The rooms are very tired looking and need an update. We also had issues with the heating system and they sent maintenance up to fix it. It was worked on for 1 hour or so and when they left, it was no warmer than it was before. Did not call down again as we needed to go out.

Lot's of fire trucks and ambulances out and about, could hear from the 15th floor, but the view was pretty good for the location, and the room was nice. As seen in pictures, bathroom doors in the executive king big suite we were in don't lock/fully close, so be prepared for that (swing doors). The pillows were kinda huge, but the breakfast in the morning […] was great, but get there early for the best selection (fresh fruits and juices, croissants, sausages, etc). If you're going to squareone, it's literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance to a door leading into squareone. Pool was nice, hottub wasn't hot enough for my tastes, but room was great and hotel itself was great. Stayed on christmas +/-, so was also a bit understaffed and I actually had the entire pool and hottub to myself on christmas day. Lisez la suite

Hotel Novotel- Mississauga Very close to large mall,restaurants, night life Our room was COLD!!! Had to turn on shower to warm the room up. Having called guest services they recommended setting heat at 24.5c. Sorry, but not an effective answer. came in on a friday and by sunday night some what warmer. No sheet on bed between comforter and mattress […] cover. Hotel outside our room was amazing. I am not trying to be rude, but to clarify my feelings towards such a cold and sheetless room, it was not worth the cost. Lisez la suite

As advertised on web. Very clean room with a polite and discrete maid service even with a Do not disturb sign on door (dog in room) Would highly recomend Thank You.

The people were friendly . the rooms were neat and tidy . the only problem I have ,is that the price of the beverages and chocolate bars in the rooms were too overpriced . yes it may be convenient but 4 dollars and 50 cents is too much for a can of pop.

old style but clean hotel, but the TV was old, staff was very friendly, we check in the hotel mid-night only take us 6 min check- in to the room!

I stayed there for 3 days. Not a bad deal at all. I would recommend the place-

Right beside Square One Shopping Plaza this hotel is easily accessed from the highway. Rooms are comfortable and clean and have never had an issue in the many times I have stayed here. Got a good price for my room and it is worth the stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to the expectations: room made up very late in the day, for exaple after 5 pm, and incomplete (it reired additional calls to housekeeping to bring such things like towels, coffee, ... WiFi Internet connection required calls to the front desk and then the "techinician" (not well trained/qualified for solving […] coonnectivity issues). After 3 days, as I was returning home, I gave up trying to connect from my room. I used insted the computer in the lobby. Lisez la suite

Rooms. Very nice, only concern was the hairdryer, over heated and shot flames, good thing. At the time it wasn't aimed at my hair

on our third day of our stay, when my relatives called the hotel to talk to us, they said that we already checked-out, when in fact we were waiting for their calls, it created chaos becuase they thought that we were in trouble...so we decided to check out even if we still had one night of stay. Very clean, excellent breakfast buffet; can't add a cot in room - what to do if 3 children? Pool area nice and very good exercise space!

The room was very old and dirty. Internet on the lobby was so slow. The shower room's handle was broken and the drain was slow. Not a pleasrant staying.

We were very unhappy with the cold reception we got when we checked in. The people at the front desk made it very clear that people from the USA were no welcome.

We only spent 1 night at your hotel but it was a most pleasant stay. There was a wedding reception staying the night we stayed but there was no loud or excessive noise coming from the hallways - an unexpected but most pleasant surprise. To top off our stay we had breakfast the following morning and your server was the most professional and dedicated […] server I have ever experienced in my travels - his name was Edward! Kudos to your HR department as Edward is an asset to your business! Thank you Novotel and most important of all, THANK YOU EDWARD. The stay was preety good and my family and i enjoyed it.The room was clean and the service was preety good .The room servies team was working hard to keep the rooms clean.Pluse it had a really realxing pool i really liked it.I would really like to have another stay at Novtel.

Very good value for money.

The hotel was OK, staff good, room comfortable, except this constant hammering noise the entire afternoon we were there. It. was probably some sort of maintenance going on in the building, but it really disturbed us. We had a Superior King Room and even that was pretty small. Washroom was very good.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of choice in the area...rooms feel like dorms. Staff is friendly and somewhat helpful. Gym is small but adequate.

Excellent hotel, comfortable, clean, good service. No complaints.

Chose this hotel specifically because it was the most central hotel in Mississauga to my wedding. I told one staff member that my husband and I were getting married and he saw us sitting at the bar and gave our wedding party and us complimentary chicken wings. I thought that was such a wonderful gesture. I was also quite impressed that the hotel easily […] accommodated my cousin for upgrades so our wedding party could all be on the same floor! My 4 night stay at Novotel was a very pleasant experience. All employees were exceptional to deal with starting from the time of check in to check out. The room was clean, bedding comfortable, nice tv. The front desk made all our tour arrangements for us and also managed to get a discount price. The restaurant was very nice. Food was very good, nice […] breakfast buffet, waitresses pleasant and catered to our every need. Overall I would have to say that all the employees at Novotel did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. Visiting my mother staying at the AMICA @ Cty Centre we needed someplace close and convenient. This was perfect and the price was right... We dined in the restaurant on Friday evening and again the food was very satisfactory and service wonderful.... with a good wine selection. Only 3 criticisms; no newspaper at the door in the morning and only one […] packet of coffee for the machine. The third was the lack of a shower cap considering there was only a shower... not prepared and although I requested one at the front desk it never did arrive... I used a plastic bag!!! Hotel is in reasonably good condition and the staff is acceptable. The rooms are confortable and the cleaning staff do a really good job maintaining the rooms and property. The only negative is they charge $12 per night for parking. This was never mentioned when I booked it.

The hotel is great I found the stay very friendly. THe issue I had with room service quickly corrected and the staff made sure that it was made right.
