Hotel vraiment agréable. Les espaces communs (car-porch, lobby, salle de petit déjeuner et couloir) sont majestueux. La chambre était grande avec 2 lits queen size très confortables et un coin salon dans lequel se trouvait un canapé convertible (le canapé convertible était tout à fait bien pour notre fils de 12 ans, mais ne serait peut-être pas adapté […] pour une personne adulte plus lourde), un grand bureau et un espace kitchenette (évier, micro-onde et frigidaire). Tout était très propre. Accueil très sympathique. Petit-déjeuner américain copieux et bon compris dans le prix ( oeufs brouillés, bacon, saucisses, toutes sortes de pains et gâteaux et on peut se faire cuire de délicieuses gauffres). Tisanes, thés, café et chocolat chaud à disposition dans le hall toute la journée. Situé dans une zone avec plein de restos de chaine à tous les prix pour le diner. Nous avons diné chez Applebee's qui était à 2 minutes à pied (hamburgers, salades, plats de poulet, steacks...) : un bon diner pour 70$ service compris) pour 5. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Everything was GREAT except for a false fire alarm early in the morning that forced everyone to go outside in a drizzle. The staff though had coffee waiting for us. Nice pool and gym. TV had HD and was a 37", the one in Fairfax only had a 32" and was not HD. This was a good experience.

The hotel seemed a little under staffed at the front desk. The lady @ the desk was in charge of towels, phones and guest check-in & request. A lot for 1 person. Over all it was a very nice stay.

Incredible! Staff was excellent room was immaculate and the location is ideal. If you want luxury and need to stick to a budget, then this is the hotel for you. I highly recommend this hotel. The free breakfast was a perfect kick off to the day.

I needed to arrive earlier than 4 for check-in, so I called up around 10am and requested and early check-in. The girl at the desk was wonderful, she put a hold on my room without question and was incredibly friendly. If I could have given beyond 5 stars for quality of staff, I would without hesitation. The room was clean and adorable! The style of the hotel was modern and fun, the colors made it feel clean and crisp instead of old and dull like many hotels. The linens were nice and the beds comfortable. Springhill Suites was a pleasurable experience. My room had the best shower head that I have ever used. Everything was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and service was friendly. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

My husband and I came to this hotel to handle some business that we couldn't seem to get done at the office. There was ample space to work, and the decor was lovely.... it actually made it easy to work. The lobby was beautiful and there were no problems with the room. We will stay at this hotel again.

Stayed the week after Christmas with a family of 5. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Breakfast very well maintained throughout the morning every day. This hotel was booked to capacity for at least 3 of the days we stayed but it was run so well you could hardly tell.The pool was closed suddenly one evening due to a light bulb issue but was fixed […] the next day. Main complaint was the exercise room was was very lacking. The room only had two treadmills and a weight bench, but only one treadmill was working our entire visit. I have never seen such a bad exercise room in an otherwise very nice hotel. Maybe I should have checked this out before I booked, but I mistakenly assumed it would be up to par with other Marriotts I usually stay in. For this reason I would stay somewhere else next time. Overall sub par for Marriott. Had to request more towels when we arrive. Next day we only ahd 3 towel for 5 persons. When we retunred on 2nd day at 2:30 because our daughter was not feeling well , we found our room not cleaned. The Front office apologized and said the hotel was full and staff could not keep up. Well hire some more staff when the hotel […] is at capacity. Also the parking was limted and we literally parked int eh the last spot on two separate nitghts. When we arrived our rooms were not ready, and we had to wait about 20 minutes while they located others - not as close to each other as we would have liked and very noisy location in hotel. Nice to the eye but looks are deceiving. In my first room on my bed found found both a carpet mite and sewer fly. Changed rooms and all seemed well till my daughter woke up with a carpet mite in her bed. Was not very happy. The hotel was wry comfortable. The front desk crew were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was clean its a little old, part of the carpet had a run so needed to watch that while walking around. Microwave and fridge helped a lot for sterilizing baby bottles and food storage.

I have to say the exterior of the hotel is very nice, then upon entering the lobby i was very disappointed. The curtain outside the pool was falling apart and quite distasteful. Also the table cloth on the coffee/tea table was very poor. Also, the breakfast at other Springhill Suites has been much better. Other than that, our room was wonderful and […] who ever cleaned it did the best job! excellent! Also, the location was perfect! I think a few dollars spent on new curtains, a new trash can outside the front entrance and a new table cloth for the Coffee/Tea table will make a HUGE difference to the hotels overall appearance. It is close to everything and was a beautiful place to stay. The pool was a plus!
