Hotel Magna 365 (Coming Soon Sheraton) possède une piscine extérieure, un centre de remise en forme et un sauna. Une télévision à écran plasma 32 pouces donne accès aux chaînes par câble et propose une console de jeux vidéo et des films payants. De plus, un bureau, un fauteuil ergonomique et une ligne téléphonique directe avec répondeur vocal sont disponibles dans toutes les chambres. Les salles de bain comprennent un ensemble douche/baignoire avec une pomme de douche amovible, un miroir de maquillage, un sèche-cheveux et des articles de toilette gratuits. Les chambres ont également une cafetière ou une bouilloire à thé et un fer à repasser/planche à repasser. Une literie hypoallergénique et un service de réveil par téléphone sont disponibles sur demande. Un service de préparation de lit est proposé en soirée, ainsi qu'un service de ménage tous les jours. Toutes les chambres ont été rénovées en janvier 2011.

"Unpleasant Elevator Man"
In order to get to your hotel room you need to go through the man outside the elevator. I stayed at this hotel on April 27, 2013. When I first attempted to get into the elevator, he moved his arms signaling to come to him, instead of him coming to me. "Hotel Does Not Guarantee 100% Satisfaction"
When I booked this hotel, there was no notice that they would be under construction. I was rudely woken up by the sound of loud power drills and hammers right under me every morning. I tried to let it go, but by the second day the construction workers kept working until 10pm when I was ready to call it a night. I called the manager to notify them of […] the issue and how my whole stay at the hotel was a bad experience due to the loud noises. I was offered the option to move to another room, but that would have been another inconvenience because I was already in the bed trying to sleep. To make a long story short, do not stay at this hotel if you are used to staying at hotels that value the customer experience and will reimburse you bad experiences due to their part. I walked in one night at 2am, and there was no security or hotel personnel to be seen at all. No one! Not at the desk, not anywhere visible in the lobby. This is a high crime are, so needless to say, that was very disconcerting. Also, the pool and gym are undergoing repairs, so not having those facilities was very frustrating. Great hotel was the Meila hotel but now under a new name. Easy check in. Rooms clean - beds amazing. Ocean view from some rooms are not very good as you have to look to the left to see it other rooms has a nice view of the ocean. Casino was very busy and the night club was good. Car park was full late in the evening so if you go out you might have to park at the back a bit of a walk from the hotel. I woke up to find an old guy washing my car.
