Bien chauffé, très agréable en arrivant quand il fait moins trente dehors ! Une chambre propre et spacieuse. Une nuit reposante et agréable garantie !

L'hôtel est parfaitement placé à 2 pas des curiosités touristiques d'Ottawa, le long de plusieurs lignes de bus et du centre Rideau, grand centre commercial du centre ville. La piscine de l'hôtel est grande et bien équipée (spa, sauna,...) et les chambres sont grandes, le lit était immense. Un très bon hôtel, et grâce à une offre spéciale, à un rapport qualité/prix imbattable !

Hôtel à proximité de Ottawa et du musée des Civilisations de Gatineau. L'internet wi-fi est gratuit (dans la chambre) tout comme le parking. Point négatif : aucun équipement de sport et pas de petit-déjeuner inclus dans le prix.

"Nice but far"
The hotel is very nice but is not very convenient for someone that goes by bus although you only have to take one bus to go downtown it takes about 30 minutes to get there.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Must drive to must-see sights."
We were very satisfied with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We had to drive in to downtown Ottawa everyday to see the sights which was not a huge issue except for parking. Once we became aware of where to park the trips in were very easy. The hotel has an outdoor pool which we did not use because […] the temperature was not conducive for outside swimming but there was a small work out room and hot tub which we enjoyed. Staff was very freindly and helpful. When told about a slow sink, they got right on it. My only complaint was that the food in the dispensing machines was woefully inadequate. Not much choice. The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable but the service at breakfast wasn't very good. The waitress took too long at everything she did. If I didn't know any better I'd say she almost avoided us to serve other guests. The food itself was pretty good and reasonably priced. Next time I am in Ottawa I will probably stay at the Best western Plus […] in Gatineau where the rooms are about the same but the restaurant service is much more friendly and the waiter is more attentive. "Not bad"
I read some of the reviews of this place and wasn't expecting much, but it was actually quite good. Didn't smell of cigarettes as other reviews had suggested, although the lift could have done with some airfreshener. The staff were helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Picked this hotel because of the banner and because it was in close proximity to our sports venue. Came in late (after 8 p.m.) but was provided with very good customer service. The room was clean and well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. Best sleep i have had in months. We came to Ottawa on business and found the hotel to be just what we needed. Location was perfect for getting around the city. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. There are quite a few hotels/motels in the area, but this hotel is by far the best choice. I was on business, and found the location to be close to everything, as you can just jump onto the 417. I travel extensively and have stayed in many hotels, and the value for price here is outstanding. This place really exceeded expectations. My room had all […] of the things that make me happy but are not always found; a large bathroom and counter area, a large shower with various ledges for products, a shower rod that extends outward so the curtain doesn't stick to your body, office space, high speed internet, dining table & chairs, comfortable bed and linens, iron, ironing board, big closet, flat screen tv, late room service options etc...I can't say enough good things as a business traveller. My only problem with the room was the air conditioning... it was a little too loud when I wanted quiet in the room. It is sure time to "upgrade" the air conditioners.
