Hotel situé à 15/20 minutes du centre ville (en bus+métro ou 40/45 minutes à pied), arret de bus au pied de l'hotel (pensez à la carte 3 jours pour les transports). Chambre spacieuse, insonorisée, très propre. Points positifs: prix, matelas, sauna gratuit. Points négatifs: Petit déjeuner à 17 euros qui ne les vaut pas, heureusement pour 4/5 euros vous pouvez manger assis dans la boulangerie en face, pas de clim dans les chambres, internet à 5 euros pour une heure, mais 30 minutes offertes/jour.

Juste à l'Ouest de la vieille ville, le quartier autour de la gare principale regorge d'hôtels et de zones piétonnes avec une multitude de boutiques. Un peut plus au Nord, se trouvent le quartier des musées de la ville, l'Alte et la Nouvelle Pinacothèque, la Pinacothèque d'Art Moderne, la Glyptothèque restaurée, le Musée des Antiquités et le Lenbachhaus où sont exposées les oeuvres du peintre bavarois Franz von Lenbach.

Bonjour Notre séjour à Munich s'est bien passé et nous n'avons pour ainsi dire pas de critique négative à émettre envers le King's hôtel. En effet, il est bien entretenu, guère bruyant et pas trop mal situé par rapport au centre ville. Peut-être le fait de n'avoir pas de contact au quotidien avec le personnel de l'accueil peut au début du séjour faire […] songer à une sorte de déshumanisation (on nous donne une "carte clé" dès notre arrivée que nous gardons jusqu'à la fin du séjour pour entrer et sortir de l'hôtel sans passer par l'accueil à chaque fois). Convenient to main train station---5 minute walk. Overall, hotel is good and I would stay there again but it is in a seedy neighborhood next to lotto stores and all nite bars. It is generally a great hotel, reasonably priced with small rooms in a raunchy location.
Location was convenient to train station, but did not like the neighborhood. Located near a casino and strip club. Room was very clean and pretty, but very small. The staff was nice and helpful.

Another great hotel in Munich. Located within walking distance to the train station, old town and Oktoberfest. Breakfast is available in the restaurant but no other meals available. Small bar in the lobby which was nice. Room was very comfortable and had all the amenities - a small coffee (espresso) pot, bottled water. Bathroom was very small but adequate. […] Not a lot of room to store toiletries if you are staying for a while. Needed to have laundry done while we there and it was very fast and reasonably priced. The rooms are decorated in a victorian period style with ornate beds. Fun. There are two restaurants located close to the hotel. One was an italian restaurant and the other a Bavarian restaurant - both served really good food. After we checked out and were at the airport I discovered I had left my cell phone in the room. When we returned to the US I e-mailed them and they promptly responded back that they had found my cell phone. I gave them my credit card number and they shipped it right back to me. This was our second trip to Munich and staying at the King's Hotel Center. We still love it. The location is amazing. Hotel was great. Staff very helpful. Breakfast / fruhstuck was awesome! We'll stay there again. We brought several friends this time!

THE HOTEL WAS IMMACULATE! 3 BLOCKS FROM MAIN TRAIN STATION. FRONT DESK EXTREMELY HELPFUL. BATHROOM QUITE SMALL BUT SO CLEAN AND SPOTLESS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE OUT NEXT TIME TO MUNICH.

My wife and I stayed in room 408 during the Oktoberfest. Our room was a little on the small side, but OK for Europe, the bed was nice, especially with the canopy. The room was clean and well maintained. The ½ hour free internet was slow and the time given does not give you enough time, except check your emails. It is nice and close to the HBF and easy […] walking distance to Karls and Marien Platz. The front desk staff was friendly and there is a little bar right next to it that you can get a drink. This is a great hotel, very nice clean rooms and very close to the train station. The front desk staff was very friendly.
rooms are small, but it seems kind of typical for europe not to have big hotels like they do in the united states. other than that, the hotel was always clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and convenient to many sights in Munich.
Great value for money . A very clean & comfortable hotel, I would stay there again if I'm ever in Munich. Very close to main train station & a 10-15min walk to city centre.

So very convenient and comfortable...shame the breakfast buffet cost extra but it was fabulous. It was easy to walk to all the sites we cared to see and 5 minutes to the train station. Room was a bit tight to walk around in. 30 minutes of free internet was nice for checking trains and e-mail.

2 min walk from the central train station (unless you get lost like us). 15 min walk to Marienplatz and all of the main attractions. Very nice room, nice enough bar. Couldn't complain at all - would definitely go back there.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's a great location, very close to the train station and also the Augustiner Beer Garden, which is one of the larger beer gardens and has a fantastic atmosphere and good food too. Good location, 3 minutes walking distance to the Munich center train station. From the DB station, you can take U and S to almost everywhere in Munich. Room is small but fine and clean. Wireless can be used by a per day rate, with 30 minutes free term.

"Great Hotel for the money and location"
Great location, with fast easy access within Munich and rail station.....only down side is no free breakfast or internet....rooms were very clean and friendly staff allowed us to access a storage closet after checkout to sight see around the city free of charge and without lugging or packs needlessly. 2 thumbs up overall !!

We were very pleased to find this hotel both close to the sights of Munich and within a reasonable distance from the HBF. It was an easy walk to and from either of these locations. The staff was extremly helpful and pleasant and the room was a step up from what we expected. Although we normally walked everywhere, if we had chosen a tram or U-Bahn the […] were both easy to find and use. I recently stayed at King's Hotel for a vacation. I have to say I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are tiny small, bathroom is even smaller. The room is not something you want to stay in. Drinks are bar are too expensive. Alcohol is precisely measured, so you will not get a strong pour. There is a happy hour, but only for specific drinks I've […] never heard of before. The staff - women employees are friendly. The men are cold and not as approachable. Neighborhood is seedy, but close to train station. The cab driver I talked to said King's Hotel is not very good.
