Tout était parfait pendant notre séjour, à commencer par un upgrade au 30ème et dernier étage. Chambre très confortable et personnel charmant. L'hôtel est dans l'un des rares quatiers animés du centre et tout proche du "people mover" qui fait le tour de la ville. A recommander...

bc plus haut de gamme que normale. Restaurant à Hilton Garden Inn qui est de coté. Nous avons pris une voiture de location à l'aeroport : il fallait 5 minutes pour arriver à l'hôtel. Le prix obtenu de hotels.com était intéressant.

satisfait de cet hotel, emplacement calme, aucun bruit la nuit, très bon accueil, petit déjeuner très correct, je reproche juste au staff de laisser les gens qui sont à la piscine le matin de venir au petit déjeuner tous mouillés et semer la zizanie...

"bathroom update"
The bathroom tile is getting old and probably uncleanable, was pretty icky in some areas of the shower.

The first night we had no heat in our room. It wasn't a problem because we kept warm under the big down comforters on the bed. In the morning when I let the front desk know about the heat problem they quickly changed our room. They heiped use move, brought us a sweater my daughter forgot in our old room and comped us four breakfasts.

This hotel features a fantastic fitness center, beautiful rooms with all needed items in a clean and comfortable environment. It's location also has many advantages regarding shopping and dining. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future and would recommend this hotel option to anyone seeking a classy yet cozy hotel option.
"Wonderful stay at The Baronette"
The Hotel Baronette was a lovely place to stay before their extensive renovation and is even better now. The lobby & entrance are stunning! My only word of caution is to put the Do Not Disturb on your door on the day of check out if you have any intention of sleeping past 8:00am.

I cannot believe the value for the money for this hotel. The hotel lobby was very modern and really classy. The staff was 4 star and the rooms were 4 star. All for a 2 star price! Very safe, clean and upscale, We really enjoyed our stay...

This is a wonderful boutique hotel which is located for shopping and getting around the Suburbs of Detroit. The restaurant was a real surprise... excellent food and service without the usual high price tag.

"Baronette"
The hotel was very nice. The room was clean, very modern. Flat screen tv, mini fridge, and nicely made bed were some of the amenities. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would defiantly stay here again!

I have been a frequent guest at this Renaissance Hotel in Novi. it is near the 12 Oaks Mall and many other shopping malls in Novi. This means a good selection of restaurants and places to visit. "Very nice hotel for a great price"
This was a high end hotel in terms of room comfort, proximity to shopping and food, safe environs, fixtures and fittings and customer service. The staff were not able to provide the room we asked for and effectively upgraded our stay at no extra cost or fuss. We were very impressed!

"Beautiful hotel and fabulolus restaurant"
I really did love this hotel. It was clean, contemporary and very aesthetically pleasing, from lobby to room. Also, sometimes the room service food in a hotel is just "okay", but I thought this was pretty outstanding. I had a filet and it was a great quality steak, which was a nice surprise. "Great location."
We stayed here as a home base for a shopping trip. The location couldn't have been better. We parked the car and walked to the nearby 12 Oaks Mall and to many other stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. The rooms were very recently redone, and nicely appointed. The beds really are double beds, which is a little cosy for sharing. This was the […] only thing that could have been improved upon though as the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is also very eco-friendly for the green-minded traveller. We loved it, and will definitely return. I certainly expected something much different, given the very, very reasonable rate that we paid. We got the package for one over night stay and a "breakfast buffet". We got down to the restaurant in the morning and they were confused that we have coupons for it. Then told us we could each get $8.00 off our breakfast, we ordered Pancakes, a breakfast special and 2 glasses of orange juice. The food was burnt and under cooked they didn't bring out […] all of our food and charged us wrong on the bill. Our bill was still $20 after getting $16 off still. Ridiculous. "The Baronette Hotel - Superb Hotel"
The Hotel is marvelous! Superb accommodations. My stay was cut short by one day due to unforseen circumstances, however we will stay there again. The Staff was very friendly with an "aim to please" demeanor. Everything was prefect... Loved what they did with the Restaurant and Deli. All of it is First Class. Kudos! Robert

"Great Value"
The Hotel Baronette is located in Novi MI near the Twelve Oaks Mall. The hotel is charming and well kept. While it is undergoing a restaurant redesign they have set up dining in an area near the desk. We highly recommend!
"Not bad for the price"
THe bed was harder than I like and the pillows were small. They did not cover the enite width if you put them end to end. The room needed to be vacuumed. There was crumbs from the previous people. It was still being remodeled, but not bad to stay. The pool was cold.

"Not bad for the price"
The bed was hard for my comfort and the pillows were small. We had the air conditioning fan right outside our window and it came on about every 10 minutes all the time. The room could definitely used better cleaning next time. I found crumbs from someone else. They were still renovating the hotel, but it was not bad at all. The staff was every nice […] .
