Tres grandes prestations et un accueil tres professionnel et un hotel magnifique

excellent hotel. definitely better than Atlantis, much better quality. much more personal than Atlantis. food at latitude was disappointing. will definitely stay here again. our stay was not without problems, but the staff/managment resolved the problems to our satisfaction.

Everything about our stay here was great. The staff could not do more for us. They went to a lot of trouble to check us in early (we arrived at 4.30am!) and everyone we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The view was magnificent of the beach, ocean and Burj next door. The breakfast buffet is amazing. We had afternoon tea at Burj, which is also […] an experience. You can only visit if you have a booking - but book early if you want to see view from top deck (we missed out, but 1st floor was nice too). It was our anniversary, and hotel sent us up champagne and cake without any prompting - very thoughtful. We had private hotel car pick us up and drop at airport and driver happy to show us around city as well. Will definitely be staying here next time - going to take kids too - it's a fab resort! Still looks amazing from the outside but the bedrooms are well worn, balconies disappoint and too many buffets! Needs an upgrade. Food not as good as other similar hotels in dubai, and to be charged for a bit of chilli sauce to go with a hot dog was outrageous. Lovely beach, excellent location,great views from the 24th floor, generally overpriced.

Pleasant stay experience with this fine hotel. Everything was just fine and my family were so happy during the stay. I would have extended my staying for more days if I could. Certainly, the place is in my top list when returning to Dubai once again. I just love it.

Great Hotel, access to the wonderful waterpark and we stayed one of the club executive floors, which gave lounge access and free refreshments. Lots of restaurants to choose from, however they are a bit pricey but I guess that's to be expected. Received a ride to the airport which was great and all the staff are very friendly! If your traveling with family this is agreat hotel. Having free access to the water park next door is a plus. But even if you are there on business the hotel is great. Nice beach and pool. I will stay here again and bring my family with me next time!

The service at JBH is exceptional. The breakfast at latitude is great with a very wide selection. We did half board which saved alot on the meals which can be expensive. The hotel is also quite close to the mall of the emirates (should cost about 12Dhs in a taxi. Also as a guest of any of the Jumeirah Hotels you get to use Wild Wadi for free which is […] usually 200Dhs entry otherwise. All in all a fantastic hotel, would definitely stay in the Jumeirah resort again. Lisez la suite

terrible stay.the hotel was under maintenance.we had to change the room 4 times because of all the noise.the ice that was served in the hotel seemed to be contaminated with something.we constantly had stomach aches.the ice that melted and stood in the room for 3 days had mold growing in it.we took pictures but they claimed we planted it.the reception […] was always too busy to help us.and the buffet in beachcombers had most of its food infested with flies. This hotel is great, was very clean and staff was so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was willing to offer assistance. The location is right on the beach and offers a great view of Burj Al Arab.

Everything you expect from a 5 star hotel and more. Its next to the most famous Dubai hotel Al Burj Arab, our room was facing the hotel and the beach. you couldnt ask for more. The staff is professional and friendly.

We had a great time at the hotel and we would definitely come back again. Very child friendly in so many ways when you get there.

Hotel was nice and clean,,nice view,staff were very friendly and most helpfull. Breakfast was good.All in all a very pleasant stay..one downfall..food was quite expensive but apart from that,would definitely recommend this hotel :)

We stayed at the Jumeriah Beach Hotel for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed for longer. We were so impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They all seemed genuinely interested in making our stay a rewarding and memorable one. The room was huge with beautiful views over the beach, water and of the impressive Burgh Al Arab. We […] loved the in-room dining experience that we shared with our two young boys on the last night. The food was first class and we felt we were eating in an exclusive restaurant. The charges at this hotel are costly but we felt we received a lot for what we paid. The unlimited bottled water, fresh fruit daily, turndown service and access to the Wild Wadi waterpark were all features that we enjoyed. Our bathroom was luxurious with a separate walk-in shower and large bath tub. After this stay we had 3 nights in a 5 star hotel in one of Asia's top cities and the service, room and standard of the hotel did not compare with the Jumeriah Beach Hotel. Everything about this hotel was spectacular! The views, the service, the facilities, the staff and above all the entire experience. We ended our three month journey of the UK and Europe in Dubai. With the temperature soaring well above 40 degrees we were uncertain of our choice for our final destination. Sólo por estar frente al -sin duda- mejor hotel del mundo, merece la pena hospedarse aquí. Y en sí mismo tiene unas excelentes instalaciones. Gran hotel.

모든객실이 다 해변을 전망으로 두고 있습니다...2인실에 묵었는데..전방쪽에 기본적으로 엑스트라 배드가 하나있고 소파도 있네요..엑스트라베드가 더 필요하면 하나더 놓을 공간이 충분합니다. 풀장은 안전요원이 상당히 많이 배치되어 있고요. 기본 서비스가 좋아요..또 옆 호텔풀장을 이용할수도 있어요..항상 골프카가 대기하고 있고 옆 미나앗 살람과 계열2곳(이름이 기억나지않음)을 다 골프카로 볼수 있고 거기에 있는 배도 탈수 있어요..다 무료구요..와일드와디 워터파크도 무료네요.. 깨끗하고 친절하고 5성다운 호텔인듯

KIDS　CLUBのFacilityだけでなく、隣接するWildWideに行き放題というのはお得です。全般的にサービスが行き届いて非常に快適に過ごせました。

Detta är ett fantanstikt Hotell, Bland de bästa som jag har varit på. Har allt som du kan tänka dig. T.o.m. en "Water Park" Lika stor eller större än många vattenparker . Hotellet har egen stand 5 km lång. tennisbannor, enorm gym. 3 simming poolar. egna restauranger. Det är dyrt att bo, men det är värt varenda krona. Jag kommer själv att ta familjen […] dit. besser geht es einfach nicht!

Tudo no Jumeirah funciona às mil maravilhas. Já te recebem com sucos, damasco e muitos sorrisos .... pessoal excelente tudo fazem para que voce sinta-se feliz. Desde o Liu da reserva que já apronta os vistos, o Mohamoud que acode nos problemas da Internet, a Joana uma alemã linda que não poupa esforços para agradar o hóspede, todos são extremamente […] amáveis e sempre querem saber como foi seu dia, como vc está....Nota dez ! O hotel é lindo, ficamos no quarto 604 maravilhoso, com a vista do Burj Al Arab bem de frente. Dubai é muito linda, limpissima, os shoppings são fabulosos, os prédios inacreditáveis, vale à pena também fazer o passeio de barco para conhecer um pouco da parte velha da cidade. Jantar no Burj Al Arab e no Al Khalifa vale à pena, mas se quiser simplesmente ficar pelo próprio hotel e curtir a praia também vale pois a água é verde esmeralda, limpissima e o atendimento vip que eles nos dão realmente é algo muito especial. Leider haben wir eine Woche "erwischt" 10.5.-17.5.2011 wo 90% aller Gäste Kleinkinder hatten. Wir haben selbst 4 Kínder (schon erwachsen) und grundsätzlich nichts gegen Kinder aber Babygeschrei !! beim Frühstück, am Strand, am Pool, beim Abendessen und aus dem Nachbarzimmer war dann doch recht heftig. Gute Lage direkt am Strand. Freundliches Personal. Hervorragende Infrastruktur und alles sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Vi reste med vår son på 4 år och jag måste säga att detta är den mest barnvänliga resan jag någonsin gjort. ALLT och ALLA är så otroligt barnvänliga. Vi köpte till "lessiure club" vilket innebar att sonen fick äta och dricka gratis på alla hotellets restauranger och även roomservice var gratis för honom. Man hade tillgång till ett eget rum med mat och […] dricka hela dagarna, smidigt att gå in dit i några minuter efter stranden och äta och dricka lite. Barnen hade eget lekrum med allt från leksaker till PS3. Vattenlandet som ligger precis utanför dörren var helt underbart, dock ska barnet vara över 1,1 meter för att åka de flesta attraktioner. Vår son var 1,08 så han fick inte åka allt som han ville, men vi hade kul ändå. Sinbad´s kids club var fantastisk, där inne var barnen och lekte tillsammans med personalen så kunde man själv få en lite lugn stund. Vi älskar hotellet och kommer absolut att åka tillbaka! Det är värt varenda krona. Lobbyn kanske ger ett lite taskigt intryck, men allt annat väger upp:) Lisez la suite

Egen strand, "eget badland" med attraktioner för både små och stora, bra restauranger, otrolig frukostbuffé i Latitude (största restaurangen). Enda missnöjda tillfället var en kväll när någon på middagsbuffén spillde mat på min stol och golvet intill vårt bord. Trots att vi sa till så kom ingen och städade upp det. Även om vi oxå var en barnfamilj och […] det troligen var ett barn som "tippat ut sin tallrik", så vill vi inte äta där det är grisigt... Dessutom upplevde vi att de ville pracka på oss saker att dricka. I övrigt var allt ok. Stor dusch och separat badkar, samt bidé, toalett och handfat. Både munskölj, solskyddskräm och läppcerat ingick i "badrums-grejerna". För en rimlig peng kunde vi välja till ett Executive-paket på plats. Då fick vi frukost, tillgång till executive-loungen där det serverades afternoon-tea mellan 15-17, drinkar och kanapéer mellan 18-20 och där man när som helst under dagen kunde gå och ta sig något att dricka samt lite snacks. På avresedagen kunde man, trots att man checkat ut, ha tillgång till loungen där det en våning upp även fanns duschmöjligheter. Transfer till flygplatsen ingick oxå. Badlandet som ligger precis intill passade perfekt till våra barn som är 8 och 11. Stora handdukar fick man både vid poolen och i badlandet eftersom man var hotellgäst. Nära till Souk Madinat där man kan åka båt, abra, och äta gott. Man åker golfbilar mellan ställena. Dessa går mer eller mindre dygnet runt. Ett kanontrevligt ställe som rekommenderas! Lisez la suite

メトロの駅からは少し離れていて、駅からタクシーで移動する事になりますが、設備も従業員のサービスも超一流でした。 全室オーシャンビューでBurj al arabが見れる最高の景色が楽しめる上、一日中ホテルに居ても飽きない程、アクティビティも充実しています。次回、ドバイを訪れる際は、必ず利用したいと思います。
