The hotel was great as it was so easy to find and close to downtown. We will be on a month long trip and plan to use Best Western.

It was an ok room, kind of small and there was a person on the front desk that he came out with no shirt to and my husband heard noices like them kissing I think that was strange.

Room was pleasant, clean, staff friendly, tasty breakfast, walking distance to restaurants.

We liked this hotel when we visited Deadwood. The rooms are clean and quiet, they are pet friendly, the pool is clean and heated and you get a free breakfast with your stay. The hotel is close to the highway to Deadwood and Rapid City as well as local restaurants and stores. There is a flat screen TV in the rooms and a small refrigerator. "Comfort Inn at Spearfish, SD"
Not new but comfortable and clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was the first we have stayed in that had a door to the hall and a door to the outside -- a little different. Nice restaurant nearby if you prefer, but they also serve a continental breakfast that was nice. They had a beautiful little spa but was closed for repairs. "Matresses"
The mattresses at this facility were not the best. Our first room's mattress was much too soft for my back. The staff was very gracious and moved us to a new room but it, too, had a very soft mattress.
The complimentary continental breakfast was a step above the usual. Good way to save for families.

We are frequent guests of the Best Western Black HIlls Lodge. Great location and nice accomodations!

"Great lodging especially for an overnight stop."
The location is right off the interstate, a gas station is across the street. Check in was really quick. Room was exceptionally clean. No hotel smell was noted! Bed was really comfortable. Price of the room was excellent. Very good value. We were coming from Yellowstone to the Black Hills. This is the best stopover place on our current vacation.
We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased with the cleanliness and the location. We were on a driving vacation and used this as a base in order to visit Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood, Lead, Sturgiss and Devil's Tower in Wyoming. The weather was very nice so we took advantage of both the outdoor heated pool (we had it to ourselves one evening!), and […] the indoor hottub and sauna. There is a 24/7 Walmart closeby and a great restaurant called "Shoot the Bull" closeby as well, and the hotel gave us a card that entitled us to a free drink with entree purchase, so we were happy. Our room was modern and comfortable and we had a fridge and microwave which was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel. Lisez la suite
"nice little best western in spearfish"
This was a nice little hotel in spearfish. Clean, not too expensive and a nice breakfast. I would recommend it highly to others.
