Très pratique, bien situé pour aller dans le centre ville d'Ottawa à pied. quartier populaire avec beaucoup de petits commerce. Bon compromis.

Hotel bien placé avec piscine et salle de sport qui sont bien agréable après une journée de visite ! idéalement placé pour visiter la ville , toutefois attention aux prestations fournies: - eau payantes dans la chambre - breakfast inclus : limité à 10 $/pers au bar de l hôtel qui sont très vite dépassé vu les tarifs appliqués

très confortable et bien situé, le bus à deux pas et un délicieux dinner à l'angle de la rue! wifi, lits très confortables, télé, sèche cheveux et cuisine complète : un bonheur!

Hôtel très bon style. Par contre nous sommes passés nous enregistrer vers 13h on nous a dit de revenir pour 16h et pourtant notre chambre n'était toujours pas prête à 17h..... Chambre très grande, et impressionnante car bien agencée. Par contre la douche fonctionnait tellement mal qu'on avait l'impression de ne pas se laver car pas de débit d'eau correct.

"Hotel Room was fine but Breakfast Service was poor"
The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable but the service at breakfast wasn't very good. The waitress took too long at everything she did. If I didn't know any better I'd say she almost avoided us to serve other guests. The food itself was pretty good and reasonably priced. Next time I am in Ottawa I will probably stay at the Best western Plus […] in Gatineau where the rooms are about the same but the restaurant service is much more friendly and the waiter is more attentive. "Not bad"
I read some of the reviews of this place and wasn't expecting much, but it was actually quite good. Didn't smell of cigarettes as other reviews had suggested, although the lift could have done with some airfreshener. The staff were helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Pretty much all I could ask for for this price range.

Picked this hotel because of the banner and because it was in close proximity to our sports venue. Came in late (after 8 p.m.) but was provided with very good customer service. The room was clean and well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. Best sleep i have had in months. "Best Western in Ottawa"
We came to Ottawa on business and found the hotel to be just what we needed. Location was perfect for getting around the city. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. There are quite a few hotels/motels in the area, but this hotel is by far the best choice. I was on business, and found the location to be close to everything, as you can just jump onto the 417. I travel extensively and have stayed in many hotels, and the value for price here is outstanding. This place really exceeded expectations. My room had all […] of the things that make me happy but are not always found; a large bathroom and counter area, a large shower with various ledges for products, a shower rod that extends outward so the curtain doesn't stick to your body, office space, high speed internet, dining table & chairs, comfortable bed and linens, iron, ironing board, big closet, flat screen tv, late room service options etc...I can't say enough good things as a business traveller. Only one downside in the winter...outdoor parking. But all hotels in the area are like this. Parking is at least free here. 4/5! Lisez la suite

The room was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. From my experience I do recommend this hotel.
"Nice & Comfy!"
My only problem with the room was the air conditioning... it was a little too loud when I wanted quiet in the room. It is sure time to "upgrade" the air conditioners. Other than that, there was no other reason why I would not stay at this hotel again. It was nice & quiet... real comfortable beds.
