Je souhaitais un hotel dans le centre ville de Dallas, proche du quartier touristique. Cet hotel était parfait pour cela. De plus, la piscine sur le toit offre une jolie vue de la ville (et aussi la nuit).

nous avons passé deux nuits dans une des executives suites. nous avions donc 2 queen plus un sofa bed. la suite etait gigantesque, l'hotel très bien, bien situé, dans le centre. nous etions à quelques blocs de grassy knoll, et de market street tres bon séjour

Situation
A Lewisville, l'établissement Best Western Plus Lewisville/Coppell bénéficie d'une situation idéale près de l'aéroport et à proximité de Grapevine Mills Mall et Sandy Lake Amusement Park. Hawaiian Falls The Colony et Cavanaugh Flight Museum comptent également parmi les sites touristiques de la région.

"Very nice hotel!"
Very much enjoyed my stay and will stay here again in a couple of weeks. Front desk staff was very nice and the room was great. Nice big flat screen was an added bonus. I don't like that they lock the place down at night but maybe management knows something about the area that I didn't see.

We travel a lot and I always check customer reviews before booking any hotel/motel. Great location that's easy to get in and out of. Our room and the hotel were so comfortable and clean..... The hotel was clean and quite. Two requirements, but the carpet and upholstery looked as if had seen better days.

Loved the room and amenities... wasn't the friendliest staff though. Breakfast was okay but not up to the standards of other hotels...

"Great Location"
My husband and I stayed here for a Cowboys game. Great location. This is the 3rd time in Lewisville, but 1st time in this hotel. It was easy on and easy off, and we did not get lost. The stadium was only about 20 mins away. We never did may breakfast. It would be nice if they extended the hours until 10:30. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is great. Good location close to I-35 and major shopping/dining areas. Has the basics, small outdoor pool, gym, free internet, free breakfast plus more. Breakfast includes eggs, meat, and other hot items in addition to the standard hotel conteniental fare. Rooms are spacious with a living area and microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and complimentary […] bottle of water each day. Bathrooms have nice large granite countertops, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and good shower head. Towels are fluffy. I've been back many times because this hotel offers better ammenities than the more expensive hotels in Lewisville. Each room has a DVD player which is wonderful when you want to just chill out when traveling. There are some Redbox's not far from the hotel on Corporate and 121 business. The only issue is although it is a non-smoking hotel, you can tell that some customers have been smoking in their rooms. Sometimes the hallways will smell of smoke and some rooms I've been given have also smelled. The hotel was quick to give me a new room when I've brought this to their attention. Lisez la suite
We are glad that you find our hotel very relaxing and comfortable with amenities that go beyond the standard fare. We are a 100% non smoking hotel; however we do have time to time guest who smoke in the rooms. When this occurs, we put the room out of service so our housekeeping staff can deep clean it. The Best Western is a hard to beat deal for the size of room that occupants get. The room was cleaned in a timely manner and parking was very easy to find. Right off Corporate on 35E North with easy access to TX 121. If you can't find a good deal on hotels closer to Vista Ridge Mall, head over here.
Thank you for your kind words. Most all our rooms are oversized with sofa and couch. And our location is one exit north of the Vista Ridge Mall with many restaurants in close proximity. We will make sure all our guests get great value with clean rooms, hot breakfast and above all the best service.

It was nice I had a nephew was from that area we were visiting he came back to our room to visit with use. We ordered more towels due to us having a do not disturb which cause our room not to receive any towels. Went to the desk I was giving a hard time about the towels then she said that I had to many people in the room I only paid for two and a extra […] person in the room will have to be charged ten more dollars and if he stays they can tell by watching the camera who come in and out the room. "Awesome!"
This has been the 2nd time we stay in this hotel, we LOVE it! We live about 45 min away but every once in a while like to get away from our daily lives and stay a few nights there. Room was clean, breakfast was great! We will be back in the near future!

Great room, very nice breakfast (something for everybody), refrigerator, wifi, and coffee pot. That is what I wanted and got it all along with a great bed! Would stay again, would recommend to anyone. Have stayed in 5 star hotels and this was just as comfortable, clean, and cozy.

Hotel was quite new. Service was very good. Breakfast was okay. Read some reviews that said it wasn't good. It was standard for similar hotels. I would stay there again if the need arose.

The Grapevine Mall, etc. | especially appreciated that the hotel was close to where my family members lived. | could have my own space and they could have their space in their homes as usual and we could meet up and have a good time in either location. "Exceptional customer service"
After a long late drive all you want to do is relax, not only was the manager prompt and courteous he upgraded my room to a suite free of charge and made sure it was in a quiet part of the hotel as I had said I really need a good night sleep. The room was great. The property is well kept and it was easy to get to. However the breakfast was not that great.

The hotel staff was very nice from checkin to each time I passed them or needed a pool towel. The only complaint would be my room smelled like smoke, even though the entire hotel was non-smoking. This left all my clothing smelling like smoke when I left. Everything else was clean. No neighbor noise could be heard. Breakfast was great, very tasty!

The hotel was very clean and convenient to DFW airport. It is not so close to the city, but with a GPS, you can get that accomodated too. I would recommend staying here.

"Lewsville Best Western for sports tournaments"
We chose this hotel because of its super-close location to the Lewisville Toyota Railroad Park, where our son had a soccer tournament. The service was great the first day, lukewarm the second, but the location was great, room was clean, it was in walking distance to Chili's, and did I mention the location was great? I travel to Lewisville often and always stay at this hotel! I am always 100% satisfied with my stay. The staff is extremely friendly and really takes the time to recognize loyal customers. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, they offer a good breakfast, have a social hour with free beer & wine, and give their guests a free bottle of water […] daily. Flat screen TV, microwave, and mini fridge. I've stayed at many surrounding hotels (Residence Inn, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, etc) and none of them have all of the amenities I require all wrapped into one like this Best Western. It's conveniently located near the 35, there's a lot of restaurants & shopping close by (including a Starbucks drive-thru down the street), and a Cinemark dollar theater. The area is not the best but the hotel is very clean and is located right off of I35. There are quite a few restaurants in the area as well. This was a great hotel for the money...actually a great hotel for more money. My wife and I were there for four days on business, and were both impressed with the room. Much more than we expected for the price we paid. The shower had too little water pressure, but that was the only complaint. We have stayed at much higher priced hotels and resorts, […] but this was a business trip and set to a budget, and with that in mind, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was great and very accomodating as we needed a handicap accessible room. The hotel has good freeway access and is close to all shopping areas in Lewisville. Over all it was a good experience and we will definately be staying there again next time we're in Lewisville.

We had a GREAT experience at this hotel. It's newer and well maintained, closed to lots of restaurants, shopping, etc and had many of the little touches you typically find in more upscale digs. Flat screen swivel tv, separate living space and one cup filtered water coffee maker made this a great place for us to relax after a long day.

this is the second time i have had zero complaints with a hotel stay and guess what both have been at a BEST WESTERN
