It was a pleasant stay, close to Galleria. I recommend it
"Sufficient"
The hotel was sufficient but not at all impressive. For the price, I expected more. This property was a bit dated, but again sufficient for an overnight stay. It was a means to an end for one night. Wouldn't stay again for the price. Not worth it.

The room was older, but for the most part clean. The carpet, however, was very dirty. If the carpet had been clean I would have considered returning to that hotel on another visit.

I requested a taxi at the same time I asked for a wake up call. I again asked the desk staff to call a taxi when the cab was not there 5 minutes after it was due to be there. I continued to wait and finally flagged one down myself off the access road. If I had relied on the incompetant staff I would have likely missed my flight. "If you're staying near The Galleria - Good Option"
I like this hotel better than any of the others I have stayed at near The Galleria - including the tall one two doors north. Everything is clean and working well. Room was very comfortable, service was very good.

The hotel has good service and good location. The entire facility needs to be cleaned up. The carpeting appeared old and slightly dirty. The bar smelled like gym socks. Rooms were nice and breakfast was good.

Nice room. No problems with hotel itself, but the Wi-Fi service was extremely slow. Don't stay here if you're on a business trip and need to use internet.

My brother and I went to Houston, TX. to celebrate his 23 birthday, and my 25. The room was awesome! It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The price for a Friday night stay was well worth it! We are looking forward to returning.

While it was close to the Galleria, it was dirty. Our room had food on the floor shoved under the desk/bar and bathroom counters. There were, what looked like male dog urine stains on the corner of the sofa and on the floor that had an odor.

The hotel staff could not be beat, they were terriffic! Each and every effort was made to make our stay perfect. Without this staff this hotel would be a thing of the past. The hotel is aging and is not being kept up to date. Maintenance needs to be run on the room we stayed in. Although reported, all issues were not resolved. Tub did not hold water, […] (not resolved)sink didn't drain (resolved) and no coffee cups supplied (resolved)...in general the hotel appearance on the inside was showing it's age and needs attention! I cannot say enough for the location however, it was perfect. Staff gave great directions to the closest restaurants and shopping,and although our business was in the heart of Downtown Houston I never faultered getting there due to the great driving directions from our car valet. Wonderful food adn shopping less than a block away. I look forward to seeing this hotel updated because I plan to stay here again! Lisez la suite

We were very satisfied with the Hotel. The people were friendly and courteous and the Hotel was clean and modernly decorated. The Hotel room was roomy and arranged the way I like it with the bathroom accessable to the living area and the sleeping area... also the doors that close off the sleeping area if someone would like to watch TV or read separately. My stay was great, very convenient to shops, restaurants and all other major freeways. The room was very nice, very comfortable. With some updates with the sofa and cabinets, the room would be a 10!

We really loved this hotel it was a great price, the suite was a great size! We loved that we could close it off and have a separate area from our son. The food was great the pool was great. Service from the staff was amazing. Very clean. My main complaint would be having to pay for parking. Although you can park cheaper yourself versus valet. but the […] garage elevator was hot and slow... so I would recommend to spend the extra for the valet.... other than that great experience.
