impressions excellentes nous avons aimés : la disponibilité a toutes heures de la navette et avec le sourire vers l aéroport : l'accés internet avec imprimante gratuit dans le hall : le petit déjeuner complet avec l' accueil souriant nous le recommanderons

Hotel trés classe et trés bien situé sur une rue commercante au centre de toronto je le recommande sans pb à tous on se sent comme dans un grand hotel alors ke le prix est abordable. Seul bémol la salle de bains un peu petit et l'eau chaude ki faisait des siennes car on arrivait pas à la regler

Chose this hotel specifically because it was the most central hotel in Mississauga to my wedding. I told one staff member that my husband and I were getting married and he saw us sitting at the bar and gave our wedding party and us complimentary chicken wings. "Novotel close to Square One"
My 4 night stay at Novotel was a very pleasant experience. All employees were exceptional to deal with starting from the time of check in to check out. The room was clean, bedding comfortable, nice tv. The front desk made all our tour arrangements for us and also managed to get a discount price. The restaurant was very nice. Food was very good, nice […] breakfast buffet, waitresses pleasant and catered to our every need. Overall I would have to say that all the employees at Novotel did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. "A Wonderful Surprise...."
Visiting my mother staying at the AMICA @ Cty Centre we needed someplace close and convenient. This was perfect and the price was right... We dined in the restaurant on Friday evening and again the food was very satisfactory and service wonderful.... with a good wine selection. Only 3 criticisms; no newspaper at the door in the morning and only one […] packet of coffee for the machine. The third was the lack of a shower cap considering there was only a shower... not prepared and although I requested one at the front desk it never did arrive... I used a plastic bag!!! "Novetel Toronto"
Hotel is in reasonably good condition and the staff is acceptable. The rooms are confortable and the cleaning staff do a really good job maintaining the rooms and property. The only negative is they charge $12 per night for parking. This was never mentioned when I booked it.

"Stay away from the pool and kids don't matter much"
The supposed 'salt' water pool led to my husband and oldest child laying with cold compresses over their eyes for the evening - with stinging, red eyes. When my husband went down to express concern to the hotel staff, he was politely listened too - but the next day, it was clear that his complaint did not lead to any checking of the pool. Beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a King size room because of the error made by the booking agent @ hotels.com. Very friendly staff, easy access and close to many restaurants,. Right across of Square One. Comfortable bed and very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Nice & clean hotel but sleep was interrupted"
THE GOOD: Hotel was clean, comfortable, and is in a convenient location. THE BAD: During our stay, we were interrupted 2 times by housekeeping. They knocked on our door and when we did not answer, they proceeded to unlock the door. I managed to answer the door before they could unlock it themselves and when they realized that we were half asleep, they […] apologized and asked what time we were checking out. Standard check out time is 12pm so I did not feel it was necessary to ask. Then the same thing happened again an hour later by a different lady. There was also another woman who walked right into our room (without knocking) and quickly exited when she realized there were people in there. I'm not sure if this was housekeeping or a total stranger who walked into the wrong room, but it makes me question if their key had multiple access to rooms. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. The people at the front desk were apologetic for this, but I feel that housekeeping should be following some type of cleaning schedule instead of going door-to-door and disturbing guests at the hotel. "The Novatel is a one and done in my book!"
The Novatel has the ability to be a great hotel. The Lobby is very clean and updated, I stayed on the fourth floor during my stay. In walking off of the elevator, the smell of a super strong lemon scented cleaning product burned my nose. This turned out to be an overabundance of bathroom air fresheners lining the hallways. I walked into my hotel room […] to escape the smell, and saw the 1980's decor that awaited which I would have moved passed if the room was clean! The carpet also appeared to be from the 80s and the smoking days of the hotel. I knew this from the burn marks in the floor though the hotel concierge insisted that the only floors that were used for smoking in the past were 2 & 3. The bed was my only chance at saving this stay with this hotel, and to my dismay, there was a lonely bed in the middle of the room with a single non fitted sheet covering the nasty foam pad under. On top of that was a comforter and two uncomfortable sleeping pillows. That is it. If you like to sleep covered by a sheet, too bad. You will have to lay directly ontop of the exposed foam pad. I should have been more precautious when instead of pictures of the room, they posted a cartoon drawing of the room layout. Definately will not be staying here again!!! Lisez la suite
"The worst hotel i've ever slept ( infatry-man)"
The room was extremely dirty with stains on the covers and on the carpet. The AC wasn’t working. The most important *** there was a very strong smell of urine. I asked for a different room and after I waited for 1 ½ hour I received a smaller room. My original reservation was for one room with two queen beds, I ended up with one room with 1queen and […] a sofa ( there was a family of four). The stench was less disturbing than the previous room. "Novotel Mississauga"
Good hotel for the price, especially Friday/Saturday. The rest of the week the rates goe up to their corporate rate which is quite a bit more. The weekend rate is a real deal for a 4 star hotel. Lots of good shopping across the street. Pretty easy access to the 401. Lots of indoor parking. Nice, friendly front desk staff. I've been there 4 times and […] will return if I'm in the area. "Needs improvement"
Nice hotel. Has a parking lot. Charge 12 per day no problem there but the parking lot is not even attached properly. You have to come thru first floor which is where the guest live so that is not right. There are no elevators from the parking lot to the hotel. I was there for the weekend with my family and although it was not a great location for family vacation, i was able to manage because i had my own car. The staff was great and helpfull, location was nice in regards to convenience, we had a mall a block away and a nice Bar/Club across the street which was a big+, this bar has over 100 types of beers […] from many different places, i tried about 20 of them and was totaly satisfied. i would recommend this place to anyone that just needs a place to stay while visiting Toronto with a budget as I did. The Novotel in Mississauga, Ontario was very clean in presentation and in customer service. Very accommodating for business and family oriented stays. the car park was secure and close by. Room (bed and bathroom) were perfect for the stay.

It's a good choice if you want to spend less money than the hotels in Toronto. It's a little bit far from the city, but if you travel in a car it's almost 30 min, if it's not forget it... It have a big comercial center near and two good places to dinner (spring rolls for exemple) and it has a good enough gim.

"Great Stay"
Staff were friendly and helpful from first to last. Got help with public transportation system, local attractions, restaurants, etc. The hotel restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and the evening menu is more than adequate. Parking charges are mid-range of those I checked, and are in an attached, multilevel building. "Great Location for shopping"
Hotel is a little dated in the standard rooms. The novations rooms are nice but again a little dated. If you like to shop Square One Mall (Huge) is right accross the street....I recommend Moxies for dinner.

nice hotel. stayed at hotel for a conference that was 9 days in length, so very familiar with all of amenities. modern and comfy beds and pillows. slept well. i have stayed in the cheaper rooms of mississagua novotel and the newly remodeled upgraded rooms. the upgraded rooms are much nicer and older standard rooms are out of style and cheapy. but they […] do have the basics overed on standard rooms though. just 80ish especially the bathrooms. toilet had a leak that ran all night for 9 days. was annoyed with hearing it all the while. kept me up so i covered ears to try to sleep. i would have really preferred to have a bell hop to help with luggage. no one there to assist and to take luggage up to and from room. was really distressed with that, as i have a bad back. also the rotating doors was a pain to have to push all luggage through, so had to use single glass door. everything in cart got stuck. i struggle for 15 minutes and not one attendent came to assist. was very disappointed with that. they really need to have double glass doors for more ease. nice in hotel restaurant, however very overpriced and not that great. pool area and hot tub area was nice as well as work out area. the work out area was basic and offered some machines, but not alot. it go the job done though. parking is not covered in stay and is over priced at $12.00 per day. can stay elsewhere close by for much cheaper if willing to walk a short distance. heater in room went out 2 times during stay and one night had to be moved to new room in middle of night. was not fun and an inconvience, but they were able to accomodate the change easily. since at conference with many others, found out that alot of heaters would go out and alot of shuffeling when on. would recommend updating the heating system. 2 public pc's with internet access with connected printers in lobby was great. free wifi in rooms was fast, except all internet went down throughout hotel for 5 days and was not able to be hooked up. rece Lisez la suite
