Nous adorons cet hotel. Ce sont les lits les plus confortables qu'on peut trouver. Tres moderne, bel accueiil, et copieux petit dejeuner.

Un hotel attentionné à ses clients dès l'entrée jusqu'à la sortie . On se laisse bichonner !

Service honteux! Nous avions prépayé une chambre avec 2 lits double ; nous sommes arrivées à l'hôtel à 23h30 et on nous dit qu'on nous a upgradé le chambre... arrivons à la chambre pour voir 1 seul lit queen... comme je suis avec une collègue de travail, impossible d'avoir un seul lit dans la chambre ; on nous propose un lit pliant comme solution puisque […] l'hôtel est complet donc aucune chambre disponible ; tout ce temps, le mec à la réception nous fait poiroter parce qu'il sert au bar en même temps et ne nous propose rien puisqu'il dit qu'il ne peut rien faire... wow wow wow !!! jamais je n'y retourne !!! Arriver à l'hôtel Dominion - Germain, c'est comme arriver chez soi, mais en mieux! Personnel très compétent, très courtois, très chaleureux Chambre avec les petits soins qui font la différence. Joli hôtel. service agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Malheureusement, pas de baignoire; douche seulement.

The amenities at the hotel are amazing and the service is above and beyond. I had a problem with a tooth, the concierge not only found me quality dental service but picked up a prescription from a drugstore and had it waiting for me when I arrived. The hotel is a relatively small hotel in the lower section of Quebec, around 4 blocks from the pedestrian area. The hotel staff is exceptional; very friendly and helpful to a fault. This is the perfect location to stay in the old port of quebec. The laid back environment is so nurturing on a blistery day. Shops and restaurants are all a stone's throw away. And the beds are incredibly comfortable. It's my favourite go to place in the city by far!!

Great service, nice cozy rooms, lovely lobby with warm fireplace, fabulous continental breakfast. Would stay hear again. Easy access to super restaurants, shopping, museums, and bars. Nice quiet neighborhood.

I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to experience a few days in the Lower Town of Quebec City. Our rate included a beautiful continental buffet breakfast with fine cheeses, fresh fruit, chocolatines and other delights. The lobby was very comfortable, with a roaring fire and complimentary newspapers. We lingered for several hours […] over breakfast in real comfort. Well-located for seeing the sights, this hotel is historic and modern at the same time, with a very congenial staff. When our car was dinged in the parking lot, the staff handled it superbly, notifying us with a written note and ensuring that all the details were recorded so we could make a claim. I and my wife spent two wonderfull days. People at concierge were professional and very kind. The room was not very large, but confortable. The position of the hotel is close to all the must-see sights. I suggest the Hotel Le Germain - Dominion to everyone.

Wonderful hotel! The staff were very helpful and the room was gorgeous. Location was perfect, near the Old City. Rooms were clean and sleek as was the hotel as well. Breakfast was top notch - would definitely go back again.

Hotel Le Germain - Dominion is located in the old, lower city. It is a modern ultra modern hotel with excellent service and facilities. Unlike some of its ilk, its furnishings are not only high end, they are highly functional. We particularly loved the Bose radio in our room and the room coffee maker and 24-hour coffee maker in the lobby. The room lighting […] and bathroom layout/fixtures were wonderful. We stayed here for a long weekend getaway. Very nice modern room in a great old building. The location was perfect - right in the most picturesque part of Quebec, the Vieux Port, with tons of restaurants and art galleries within a few blocks. I suppose if you had knee problems it wouldn't be ideal since it's below the walled city (but then that's what […] the funicular that's 5 minutes away is for - $2 to get up to the promenade area). We liked the exercise. The espresso machine in the lobby was great, and the free breakfasts were perfect for getting a quick start to the day. The croissants were delicious. My only qualm with the room itself was that the blinds didn't really block out the morning sun. A weekend away from the kids and I kept getting woken by the darn sun! Oh well, it forced us to seize the day. The room was also a bit pricey, but we wanted a bit of luxury and got it, so I'd say it was worth it. Great hotel overall - we'd definitely go back. This hotel had a fine standard of comfort, worthy of a four-star hotel. In-room espresso machine (the kind with little espresso pods, including decaf), safe, iron and ironing board, bathrobes, biggish flat-screen TV, etc., and a fine, comfortable bed. Wish they would have full dinner for room service! But that's the only quibble. The in-room breakfast […] was just stunning. Fine Quebec cheeses, pain chocolat, croissants, nice homemade (I think?) fruit yogurt, and fresh-squeezed orange or orange-strawberry juice (order early, because they ran out of the latter on one of our days, it was so popular). And what a nice bunch of people work at that hotel. The concierge, Simon, was VERY helpful, and every single person at the front desk was, too; plus, they were genuinely friendly (though Quebec is a very friendly place on the whole, so this is usual. my elderly mother and i stayed two nights mid-week. she walks with a cane and we were upgraded to a large king with walk-in shower. the Continental deluxe morning buffet was more than expected and very European (pate, croissants, coffee bowls, sophisticated coffee dispenser, boiled eggs). many comfortable tables and chairs throughout the lobby and a […] wonderful outdoor patio. excellent service and location made this a perfect choice for us. I'm a musician in musical theatre and have stayed in many a hotel. I think this has to be my favorite hotel and certainly one of the best I've had the pleasure to lodge in. I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was BEAUTIFUL! Good sized and very tastefully furnished. We finished a cruise in Quebec City and easily walked all our luggage to the hotel from the cruise terminal. It's about a block and a half away. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean. The view of the old wall from our room was a treat, considering we were there during the fall color change. They offer a very nice breakfast in the lobby […] everyday. Great place to stay in old town

Hotel Le Germain Dominion made our stay delightful. The staff was over the top friendly and anxious to help make our stay in Quebec City full of good food, good events and beautiful sights. When you are looking for a place to stay that adds interest to your visit choose this one. Great breakfast...free lattes in the lobby all day...tea and fruit out […] for guest when you return...turn down service. Beds were so comfortable and very clean. Lots of attention to detail. The area was quiet and close to everything in the lower city. Loved staying where we were. Less bustle than in the upper city...but close enough to all the action. Our stay in Quebec was simply outstanding. The Hotel Le Germain is in a perfect location and the service was as good as it gets.

Best Hotel I ever stayed in. Different....intimate atmosphere. Extremely helpful staff (tops Disney). Even the quest seem more polite and friendly. Felt almost like a bed and breakfast. The continental breakfast provided was of high quality. Lots of cheeses, breads, pastries, fruit, coffees, spreads, etc. The lodging price was an excellent value.

どこが正面玄関か判らないほどひっそりした佇まいだが、中に入ってビックリ。ロビーの対応も素晴らしく、部屋に入って更にビックリ。Bedには振動防止剤が敷かれ、洗面所ではガラス戸で仕切られたシャワー室、自然化粧品、ドライヤーの置き場所まで配慮が施されている。 室内やエレベーター内部に白黒写真を効果的に配置し、まるで名所のそばで眠るかの様。朝食もどれもが美味しい。 最高でした。
