Très bon hôtel "étape" entre Seattle et Glacier National Park. Demander chambre côté jardin (très calme) car certaines donnent sur un axe routier important. Piscine sympa. Ambiance famille agréable. A recommander.
The hotel is starting to show it's age but overall it was very clean and we were very comfortable. We have stayed there before and will do so again.
The room was comfortable and not at all noisy like other places we have stayed. The staff was very friendly.

everything was just fine from the breakfast to the person who cleaned our room-- the only negative was the evening clerk stated " we're all out of blankets"( three times) when I asked for an additional one as we had gotten a little chilly the night before. seems odd that they wouldn't have more blankets. got one the next day from the housekeeping staff. "Friendly Hosts"
I was visiting my daughter and Granddaughter. I only slept there and had breakfast there. On one occasion I brought my Granddaughter to have an overnight with me and when my daughter and son in law picked her up the next day, we all went swimming in the pool. We were disappointed that there was no jacuzzi, but had a good time just the same. Wish there […] was a jacuzzi for possible future visits. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. I would stay here again and thank you for your good service. I would recommend that you invest in firmer mattresses as the one I slept on was sort of lumpy and soft, (Rm 318 Spokane) and doesn't do well if you have a bad back, which I do. "Surprise"
Wow, for a Howard Johnson, this is a dive. I never write a review but this is a must for warning. Hair in the tub, carpet dirty, musky smell in the room, you can see where there have been many water leaks in the ceilings throughout the hotel. Staff is very lazy, won't get off the chair for anything short of a fire. WIFI nonexistent, went to use the […] house computer, internet down for the 2 days we were there. Don't even know why my wife and I stayed both days other than we were out shopping and doing things and did not want to deal with cancelling our reservations and finding something even worse. This is a no frills hotel. It is clean and the staff are really friendly. For the price, it is a great stay. A nice pool and breakfast make it a great place for the family to stay. It is the only place we stay at when we travel to Spokane.

"Adequate for the price, you get what you pay for"
This was a very good price for the convienence to the conference my family was attending, the complimentary breakfast, and indoor pool. These were the ammenities we were looking for in lodging. The light fixture next to the bed could not be turned on without screwing or unscrewing the bulb. I submitted a maintenance request. When we returned to our […] room the bulb was gone and possible inserted to the other light fixture that had worked by touching the metal until they replaced that fixtures bulb with a florescent one. This never did get resolved in the four nights we stayed there. For the price I didn't squak at this issue. The sheets smelled strange to me, the carpet could use spot cleaning Lisez la suite

The hotel is located on a main road. I got a room in the back facing smaller streets, but I still heard police car sirens at night. Bath tub did not drain well. Breakfast was not exciting (cereals, waffle, toasts...). I checked in with a very nice receptionist, whom afterward informed me that the internet access was intermittently working. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Street noise did not bother me. I was cold in bed because the heater thermostat was apparently faulty.
Our stay in Spokane at your motel was less than wonderful. Although the room was clean, the bed was as firm as a brick, the caulking the tub was horrible and the bathroom door was so warped that it wouldn't even close completely. The stairs from the reception to the second floor were actually unsafe. Some of the carpeting was not secured very well and […] could easily trip someone. The carpeting on the stairs (the pattern) made it hard to define each step, and I felt uncomfortable going down because I really had to consentrate on where each step ended and another began. It was parents weekend for Gonzaga U and Whitworth U so every room in town was taken. I had no option but to stay in the room or sleep in my car. The room had a foul odor that my daughter and I noticed the minute we walked into the room. Housekeeping left the window open the next day, I am guessing to try to air out the room, but it didn't help. I stayed […] in the room as little as possible. Housekeeping failed to restock the soap and complimentary coffee in the room after my first night so overall the stay was very unpleasant. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future. The room was ok. The bathroom could have used more attention. There was trouble with the sink draining and the toilet could have been cleaner under the rim. The employees were very pleasant and tried to meet all of our needs. The kids did have fun playing in the pool, however, there was too much cholrine. For the price, the hotel was fine. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean. Wasnt too bad for being a cheaper place to stay. The grounds were maintained and quiet. I have no complaints and id stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location. Very close to shopping. Disapointed the hot tub was broken and pool wasnt very warm. Other then that it was a pleasent stay.
Clean and easy to get to. Close to many attractions. I was there for a wedding and it was the right price. Nothing at all fancy, but it was convenient.

I was extremely disappointed in my stay. I was moved 2 different times. Told I would recieve a refund for my stay, then told I would only be given a 30 dollar credit. Neither of these things occured. And the last room I was in had a dirty coffee pot, a dirty bathroom and someone elses snacks still in the drawers. I was moved while I was out, with my […] permission, and even with 2 employees doing the move they both still left multiple things in my second room. We needed to get into our hotel really early in order to work remotely from office. They were able to accommodate our needs with very little notice and were extremely nice about it.

"Good Economy Hotel"
Good, clean low-cost hotel. In a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Spokane. Better breakfast than most economy hotels. Try to get a quiet room on the back side of Division Street.
"Centrally located"
We enjoyed our stay at the Spokane HOJO on Division. Staff made sure that all accommodations were clean and maintained. The beds were very comfortable. As my husband had medical appointments during the stay we stayed in the room a lot we felt relaxed. Special request of the staff were provided with a smile.

The staff was very friendly, however the rooms were dirty and bathroom looked like it had never been upgraded. stayed on the 1st floor and the beds were very low. Good thing is that it is in a good location close to mall and other shops and not far from downtown. But if your looking to a low cost room then I would recommend this one.

Hotel staff was pleasant. However, bathtub was not cleaned. Hair from previous person in the room in tub and ring of grime that never was cleaned up. Carpets felt crunchy and really dirty.

"Great for a One-Night Stay On Our Way to Seattle"
We needed a place to stay in Spokane on our road trip out to Seattle. We had been a couple of not-so-great hotels along the way in Wisconsin and South Dakota so we were not really expecting much. It was a nice surprise to have a CLEAN hotel, with a REAL breakfast area, and with NICE hotel staff. Could not have been happier, and made my road trip experience […] just a tad less stressful! "A fine stay..."
After we found it, the accommodations were great, hotel staff very friendly and the pool just right. The fire alarm went off at 5 AM due to a faulty toaster, but the coffee was great and the scrambled eggs were good. We stayed two nights and they were a fine value for the money.

The hotel location was great but not the nicest inside. We did not have a hot shower even one day. The room smelled very old and musty. Definite updates need to be done. The breakfast was not good - powdered eggs ect. Would not stay again.

The hotel is a bit hard to get to (since it is hard to turn left on the road it is on, so you do have to kind of overshoot and then loop around, but that is really my only complaint. pool did not open on time in the morning, staff sait the maintenance man was cleaning it, they first told my kids it would be a half hour, then when they went to check was told it would be another half hour! When I called the front desk I was told it was because of the heavy use on the weekend, I told them that we were waiting to swim before a long […] drive home and that they should take into account that people also stay and travel Sunday and Mondays and maybe the manintenance man should come in an hour early on mondays to adjust to the extra cleaning from the weekend and that the front desk staff suggest that to management! Stayed in same hotel 3 weeks previous and room was was pretty decent. This time the bathroom in our king room was very run down, looked grimey, peeling paint in several areas, old, worn fixtures. Old room furniture but new flat panel TV. The morning breakfast was horrible in comparison to the previous stay. Offerings were dry cereal, white or wheat […] bread and donut holes ( as well as the waffle machine) Previous visit we had choice of bagels, english muffins, sweet rolls, biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs as well as toast and cereal. We were VERY disappointed with this stay -- and the reason we had returned as because of the better stay 3 weeks previously.
