Accueil très courtois, personnel tres serviable. Emplacement, tarifs et prestations interessants, navette OPRYLAND 5 mn, airport 12 mn, dowtown 15 mn. Piscine et fitness-center agréables pour la détente. Rapport qualité prix excellent, nous y retournerons. et nous conseillons de prendre une suite car très pratique avec sa kitchenette. Petits défaut le grand lit est un peu dur et la clim bruyante (signalé).

Les murs ont besoin d'un rafraichissement mais dans l'ensemble, il n'y a pas de problème d'hygiène. Sinon le petit déjeuné est excellent.

My king suite was newly renovated and perfect in every way! The complementary breakfast was delicious and featured a nice assortment of fruits, belgian waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, and an array of juices. I was not told they would be doing renovation right next door to my room. Didn't find out about breakfast until we checked out.
"Stop over"
Movng across the country and needed a bed. The room exceeded my expectations, and the bed was FANTASTIC!!! Breakfast was great, too, and they even have little to go bags in case you want to eat in your room. Don't really see myself going back to Nashville, bu I would definitely stay in a Springfield Suites again.

The hotel was a good stay for the price and amenities. Only issue was the cleanliness of the room. Seemed like it was cleaned in a rush and things were missed. The breakfast was surprisingly good, a bit more than the usual complimentary breakfast many hotels serve.

My overall experience was okay. The first room had a musty smell And the carpet was nasty. I was offered a second room on the 6th floor. The second room smelled better But the carpet was nasty. The bathroom wasnt really nasty but i always bleach it to be on the safe side. This was a holiday weekend and the price was great for a dated hotel. We took our grandson to see Ice and to ride the Santa train. Spinghill Suites was close to both places. The hotel was good and the swimming pool was large and clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast. Reception desk was efficient and friendly. They asked if we had a preference of which floor to stay. We were very pleased with the suite. The hot breakfast was good the next morning and then we easily drove home from our vacation. I was worried we might experience some airplane noise as it is close to the airport but we heard nothing. Overall, I was relatively pleased. The room was clean, the breakfast was hot and complimentary. Getting to downtown was a bit difficult if you didn't want to pay for a cab. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of the front desk receptionists was rude and abrupt.

"Airport hotel"
This hotel met all of our requirements for our stay in Nashville. We were in town for the Nashville Marathon and this hotel was located next door to a hotel with a marathon shuttle stop. The hotel provided us with a bagle, banana and water bag the morning of our race. Which was a nice suprise since they were not one of the hotels recommended by the […] marathon website. The room really needed to be vacuumned but was mostly clean throughout. Breakfast was provided the other days and had something for everyone. The staff was great. "Great Stay!"
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the pool was refreshing. All-in-all we would do all over again.
"Unfair Cancellation"
My situation changed and I needed to cancel my reservation. My reservation was made at 7:30 PM Pacific time and in order to cancel without the penalty I would have had to cancel it 3 hrs prior to making the reservation. This is certainly an unfair situation. I would like to be credited with the one day penalty that was imposed unfairly.
The room itself appeared to be clean and the bed was really comfortable, but the carpet, couch and chairs had stains. It made me wonder if the room was really clean. I would not stay here again.
this hotel was very clean and comfortable. the bed was very comfortable. it is hard for myself and my husband to sleep on alot of hotel beds but we had no problems with this one. slept very soundly. people at front desk helped us find something to do friday night in downtown nashville and gave us very good directions with a map. had a good stay

Room was pristine clean and bed comfortable. The only annoying aspect was a tiny 19 in non-flat TV with a remote control that was dead.

"decent night's sleep"
Stopped here with the family just for a night. Place was clean, quiet, basically all we needed. Good breakfast buffet and a friendly staff. Only problem was some damp sheets for the sleeper sofa--which they replaced with more damp sheets. But everybody got a good night's sleep anyway.

Close to airport.Room was nice and comfortable, a bit cramped though. Could work for 2 adults and two small children. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

The rooms were great - we had everything we needed. The beds were sooo comfortable we didn't want to get up the next morning. We would have liked a larger TV but everything else was outstanding.

The hotel room is just disgusting. It smelled like dirty laundry and the carpet was dirty. It was small and the amenities were dated. I stayed at a Springhill suites in St. Louis the night before and it was the opposite. This hotel needs major renovation.

"Spring Hill Suites in Nashville"
My family and I stayed at the Spring Hill Suites Hotel on the night of 7/24/10 and had a bad experience. First, we found that the breakfast buffet doesn't actually start until 7:00 am, and we had to leave at 6:45 am to catch our plan, so no breakfast that I paid for. Our room was too hot during the night (76 degrees) which the hotel staff came up and […] flipped a switch under the air conditioner which was to make it cooler; it never did. They never called us for our 5:30 am wake up call for our flight which we just arrived in time for and we also needed to print off some documents for a signature, but their printing system was down and they had no other way to get these documents. Lastly, I asked the morning desk manager for a comment card, but he said that the second shift people must have put them somewhere, so I had to do without. I only stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight before catching a flight out of Nashville. The beds were comfortable and the room nice and large. Free shuttle to airport.

The negative is that the three star rating needs to be reevaluated. The bedding, furnishings, and carpeting really need replacing. The suite we reserved for four adults really isn't comfortable for four adults. There wasn't enough spaace for luggage or clothing. My husband and I went to Nashville for a pre-Thanksgiving shopping weekend. We were more than pleased with our stay here. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was very roomy and comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator to stash away so sodas! We enjoyed having a couch and chair to relax in after a long day of shopping. The breakfast […] was very good, and they kept everything stocked. Our room was always clean, and they always sent plenty of towels. The TV was smaller than expected, however we did not spend alot of time in the room to watch TV. "Outstanding Hotel"
This hotel was wonderful. The beds especially were comfortable. We were there to shop, and when we came in at night, we felt as if we were home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is in a excellent location with easy access to all the things you want to do in Nashville. The breakfast in the morning is excellent with a wide varity of choices. The beds are comfort to sleep on and overall the rooms are clean. The tv could be upgraded to a flat screen and the carpets could be replaced.

The room was extremely clean, though the bed was a bit soft for our liking. Location convenient, the parking lot was well lite. Breakfast was fine, but the times are 7 - 9:30 and you need to get there early as they tend to get low on food choices.
