Villa Pantheon - Paris

Propreté franchement moyenne : cheveux trouvé sur les draps le 1er jour. Parquet dangereusement glissant. Sur le site il était indiqué qu'il y avait un accès à une salle de sport / accès mais payant comme tout le monde ! Par contre personnel aimable.

Bon hotel style retro.

Hôtel sympathique qui gagnerait à être rafraîchi. Chambre sous le toit avec un velux pour seule fenêtre. Difficile de se tenir debout dans la baignoire pour se doucher. Malgré cela, un hôtel agréable où je retournerai pour le quartier.

l'odeur corporelle du receptioniste etait perceptible depuis l'entree et donnait un avant gout de la proprete de l'hotel: a peine acceptable. Les produits de bain de la plus mediocre qualite. Alors que tous les wi-fi des hotels environnants sont captes dans les chambres, il faut descendre dans le salon pour pouvoir se connecter a un wifi poussif sans […] aucun debit. en bref : 0 service ce qui n'est pas acceptable pour un hotel 4 etoiles. Bon service mais la chambre reste très petite.

emplacement et décoraton réussis mais service inexistant :j'ai changé moi même l'ampoule du plafonnier ,personne n'étant disponible a l’accueil ,on comprend mal le francais !!! Comment cet hotel peut il annoncer 4 étoiles ??

Hôtel bien situé! Accueil au top. Je recommande cet hôtel pour les amoureux :))

Accueil agréable et professionnel. Mais la chambre "duplex" est plutôt une mansarde sur 2 niveaux, très mal éclairée et sombre. Le plus gros problème est l'étroitesse de l'escalier : problème avec les bagages à monter et surtout dangereux car raide et sans rampe pour se tenir. Certes, très bien situé. Mais Bar sans barman ! , donc pas de cocktails possibles - apéritifs servis par un employé de l'hôtel... Trois fois dérangés en deux jours par l'entrée inopportune d'une femme de ménage dans la chambre ( fort désagréable!!), alors que la clé était en notre possession et non à la réception. Apparemmement la direction ne connait […] pas l'existence des cartons "Ne pas déranger ou do not disturb"!!! Très bon acueil, très bien situé, vraiment à recommande.

Hotel bien tenu, bien situé au centre de paris mon appréciation est un peu faussée car j'ai bénéficié d un surclassement puisqu'il n'y avait plus de chambres standard personnel souriant et sympa, ce qui se fait de plus en plus rare !

Not huge room but in line with average hotels in Paris. Rooms are clean and comfortable. staffs are kind and friendly. The best point of this hotel is the location, 5 minutes by walk to Notre Dame, 2 metro stations to Saint German des pres. many many restaurants, cafe, bars in the walking distance.

les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. il manquait une latte au plancher de la chambre. un jour l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé dans la chambre et la poussière n'avait pas été faite. nous avons voulu un soir prendre un verre au bar et là on nous a dit que le bar n'était pas ouvert alors que les horaires annoncés certifiaient […] le contraire, on nous a dit que les horaires n'étaient plus les mêmes. au moins prévenir du changement d'horaires( d'autant qu'il n'était que 19 heures. Great hotel if you are in paris to enjoy yourself. Located close to Rue De Mouffetard (great market strip) and near the Pantheon and only a 10 minute walk to the river. Roooms are cosy but comfortable, with all the standards. Free wi-fi is great.

I was unhappy with my stay, in fact I left after the first night. There is no way Villa Pantheon is a 4 star hotel. The hallways were dark, no peep holes or external locks on doors, the bed sagged in the middle, black mold in the bathroom - the hotel was described in a much more favorable way than it was in reality.

the only good things about this hotel were the friendly service provided by Ahmed and the location. I was part of a party of 4. We got 3 rooms. When we checked in, we were each upgraded to large rooms with king-size beds and large bathrooms. However, the rooms were beyond shabby and extremely dark. The phone in my room didn't work and couldn't be fixed […] for 3 days and part of the molding in the bathroom was rotten and moldy. Also, the noise from the water pipes above my room kept me up all night. I don't think the decor or furniture has been upgraded since the 60s and the water pipes since the 19th century. Even the furniture in the lobby is worn and shabby. yikes.. this hotel should have a 2 star rating at best. Lisez la suite

Room was very small (about the size of our bathroom at home), but clean and comfortable. Don't have too much luggage as it will fill the entire room. Staff was friendly. Location is fantastic. Was exactly what we expected when we went to Paris.

Nice hotel in a charming part of Paris. The room was good (great bath room) and nice staff. Quite close to Notre Dame, Louvre and restaurants. Just a block away from the Pantheon. There was a bicycle station just outside the hotel where you could pick up a bike and leave it at any similar station around Paris (hundreds of them). This is my second stay at the Hotel Villa Pantheon. Although the rooms are small, they are perfect for a short stay in Paris, where one wants to be walking the streets instead of lounging in a cozy hotel room. On this occasion, the room faced the Rue des Ecoles, and I was worried about the street noise. But I get the French door to the balcony ledge […] opened all night (on Friday and Saturday) without being disturbed by street noise. The staff were wonderful, helping my wife find a pair of lost earrings, which we were located after the chambermaid cleaned out the contents of her vacuum cleaner. Lisez la suite

Very small standard rooms, space for only 1 people. Impossible to open 2 luggages. No Internet acess at back rooms.

This hotel was very reasonable in price and is in a perfect location, inbetween ille de la cite and the pantheon/jardin du luxembourg. Lots of good food nearby. The hotel itself is very nice. The decor of the rooms is a bit garish (but if that is what you select your hotels on I can't help you). The rooms were clean, comfortable, nice bathroom, helpful […] staff. What more do you want. The room was tiny and there were a few dirty patches (our bedcover had cigarette burns in it) - but the hotel is very nice and in an amazing location. Staff were very helpful.

Located a few minutes from Notre Dame, this hotel is a good mid-price hotel. Not deluxe and rooms need refreshing, but if you want the left bank for cheap go for it. Some good restaurants nearby. Try Lhasa for Tibetan food - superb.

The Hotel in dated, but charming, and in an excellent location. Some of the staff are superb, but some are curt and rude, and not in the concise and direct way of the French. I was promised internet as a part of my room fee. They were in the process of changing servers and did not have service, although they committed to providing it at one time, and […] none of us were able to even get service in the lobby during critical times for all of us as business people. The location is worth the access to the neighboring restaurant La Perigordine and Balzar, but the contretemps over the internet service was unforgivable given it serves a business clientele. Generally a good experience staying at this hotel. Just two remarks; The toiletries were never replaced so used our own stuff for the last two days. The smoke alarm, located right outside our door,suddenly began to wail extremely loudly early one morning. We dressed ourselves quickly and ran downstairs to reception. Great hotel in a lovely area. Walking distance to metro and attractions

Fantastic location: Pantheon, Notre Dame, several metro stations, etc. within walking distance. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. (Pizza Roma on the same block is amazing! Otherwise try to avoid the tourist trap restaurants across from the Notre Dame in the Latin Quarters.) Neighborhood is fairly touristy. Helpful front desk, spoke English […] pretty well. Tiny room (on third floor), as usual with many other Parisian hotels. Small, but adequate balcony facing busy street. Can be loud at night. WIFI not working in January 2012. Lisez la suite

The location of the Villa Pantheon hotel is excellent - it is just off the Boulevard Saint Germain, and close to Notre Dame, the Pantheon and the Luxembourg Gardens. Our room was v comfortable and the hotel was also within easy reach of numerous restaurants

the service was excellent and the hotel was nice and comfortable rooms a bit small but sufficient there was one maid that knocked on all the room doors at 8.00 am calling outsome ones name which woke up all our floor which wasnt very pleasant but that was all that disturbed us

The location was excellent in the Latin quarter. One of the hotel staff members (male) was very rude but the rest of the staff very helpful and kind. So I just had to wait for someone else to be on duty before I went to the reception to ask for help.

We stayed here for three nights and it was great! Great location. We had a free upgrade so the room was quite big and the staff were friendly. Our issue was minor - the heating seemed to be on fully (too hot) or not at all without any middle ground. Overall would definately go back and recommend this hotel.

Great location, about 3 blocks from the metro with plenty of places to eat nearby, and very close to the river and Notre Dame. Staff was very courteous and helpful when we needed ice for my wife's knee at 1 AM after New Years Eve. The Villa Pantheon was almost a nice hotel but there were a few things that we a bit tired and old. Some might see this as rustic charm but we just found them to be annoying. It was a nice hotel but is not a bit shabby. It is struggling to remain a 4 star hotel.
