Novotel Toronto Mississauga Centre - Mississauga

The room was extremely dirty with stains on the covers and on the carpet. The AC wasn’t working. The most important *** there was a very strong smell of urine. I asked for a different room and after I waited for 1 ½ hour I received a smaller room. My original reservation was for one room with two queen beds, I ended up with one room with 1queen and a sofa ( there was a family of four). The stench was less disturbing than the previous room. Pleaseeeeeee… do yourself a favor DON’T ever stay at this hotel.

Good hotel for the price, especially Friday/Saturday. The rest of the week the rates goe up to their corporate rate which is quite a bit more. The weekend rate is a real deal for a 4 star hotel. Lots of good shopping across the street. Pretty easy access to the 401. Lots of indoor parking. Nice, friendly front desk staff. I've been there 4 times and will return if I'm in the area.

Nice hotel. Has a parking lot. Charge 12 per day no problem there but the parking lot is not even attached properly. You have to come thru first floor which is where the guest live so that is not right. There are no elevators from the parking lot to the hotel. No breakfast included For the price they are charging its not worth it. Convenient location though if you want to shop in square one

Covenience to picking up prearranged tour was excellent. Overall support from staff was also excellent. Upgrade of facilities is needed.

old not nice looking like motel

I was there for the weekend with my family and although it was not a great location for family vacation, i was able to manage because i had my own car. The staff was great and helpfull, location was nice in regards to convenience, we had a mall a block away and a nice Bar/Club across the street which was a big+, this bar has over 100 types of beers from many different places, i tried about 20 of them and was totaly satisfied. i would recommend this place to anyone that just needs a place to stay while visiting Toronto with a budget as I did.

Definitely worth the price but no more.

The Novotel in Mississauga, Ontario was very clean in presentation and in customer service. Very accommodating for business and family oriented stays. the car park was secure and close by. Room (bed and bathroom) were perfect for the stay.

It's a good choice if you want to spend less money than the hotels in Toronto. It's a little bit far from the city, but if you travel in a car it's almost 30 min, if it's not forget it... It have a big comercial center near and two good places to dinner (spring rolls for exemple) and it has a good enough gim.

Staff were friendly and helpful from first to last. Got help with public transportation system, local attractions, restaurants, etc. The hotel restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and the evening menu is more than adequate. Parking charges are mid-range of those I checked, and are in an attached, multilevel building. Our stay coincided with construction next to the hotel, but I barely noticed any noise from that activity.

Hotel is a little dated in the standard rooms. The novations rooms are nice but again a little dated. If you like to shop Square One Mall (Huge) is right accross the street....I recommend Moxies for dinner.

nice hotel. stayed at hotel for a conference that was 9 days in length, so very familiar with all of amenities. modern and comfy beds and pillows. slept well. i have stayed in the cheaper rooms of mississagua novotel and the newly remodeled upgraded rooms. the upgraded rooms are much nicer and older standard rooms are out of style and cheapy. but they do have the basics overed on standard rooms though. just 80ish especially the bathrooms. toilet had a leak that ran all night for 9 days. was annoyed with hearing it all the while. kept me up so i covered ears to try to sleep. i would have really preferred to have a bell hop to help with luggage. no one there to assist and to take luggage up to and from room. was really distressed with that, as i have a bad back. also the rotating doors was a pain to have to push all luggage through, so had to use single glass door. everything in cart got stuck. i struggle for 15 minutes and not one attendent came to assist. was very disappointed with that. they really need to have double glass doors for more ease. nice in hotel restaurant, however very overpriced and not that great. pool area and hot tub area was nice as well as work out area. the work out area was basic and offered some machines, but not alot. it go the job done though. parking is not covered in stay and is over priced at $12.00 per day. can stay elsewhere close by for much cheaper if willing to walk a short distance. heater in room went out 2 times during stay and one night had to be moved to new room in middle of night. was not fun and an inconvience, but they were able to accomodate the change easily. since at conference with many others, found out that alot of heaters would go out and alot of shuffeling when on. would recommend updating the heating system. 2 public pc's with internet access with connected printers in lobby was great. free wifi in rooms was fast, except all internet went down throughout hotel for 5 days and was not able to be hooked up. rece

nice hotel. no doorman and no one to help with luggage. Big dissappointment. Heater did not work right. Food was very expensive and not great.

I booked a non-smoking room and was disappointed with the non-smoking floor reeked of tobacco when I stepped off the elevator. Fortunately, the inside of my room was not smokey. Upon checking out and being asked about my stay, I shared my observation and disappointment. I was surprised to be told that there is no attempt to "enforce such a crazy rule." Chalk one up for the smokers!...I won't be back.

The staff members were nice. The bathroom exhaust fans do not work, even after changing rooms. There were human hair on the bathroom floors. No flat sheets were provided between the fitted sheets and the comforter. The cleaning crew did replace the bed sheets, though there visible stains on them. No filter were provided for the coffee maker in both of the rooms we were in. The room keys had to be remagnitized several times. Parking lot was very tight..very, very tight turning radius on the ramps..and many scratches were visible from previous cars. Parking is not free( $12 bucks/day)! For priced paid this novotel is a no hotel!!

We took a 2week vacation in Sept and enjoyed our stay. We asked for and were given a change of room because of construction work at the front of the hotel. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for us being so near square one, for shopping, entertainment. Eating etc. We also used a lot of public transport which is also convenient as the bus terminal is in the same location. We also made use of the swimming pool, and fitness suite. The wireless internet was also excellent. Overall I really enjoyed the stay.

Am pleased to recommend this hotel to other travellers. Prices are good, service is excellent - what more do you need to know? Mark (England)

It was a nice hotel. The staff was nice at the front desk, and when we requested no housekeeping, they gladly accepted our wishes. When arriving there, you can see the name on the hotel, but when coming from Toronto, it's hidden. Overall, the hotel was noticeable. The rooms were nice, but the bed only came with a sheet and comforter. They have other bed sheets and such near the closet space in the room. With parking, I was disappointed to see that it wasn't free. Also, you have to ask the front desk about the wireless internet password.

Over all it was a very beautiful hotel. You have to drive to get to places, But, it was good. Wish the hotel offered a continental breakfast. Nothing to really complain about. Would stay again.

Despite being a party of 4, we were placed in a double room with sofa bed. When we questioned this with the desk, the staff was extremely obliging and accommodated our request to re-room. A slightly noisy A/C unit was also attended to promptly and without fuss. Staff at the reception desk also took time to give detailed directions - even printing the mapquest route to our destination. We found it a little frustrating to have to pay for parking, but then this seems to be the norm for a downtown location (note thought that "downtime" is in the sense of Mississauga not Toronto which is about 10 miles / 16 km distant).

I would give this hotel a 2star rating. The rooms our in need of a makeover. We stayed two days and to pay 24.00 dollars for parking.

Very nice hotel. It was a little further from Toronto than we were looking for, but the cheapest around. A nice experience, would stay again if I could not find a cheaper hotel in Toronto.

This hotel is appx. 15 minutes from Pearson International Airport, which is excellent. On arrival at hotel we were greeted by one of the lovely receptionists and it only took about 5 mins. to get checked in. The room could maybe do with a tiny upgrade - the bathroom especially. The bed was a little too hard for us, we woke up a few times with a sore back. The lounge bar has really nice staff, very friendly and would ask you what you had been doing that day. There is plenty of selection for breakfast too. Access to free internet in the lobby was brilliant for our two children to keep in touch with friends. The square one shopping mall is just across the road, great shops and food court. An Irish bar is there too - and the children loved the Playdium indoor amusements as well, especially the air-conditioning! All in all we had a brill time and would really recommend the hotel to anyone.

All facilities were gud. But charging for everything in the room was very bad.

Very nice hotel, nice staff, all polite.

Why is there no free coffee in the lobby? Also, the room heater, ventilator, is very noisy.

This hotel was very comfortable indeed, and handy for travel into Toronto. Good train & bus service. The only problem is that, if you have to get a taxi into Toronto, very expensive. Rooms very comfy.

Alarm clock in room did not work, staff forgot wake-up call. Upon arrival, hand posted note at front desk advised that the pool and hot tub would be out of commission for a month. Desk arranged cab for early morning departure, a Chevy Tahoe with no cab signage, no radio, and no meter arrived, would not accept payment in anything other than cash, would not provide a receipt, suspect was a relative of desk clerk.

The Hotle was not bad. But when I booked the room the gentalman that took my booking said that the Hersy Center was about 1 km away but it turned out to be a $25.00 cab ride. Neglected to tell me I had to pay for parking of $10.00 a day

Haben das Hoptel für 2 Tage als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Alles o.k. sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet rund 10Dollar p.P. Kinder bis 12 frei. Großes Schweimmbad, schönen Bar., ruhige Lage in Mississauga. Kleine Stadt ca. 20km vom Airport und ca.25km von Toronto. Hotel ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden.
