Red Roof Inn to my friends.... Lisez la suite
"It meets our needs"
It met our need for one night stay. The elevator was shaking and making noise in operation. Air conditioning was noisy. It did not provide continental breakfast, it's inconvenient and takes more time to find a place for breakfast outside.

I really liked the room. I really liked the set up of our room.this time i got two towels. I really like this place. I have even recommended the Red Roof Inn to a friend. The price is perfect.

The room was nice. i really liked tje set up and the floor plan. The issue I had was we only had one towel and like 8 pillows. i love pillows but a towel after a shower i love more.

"Nice stay"
The only complaint we had was the beds. My sister has a bad back and woke up both mornings with back aches. That is the only reason we would not choose this hotel again. The room was immaculately clean. and the price was right.

"Foxboro Stay"
The only drawback to this stay is that the ice machine on the 4th floor was not working so we had to go down to the 2nd floor to get ice. This was by far the best room we stayed at within the Red Roof network. Because of their liberal pet policy, I decided to join their member's program. We have stayed here often, and the hotel is consistently clean and comfortable (but not fancy). Its location right off the highway is great, and it's a good buy for the cost. They have recently added free wi-fi (which guests used to have to pay for) and this is a really positive addition to the services provided at this hotel.

The Hotel was clean, flat screen TV, good location, 10 min drive from outlets but above all!! SERVICE!!! From the front desk to the housekeepers... WOW!!! I stay at hotels 25 out of 30 days of the month and this is by far the best staff out there.... GOOD JOB KEEP IT UP

All they had left was smoking rooms it was a last minute new years eve reservation the lobby smelled terrible the hallways and elevators all smelled like stale cigarettes the sheets on my bed were burned with cigarettes the air coming from the heater smelled like and ash tray thier were cigarette burns all over the bathroom sink and the toilet paper […] holder was hanging off the edge of the counter in the bathroom the tvs in the roiom were outdated and small and the sheets were the cheapest ive ever slept on it made a holiday in look like the ritz I checked out incredibly early after a terrible nights sleep and wouldnt stay at that disgusting hotel again if you paid me 500 a night I should have stayed in my car I would have felt more comfortable. If you are looking for a place in the area to stay that you will be comfortable in dont stay here you will be heavily dissapointed I have stayed at much better budget hotels Lisez la suite
"Comfortable, good value"
We need a handicapped accessible room, and this hotel has the best accessible room we have ever had. We stay here every time we visit family locally. Definitely recommend the hotel and the staff! They do not have a continental breakfast, but there is a Dunkin Donuts in the shopping center behind the hotel.

I had a overall great experience at Red Roof Inn. The only negative thing I would say is the employee who attended me was texting on her phone, before I greeted her. She wasn't focused and her customer service was ok.

We got the wrong room. We ordered 2 kings & a frige. We got 2 doubles and no frige. Housekeeping was terrible, and several items in the room did not work including TV remote, room key had to be activated 4 times, bathtub drain clogged, beds never changed and housekeeping never showed up at all on 4th day, coffeepot cord too short to plug in, only 2 […] coathangers, not enough bath towels. Only compalint I have is: The bathroom shower/tub faucet was dripping heavily and needed to be repaired. It was rather noisy unless the bathroom door was closed.

It gets the job done. Nothing too fancy. If your a smoker its a pain in the butt to go down and up the stairs unless you like like going through the lobby each time.

Would recommend if all you want is a place to sleep. Room was clean but no table, just a chair. Bathroom tub tap dripped, noisily, bathroom door would not completely shut. Some staff very friendly, a couple were not friendly or helpful.

Towels felt like sandpaper, Shower flowed like Niaraga Falls, no toilet seat, poor quality of TV stations, no refrig. and no continental breakfast
